Nice new home with mod cons. Northerly aspect (nice and warm) views from the verandah. Nice place quiet area and a quiet house. 4 bedrooms, of which two will be let and the third will be a spare in case family or friends wish to stay the night (or maybe they just had one too many the night before). So it's not too crowded. There are two living areas so you can have you own space. Just worked out how to use the gas heating and it works a charm, and there is an AC for the warmer months. The bedrooms are a nice size (about 3X3m) with built ins. The bathroom is modern, with separate toilet, and you would share this bathroom with one other.

Hi All, I'm currently looking for one other person to find a rental house with me. I'm a fairly level headed person and don't mind if the person i find either wants to be social or keep lives seperate from eachother. I am someone who would like, on occasion, to have a friend or two over on a friday/saturday night, but would expect both parties to respect eachothers personal/bedroom areas. I'm looking for someone around the same approximate life point and am looking to start a new rental for at least 6-12 months. I'm allergic to cats so I can't share a house with anyone that has one. Cheers
Its quiet, clean, and plenty of room, own bathroom and 2 living ( lounge) rooms so plenty of space to relax in own areas. Bbq and outdoor enertainment area. NICE views overlooking golf course, so any keen golfers welcome😊

My name is Lauren and I am looking for a room to rent by myself. I am a friendly yet private person whom is hygienic, respectful and reliable. Currently unemployed as of recent as I am still going through hand therapy from surgery yet I receive fortnightly payments and will be looking for a casual or full time job as soon as I have stability to do so and have never had an issue with paying all requirements on time. I have a quiet, litter-trained male cat who will be accompanying myself. I have experienced renting independently for the past year and have a diverse range of experience with living with other people! I am prepared and excited to find positive housemates to live with for the next 6-12 months + depending on my work/ study situation. I am a very bubbly and open-minded person who is a pleasure to live with!

I am adjusting to single life having been married twice and I have six children between 40 and 17. I have a small dog - very friendly and beautifully-natured - which would have with me some of the time. I plan to make a lot of shorter trips taking me away for a few days at a time over the next six months. I enjoy cooking - nothing exotic - and gardening and growing vegies etc. I am used to lots of house maintenance activities. I want company, some of the time, with someone who enjoys life and sees the funnier side of humanity as well as having concern for the future with climate change etc.. I also like lots of time to myself. I will be involved part-time in a continuing family business for a while but that can happen on the net. I enjoy a glass of red and am keen to maintain a walking exercise regime. I would be interested in anywhere on the Bellarine Peninsula or outer eastern Ballarat
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm looking for a room around Ballarat from approximately the 12th August (or 26th). I'm open to living either near the CBD so i can walk to work, or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old male journalist currently working in Mildura (but living in Melbourne). I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I currently live with 3 females and have lived with a mix of guys and gals before. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, etc. So I'm pretty self sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four walls. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then Hobart, now Melbourne, so I've gotten used to moving recently, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place! Ideally, I'm hopeful of living with 1-2 people, young professionals around my age (flexible with that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Now that you've made it this far, I'd love to know more about YOU and what you're looking for in a place or housemate! Thanks :)
