I’m a single adult, aged 18. I work as a cashier at the iga. I’m currently looking to explore and make new friends. I’m a very friendly, enthusiastic person, who is very neat and tidy. My budget range is roughly $180 max. I’m looking for somewhere small, whether it be with house mates, or alone to move into as soon as I can. Your regards, Eliza
I am 25 years old, working full time in administration. I am a person who cleans up after themselves and I am respectful of other peoples belongings. I am a very sociable person, however I respect peoples privacy. I love spending my free time outdoors being active or going out for food and drinks.
Hi ! I'm an apprentice in hydrogeology and I would be working at hope valley water treatment plant during 9 weeks. I love to travel, to discover new cultures and to make friends! Oh, and I'm french by the way (but no worries I have good temper). I also love music (I am learning lyric art) and cinema. I do sports when I am motivated (squash, running, and swimming). To finish, I don't have a facebook account ('cause I prefer to spend my free time reading or watching some movies) but you can find me on Linkedin if you want. Cheers !
This house is situated within a private gated complex offering you complete security. The bedroom is spacious with a large window and you will have ample storage with a built in robe. Zoned AC/heating and carpeted flooring. The townhouse itself is the perfect size, with a generously sized kitchen that has a pura tap, good sized pantry and gas top stove. There is a courtyard at the back of the house perfecting for entertaining (we even have a BBQ!) There is only one bathroom to the house, it is of good size and has a seperate shower, bath and toilet. Down stairs there is a seperate laundry with WC. This room will suit students or workers as there is plenty of close by buses (also short walk/drive to the o-bahn) and the cbd is only a 15 minute drive. The Parade is only a short 5 minute drive, Burnside shopping village is 10 minutes away, Westfield 20 minutes. University of Adelaide North Terrace- 12 minute drive / 3 minute walk to a bus stop University of South Australia- 12 minute drive / 3 minute walk to a bus stop University of Adelaide Waite Campus- 15 minute drive / 3 minute walk to a bus stop Flinders University (my uni!)- multiple options for buses either 3 minute walk to a bus stop or a 10/15 minute walk to the o-bahn The suburb is packed with supermarkets, restaurants and retailers such as Kmart, Target, Rebel Sport etc. Your rent of $150 weekly will include unlimited wifi access. Bills such as gas, electricity and water will be split evenly. The house will be furnished (bedrooms unfurnished). There are currently 2 bedrooms available for rent both with exactly the same as each other. So, alternatively- you may rent out both bedrooms for a total of $250 for whatever reason (couples, more space, office, double closet size etc) :)
Cute second-story apartment close to the city and in a quiet building. Large rooms with lots of natural light and views of the Adelaide hills. 15 minute go zone bus stop located a 3 minute walk away. Close drive or Uber to the city! As the flat is fully furnished (but the room available) this will best suit someone with only bedroom furniture as there is not space for extra furniture. Currently no internet connection as I have a big data pack on my phone, but I am willing to negotiate this as the wiring is ready to go :)
Hi! I'm planning on moving from Brisbane to Adelaide hopefully in October this year as I'd like to become a flight attendant with Virgin in Adelaide. I currently work at the airport in Brisbane for a ground handling company and would transfer down to Adelaide and wait for Virgin to hire for the new year. I'm very easy-going, clean, friendly/bubbly and I have been working in America the last 3 years at a summer camp, so I LOVE to travel! I love binge watching shows on netflix, taking naps (my job is shift work) and also going out with friends to chill out and have a cheeky drink. I'd love to be able to make friends with my fellow flatmates and hang out every now and then :)
Fully furnished bedroom in North Eastern suburbs, all bills included. Easy access to shopping, public transport and Linear Park. Located on the GoZone bus route, and only 7 km from the city its perfect for uni students. Large lockable room, double bed, built in robes and floating floors. Open plan kitchen/dining, ducted air conditioning, gas heating and outdoor undercover entertaining area All inclusive rent – no more to pay !!! Only $165 per week – includes gas, electricity and unlimited internet
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Seeking a party-free, non-smoking, no-pets household; although, I wouldn't mind a cat. Contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
My name is Rahulkumar Shah and I just finished my MBA from Flinders university. I am on international student visa and my ethnicity is Indian. I am male and nonsmoker and non-alcoholic . I am currently having 1 restaurant and 1 cafe in Marden Shopping centre. Please message me for inspection if I am suitable for u as a roommate.
