Mature, easy going, quiet but not boring, friendly but happy with my own company. Interested in social justice but not a rabid lefty and passionate about animals. Currently living south of Canberra in NSW but looking to move back into town. My move date is flexible as I am welcome where I am until 23 January I really enjoy walking, movies, iview and SBS on demand, craft including pottery, being out and about at markets or galleries or in for a quiet evening. Travelling to Sydney, the coast and farther afield Reasonable cook who likes to try new recipes particularly after a recent trip to Spain and the UK/Ireland. I have my own bedroom furniture which I would like to use. I also have my own lounge room furniture which can be stored on the property or used. Storage would be a bonus. No white goods but happy to purchase if necessary. No children.
My name is Leah, i work in the public service full-time, right into my fitness. Love to chill and have a chat with friends. Originally from the country but have made myself a permanent resident here! I have a little female cavoodle, she's awesome, very chilled and fully house trained. Doesn't shed hair either and just loves cuddles and going for a good run. I'm interested in people who want to team up to find a house or an already established one. I have a lot of new furniture as well. Open to suburb suggestions as well. :)
I'm friendly and open to new people, I keep clean and have a beautiful pup who I am training. I am busy with work and study so also spend time out of the way.
Hi, We are just looking for temporary accommodation for about 4 months from January 30th until about the middle of may. We have a small dog with us as well. :) My partner works full time and I work part time. Thanks.
Clean up after myself and come with references if needed. Have done a lot of travel domestically in the last couple of years, and am keen to hear about others' stories on the road. I am into long treks with a backpack. If I say I'll do something, I do it. I have a regular pattern of PT work. Am financially independent, and work in the Volunteer sector because I choose to, not because I have to. I am also an Army Reservist.

Hi I am Mel from Melbourne, I graduated law school this year and am making the move to Canberra in January 2018 to work for the Department of Finance. I've been off and on studying and working overseas for the past few years in Canada, Switzerland and England. I love cooking and good glass of wine. Looking forward to meeting some cool people to live with. Shoot me a message!
I have one large bedroom with built-in wardrobes available in a LGBTQ, Kink, Smoker and pet friendly house. You can be none of those things or all of them, just no judgement. Ideally looking for 1 person to make a share house of 3 people, 1 Kelpie X Huntaway called Loki and whatever pets may follow (please not 27 cats) There is a bathroom and separate toilet that would be shared with one other housemate. There is plenty of space in the lounge, kitchen and sun room so feel free to bring all the furniture you like and we can organise something that works. The house has off street parking, a small front garden and a large backyard and covered patio, ideal for entertaining. There are 2 Garden Sheds and a long carport which allows for all the storage. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of the Tuggeranong Parkway (near the Woolworths at the second set of lights). Commuting to key areas is pretty straightforward and buses are available near Woolworths at the end of the street, about 7minutes walk. The house has ducted gas heating in the floor for winter and ducted evaporative cooling in the roof for summer. Both are pretty amazing. Short walk to Mt Taylor which is also nice.
Beautiful, bottom storey, two bedroom 'flat'. This place is full of soul. Modern kitchen, plenty of shelves and storage, greenery, light and airy rooms. The shared areas are furnished, but we might be able to make room if you have things you want to bring with you. The flat also comes with an adorable dog, so dog lovers please apply! Your room is light and bright, about 3x3, and comes partly furnished with built in shelves and a wardrobe. BYO bed, etc. The flat is the bottom floor of an established house, but is separate with own entrance. The owner and her partner live upstairs and they are interesting, respectful and away most weekends. The backyard is for our use and you are very welcome to garden if you like. I have some veggies and herbs in but plenty more space. *Note: furnishings pictured are from previous tenant.
Looking for employed female please Quiet area walking distance to buses Warm and cosy unit North facing unit so gets the afternoon sun Big friendly dog in back yard and also friendly humans in main house Private from main house
Hi. My name is Sue. I'm moving from rural WA to study full-time in Canberra for an academic year. Professionally I am a Registered Nurse/Midwife and will work a little to support myself. I am easy going and quiet, clean and tidy, and I enjoy walking, horse riding and meeting with friends. As I am moving interstate I am looking for a furnished room preferably en-suite.
I'm new to Canberra as a grad in 2018 and looking for fun, sociable people to be my roommates! I'm a super neat person, I like to cook and am big on Kmart home decor. I'm a huge fan of drinking wine on the couch and watching movies, as well as going to museums and art galleries (but only the free ones). I'm also from Brisbane so you may have to listen to me complain a bit during the winter, Looking for roommates that are keen to be friends/actually spend some time together, but give each other space when we want!
I'm an easy-gong individual that is organised and clean, I work part-time at the Canberra hospital in haematology while i finish studying my masters at UC. I am not an overly outgoing individual but probably one of the easier to get along with.
I'm a 22yo female student about to commence a 9 month radiography placement. I am a clean and tidy person and considerate of others in shared living spaces. I am easy going, enjoy an active lifestyle and socialising with friends. The 9 months needed for accommodation could be indefinite if work is offered to me upon completion of my placement.
I am moving to Canberra at the start of 2018 for work and am looking for somewhere to live. I am friendly, tidy and reliable and love all pets (i have none of my own). Preferably looking for a place with 1-3 housemates.
Hi I'm Chrissy! I'm moving up to Canberra from Melbourne for a graduate position in the APS and looking for a share house. I have lived in share houses for the past 4 years, so I understand different house dynamics, rules and boundaries. I am a clean and respectful housemate, who is happy to hang out and chat, or do my own thing. I spend my down time usually binging televisions and podcasts, reading books, and baking (which I love to share!). I am looking forward to meeting new people and exploring Canberra and its surrounds.
I'm currently trying to suss out my options for February. I live in a share house at the moment and have the option to extend the lease for another year but that will mean finding two new housemates and furnishing the house (other housemate owns furniture). So I'm on here to see if there are better options 😀 I'm 25, Irish, work full time Monday-Friday 9-6, easy going, enjoy cooking, watching tv, spending time outside, a few drinks every few weekends. I have ticked the smoker box, I smoke a few cigs of an evening after work or with a few drinks. I'm not a heavy smoker or anything.

Hi! I'm a 25yr old female moving down from QLD to Canberra to start work at the Canberra hospital in early January, and my boyfriend is late 20's working in the design field. We are quiet, respectful and tidy and have lived together for 3 years, and always had at least one roommate and gotten along well. We are down to earth and respectful of personal space, but also more than happy to hang out for a drink or check out events on the weekends. We are very independent and don't live in each other's pockets! Please let me know if you think you have something that could suit, time is of the essence!
Hi I'm Rajbir, North Indian female looking for single room for my self. Currently I'm living in Sydney, working full time and moving to Canberra by 1st of January 2018. I'm a non- smoker, very tidy and organised person, respect the privacy of others. Thanks
Hi future flatmates! I am a working professional from Brisbane who is relocating to Canberra in 2018 for a graduate role with the APS. I am looking forward to moving down and hoping to find a great place to stay. I believe that I would be a great flatmate because I am friendly, clean and respectful. I love having a good time and socialising but also understand the need for personal space and privacy. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, a quiet night in reading, video games, social sport (basketball, tennis, badminton, futsal) and trying my hand at new things. I am looking forward to meeting new people and exploring Canberra.
Clean & tidy person. Friendly, mature person. Loves travelling & scuba diving. Happy to have a chat or remain quiet. Have a friendly dog who doesn't make a sound at nite. Must find a place as soon as possible.
