So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Hi I have a granny flat in Galston that is currently being renovated and modernised. The flat is on 6 acres with a beautifull garden and huge yard. All utilities are included. Please call Ash or Mary to view the property at anytime. Very close to Hornsby and very private.

Can work from home and willing to share net costs. I own properties outside of Sydney but need to rent in Sydney as that's where the work is. I have a friendly golden retriever who is my rock and best pal.

I'm a 30 years old Egyptian who is looking to start his new life in Australia . I'm a civil engineer working in infrastructures mostly and open for new opportunities. when it comes to share an apartment with someone, It is not my first time to share as I've lived with roommates for several years due to my work circumstances. I am very respectful for others needs and I'm a quiet person minding my own business most of the time . I try to stay in shape and I like doing sports in general , watching movies and enjoying good coffee are my passion.
I work full time so I probably won't be there most of the time but when I am, I normally keep to myself, very shy at first but when I get more comfortable you'll start to notice how funny and willy I can be. I'm happy to help out around the house. If you have any animals I'm sure I'll fall in love with them haha I'm mostly moving out because I'm in a bad situation at home and can no longer live there. I can't afford bond but I'm more than happy to pay more with rent till the desired amount is paid off.
I am a female student looking to move out from my parents. I will be in 1st year Uni from the start of next year and would like to move out. I am quiet, introverted but always more than happy to help around the house. I am very neat, organised and will be working part time + applying for Centrelink youth allowance.
Hi my name is Steph, I'm a relaxed, quiet, tidy young professional female who enjoys the outdoors, sport, yoga and running. I work for National parks and Wildlife Service in Ku-ring-gai National Park as a Ranger. My partner lives in south Sydney so im hardly home on weekends, and will mainly need my accommodation from Mon-Fri.
I will only be there for about 3 weekdays per week as I have a split area job and don't want a long daily commute. Happy to take furnished or unfurnished, I'm not a noisy person. I don't smoke, I like to cook, and have a lot of experience cooking vegetarian and vegan food as well as meat dishes . I am told I have a great sense of humour I do like cats - although I like most pets ( except snakes and spiders!) I like the movies, driving and travelling. With 4 grown up children who live away, I'm used to housework too.
