But that's boring. I recently took a Food Processing, Logistics and Forklift Course the other month, so I'm currently looking for employment in that sector. Aiming to find night shift work. Been online now for about 25 years now. I dabble in some web site building and graphic design, as well as Forex Day Trading as a hobbie to keep me busy, I love learning new things online, so hopefully one day I don't need to look for a job. I'm a bit of a night owl, I hope that doesn't bother you. I'm very quiet during the night and respectful of others who sleep during normal hours of the day. I'm a social person, and don't mind the odd beer from time to time, not every week or month, only when I want to wind down some. I smoke and prefer to smoke outside. Though I do plan to quit some day (fingers crossed lol). I'm looking for a nice place to stay, I hate living where I am at the moment. The self-appointed Landlady who looks after her Son's place is over stepping her boundaries and doesn't give us enough notice to when she is coming by, she just helps herself and lets her self in. I'm tired of the people here, they pinch my food, or are noisy, or they don't clean up after themselves and I'm totally tired of it. It's also so darn hot in this place, there is no proper insulation to keep cold air in during the warm days, or to keep the warmth in during the cold days. Over 70% of our efficiency goes out of every gap/hole in the house. It's covered in Ants, and the Toilet is just gross!!! So tired of people treating this place like a backpackers or don't respect others who have to use the same facilities. I'm currently in Bald Hills, 4036. I've lived here for just over a year now. And it's time to move on. I need to give at least 2 weeks notice, but I promised the Landlady that I'd give her 4 weeks, so I'll be sticking to that. Having saying that, I don't mind moving out earlier (she normally wants us to pay weekly, but for the last 2 decades I've always paid my rent at least 2 months ahead. Rob works full time on a morning/afternoon/night roster rotating fortnightly so he is sometimes rarely seen. the bathroom will be shared between yourself and rob, and the kitchen is shared between all three of us however between myself and robs working schedule there's plenty of availability to use it with ease. there is an extension on the back of the house with its own bedroom and bathroom where I live, but the rest of the house is free to use however you like. there is very basic furnishings such as a 3 seater couch and tv in the living room, with a small table but that's all. there is a train station roughly 500m away, and Chermside shopping centre is a 4 minute drive, and taigum shopping centre is even closer than that. There are parks very close by and there is also a pub within stumbling distance. All bills are included in the rent, so no extra costs for you other than bond. the house was built in the 50's so it is an old set house however I have just finished painting the whole interior and have also polished the floors, which are all hardwood other than the kitchen which is vinyl.
