I am a 33 year old male, with a small dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and I will be needing to secure a pet friendly place to live, in about 6 weeks time, as my partner has to move back to QLD (for personal reasons). I am neat and tidy, don't often get visitors and work full time as a warehouse supervisor. I love walking my dog and spend my spare time rock climbing and training for rock climbing. I would prefer to secure a dog friendly place in the Penrith/Lower Mountains area, where i can have my dog inside but if i can't do this, my partner will take all three of our dogs with her (which i don't really want to happen...) Personal space is obviously pretty important too. I am on Intermittent Fasting (IF 23:1 OMAD ) routine from last 1.5 years however I really like to cook sometimes for friends. The area is cool in summer and winter - the downstairs area is built into the cliff face. We also have a good pool table on the outside deck. We are fairly quiet living. The room measures 6.5m x 3.5m so is quite large enough to make a private living area and sleeping area. In addition there is a private bathroom attached to the room.
