The room thats on offer in the house is the main bedroom. It has a large walk in robe with some shelving and mirrors. The bathroom is shared but its an ensuite that is attached to this room. There is a second toilet down stairs however. The house is only 5 years old so its in pretty good condition still. It has Ducted air conditioning and remote access through the roller door out the front. The backyard is quite small but there is access to the park behind the house through a gate. There are also some garden beds out the back which are empty at the moment but are good for vegetables and stuff if your into that. There is only one off street car park unfortunately that is taken at the moment but the space may be negotiable in the future. Small pets could be discussed but technically the strata states that they're not allowed.
I'm a laid-back father 43 years old with mature aged children (not moving with me). Moved back to Adelaide after travelling Australia in my 4wd. Clean, easy, spend alot of time outdoors, fishing and camping, I get along with everyone and am respectful of people's belongings and privacy.
Hi Everyone! I currently doing my Masters in Business at Unisa and I also work as a Hospitality Assistant at Allity as Part-time. Looking for an accommodation for my stay in Adelaide.
Hey, I'm Jason. I'm currently studying Computer Science at Adelaide Uni and graduating next year (time to face life). I love sports and training of all kinds (well, except for yoga, I'm pretty stiffed so that won't work for me anytime soon) and also an outdoor person. I'm pretty flexible with my living place and flatmates. When I'm looking for a place to live, top 3 things I look for: 1/ Non-smoking 2/ Preferably no couples next to my room. I have trouble sleeping if you know what I mean 3/ Small and cute pets: yeah that won't hurt A freaking Becgie: okay maybe not
Looking for a change of environment. Easygoing and friendly person. Generally like my own space but will social as long as I’m not working or studying. Generally away a lot due to work.
Hi my name is Bethanie and I am looking for a place to live with my boisterous son named Moritz. He is a grey and white desexed boy cat who loves to play and eat, and is partial to pats when he feels like them. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Art at the University of South Australia in the City West campus and will be starting my 2nd/3rd year in 2019. I often bring my art home, so I can provide many a decoration, and if you check out my instagram you can see some of the things I may end up doing when I move in. I am currently working as a swim teacher in Angle Park, so my ideal place to live wouldn't be too far from where I work and study. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, creating and going for walks. I am looking to live with people who I can communicate and spend time with in a happy and connected household.
