We live in a large townhouse with four bedrooms that we only use three of- the other as a spare room. It has 3 bathrooms, massive deck, and huge open plan kitchen/living area which has all necessary furniture and living needs. There are two car ports and lockup garage as well as a visitor parking area. The house is only two minutes away from Carseldine central that has all the necessities- ie woolies, chemist, fast food, restaurants, dentists, doctors etc, as well as conveniently being right on the highway to Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately it’s not overly suitable for pets. Brendon is offering $150 per week that doesn’t include bond or bills, or $175 a week were you don’t have to pay bond + bills and internet are included. We look forward to hearing from you 😊
Property is brand new , super easy to keep clean. Each have our own bedroom / bathroom set up(Bathroom pictured is all yours!). For a townhouse it is very spacious with a back yard . Plenty of storage space in the garage . I have the house and kitchen fully furnished and set up. I don’t have internet set up as I don’t need it, however happy to look into this and split the bill. The place is close to main roads , has parks close by and is close to shops.