I am quite reserved till we know each other better :) I like to stay in a clean place hence I keep my room tidy & clean. I work from Monday to Friday, office hours. Over the weekends I would usually go out to explore places.
Hey! My name is Lucy, I'm 20 and I work full-time at Flight Centre. I've lived out of home for about a year now, but my current lease runs out in June and my housemate has decided she doesn't want to renew it, so I'm looking for a place quite short notice. I love to have a laugh and will always be down to hang out and cook a meal or something. I love reality TV, so I'll probably get you hooked on some trashy shows (sorry not sorry). I am very tidy, I like to keep things very organised and I respect the fact we're housemates, not family. I'd love it if I could live with girls but it doesn't really matter. I have all my own bedroom furniture, but I would probably need a built in if possible. Otherwise I can actually build IKEA furniture all by myself, how good. Send me a message for more details about me (or the latest flight deals mhmm) love, L xx
Private room in a unit in Marden. The unit is a comfortable size, bedroom fits a double bed and has built in robes. Private yard, no shared walls with other units, and no noisy neighbours. Everything is fully furnished except for the room. Linear park track, Marden Shopping Centre and Klemzig Interchange are all within walking distance. I also have a treadmill, xbox, and netflix to share. Internet is included in rent, all other bills split upon arrival. Strata rules include no loud entertainment or pets so I am looking for someone who is reasonably quiet, doesn't come with any pets, and understands they cannot host social events or parties here. I would also prefer someone who works full time, however am open to a student if we are a good match. No smokers. My lease ends in August so looking for someone until then, however if things go well I would be open to extending the lease together.
Cosy, secure fully furnished townhouse in a neat block that’s in a very safe and reputable part of town. Very close to the city. Plenty of public transport and everyting is provided and included except for electricity which will be shared.
I have recently gained a new job in Adelaide (Northgate) so I am seeking a pet friendly room to rent preferably near by. I'm not real familiar with the area but basically dont want anything anymore further out North. I have lived in share houses before so I'm considerate and respectful of others, in return I would expect the same. I'm one to clean up after myself and my dog so that wont be an issue. I'm easy to get along with and wont hide in my room like a hermit. At the moment I am working at a gym, for a footy club and I also do remedial massage. ( I study too) I'm not much of a party animal and prefer more low key weekends. Indy is a 5-6yo staffy cross who is very well behaved. A place with another dog for company would be great although this isn't a deal breaker If she is the only dog she will get lonely and want to be inside with me when I'm home so all housemates/owner would need to be OK with that. Secure fencing is a must! and no unfortunately no cats If your place sounds like it may be suitable send me a message! Thanks Haley
I am extremely clean and tidy and never leave my dishes behind. Owning my own business (cafe in norwood) I am out of the house for long hours but still love a good bit of banter when I am around. I have a big heart and love to let loose on the weekend and am hoping to meet some like minded people to live with
I am mature age with own furniture. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years has been knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture, but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
Hi I am quiet, respectful but love to chat! Love hiking and playing guitar. I'm a scientist (ecology and evolutionary biology) so I can tell you interesting things about plants and animals!
I work for the Government for 16 years. I am quiet, matured, honest and reliable. I always pay my rent on time and have a very good rental history. I also have good references from former landlords.
LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE IN ADELAIDE. A littl bit about myself, and hopefully I will be the perfect roommate or tenant you all being looking for. I'm a full time student so I won't be around the house much. Usually keep to myself as the semester progresses. I'm independent and keep to myself but also a great person to have a conversation with. I'm respectful, easy going, open minded, responsible, and a bit shy at first as I'm in a new surrounding but always up for a chat. I don't have any pets (sorry I'm not pet friendly) and an non smoker (don't mind as long as it's outside). I am looking for long time accomonmdation, preferably would like to stay in an all female house, with people who are around the same age as me. Mainly just would like to live somewhere until I finish my studies. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my campus or has easy direct transportation to the city (preferably links to train station towards city or a nearby bus stop).
