Bills All utility bills are on top and split 50/50 (I am very conservative and energy efficient) and you may opt to share wifi with me for $50 per month allowing you 200GB Guests Guests are fine but obs be courteous about it. A partner that stays every night or most nights is not cool. I would never do this to you and hope for the same courtesy. Public Transport The Carseldine train station is 1.6km away. It would take 20 minutes to walk, or 5 minutes to drive. The nearest bus stop is 270 metres away. The route is the P341 taking you into the city Shopping Centres Coles and Aldi are 1.8kms away. Very easy going and friendly. Happy to keep to myself most of the time but do enjoy a few mangoes here and there. I work overnight shifts at hospitals 3-4 nights a week, with shifts at the Sunshine Coast Friday and Saturday nights. Will spend most of my days sleeping until the early afternoon and a lot of mornings out fishing. Have a girlfriend that is very busy and will stay over max 1-2 nights a week when I'm not working.