I'm single and I've been to afew countries so I have abit of knowledge! I enjoy some good red wine and going to a nice bar/pub and clubbing every now and then to hit the dance floor. I love music..mostly R&b, acoustic. I'm not too much of a loud person.. but I do love to chat :) I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with so make a good house mate/friend I get along with pretty much everyone, my dog is really friendly too! Me and my 4yo husky are looking for a place..I take him to the dog park everyday unless its raining. He loves his toys and we both love the beach and exploring :) I was born in Adelaide and enjoy cooking! I'm looking to rent as long as possible. I work as a Nanny and just recently started working in customer support for a loans company. I also try to keep fit, I'm at Bootcamp 3 days a week in North Adelaide and enjoy going on hikes. I have just recently come back from working in Perth as a Nanny this week so now trying to start fresh back home in Adelaide. Me and my husky are in need of a place now. We would love to hear from you! :)

HI!! I am a physiotherapist, easy going , tidy and friendly person. I am moving to Adelaide from overseas. I like making new friends sociable over wine/coffee but also respect other`s privacy. Looking for like minded people to share a house with.
I am a fulltime manager at a restaurant. I am easy going, carefree and reliable! However I clean up after myself and always like to have my room clean and tidy.
I recently moved to South Australia from Victoria. I'm hoping to live near Norwood where I work, otherwise Adelaide or near the Klemzig or Paradise interchanges. Pets are great but I don't have any of my own - If you have a dog I would love to walk and play with it (and hug it forever!) if that's okay! I love gardens, parks and the bush but it's also fine if the property doesn't have outdoor space. I'm not a huge cook, so if you love to cook for hours or if you're particular about your kitchen or have diet or religious restrictions I won't be in your way. However, I do love to bake some goodies to share regularly! :) I like to keep things clean, so a dishwasher in a shared house would be lovely, but not essential at all. A non-shared bathroom or en-suite would be fantastic. I'm happy to share it with visitors to the house. I love experiencing and sharing all kinds of media and art: movies, books, tv, art, music etc. I'm a computer science programmer by trade, and maybe.. occasionally... just sometimes... I'm a total geek :) I'm an occasional social drinker, but am happy to respect an alcohol free house. I love to kick back with a movie or netflix followed by a drink and a chat! I'm open minded and love it when others share their perspectives and experiences. When I'm in the middle of a fun or engaging discussion, meeting new people, or geeking out over a shared love, I'm quite lively and talkative, but I'm an introvert at heart who also loves to read or draw for hours on end, so if you're a private person that's cool too :) I'm looking for a completely non-smoking house indoors, but where it's okay to smoke outside occasionally. I have quit all but a few a day when stressed, but can't stand the smell! I'm currently staying with family, so I can move any time. I don't have a required length of stay but at least more than 3 months would be great, and I am happy to commit to a longer duration like a year if required. I hope this gives you a good idea of who I am and what I'm looking for and I look forward to hearing from you, Cheers! I hope to meet you soon!
Hey, I'm Charlie! I'm a 26 yr old student studying education and working two jobs, one as an event designer and 'setter-upperer' and the other as an SSO (teachers aide basically) in schools. I'm Adelaide born and bred but have traveled relatively extensively to all the major continents in the world except North America (and Antarctica!). I come with an assortment of items needed for a house including but not limited to: a washing machine, a fridge, a recliner, kitchen table, cutlery, crockery, and potentially even a nice modern leather couch and a table tennis table (those are in the works!). I have lived in a share house previously and understand the requirements for living with people and pulling your own weight around the house with jobs. I enjoy working as a cohesive unit to keep the house clean and presentable but also love to have a drink and socialise with new people. I have a relatively active social life but also love to chill out and veg in front of the tv watching a movie with a bottle of wine or play some PlayStation. I play amateur league footy for Old Ignatians' in winter so my weekends are usually filled with footy and drinking or work so I'm unlikely to be seen much around then however am always open to new plans! I drive my own car and have been raised to be a decent cook and love to cook for others so there's a good chance you'll benefit from that!
I am a second year PhD student at the University of Adelaide. I am from Ghana. I would like to move into a house I can call home where all flatmates are friendly and easy to mingle with. The nature of my work makes me spend most of my time in the office. Please let me know if you have any room available in these locations. Thank you.
