Hey there! My name is Demi, I am a 20 year old female student from the Netherlands who's extremely excited to study at RMIT for a semester. I am very sporty; love windsurfing, ice-skating and cycling and sometimes get excited about things easily; always in for trying out new things. That's why I have taken courses in basically any discipline. Next to studying and sports I am most passionate about making documentaries, designing buildings and talking to random strangers. I love to have great company, am very social and bond easily, but I am very comfortable being on my own too. I cannot sit still; I hardly ever watch tv and wake up fairly early- believing that the early bird catches the worm (or runs into 17 deers- as happened during my morning adventure last week.) I easily adapt to situations and people and I think that's very important in living together. Looking forward to meet my future housemate(s)!
Greetings! So I’ve just finished a Bachelor of Software Engineering at UniSA and am looking to move out. I’ve been offered a PhD but have deferred it to the end of the year as I’m working on some of my own projects at the moment, as well as applying for the Royal Military College. I’ll be working at UniSA as a researcher and am financially secure. I’m a pretty non-dramatic person and will happily compromise and calmly discuss any issues to find solutions. I like to be hygienic and organised, but am not pedantic about it. I’m introspective but outgoing and hence conscientious of others; socially progressive but non-confrontational, so accepting of other viewpoints. I enjoy time alone to recharge, and understand when others need that too; always up for chats about interesting topics though! At heart I'm a geek who loves puzzles and over-analysing books and films, and I train in martial arts. While it’s always fun to meet new people, if you’re just looking for someone to split the rent with who won’t bother you, I can be that person. Short version: Looking for the perfect housemate? Choose dis guy! *Thumbs pointed at self* :)
Hello ! I'm a 21 yo French student from Paris who will be studying at Swinburne University. I will be in Australia for around 6 months. I'm familiar with Australia as I was living in Sydney 3 years ago but I am new to Melbourne. I want to make the most of Melbourne and ideally want to find flatmates who I can enjoy with and not just live in the same place. I am clean and tidy and lots of fun on the evening and week-ends but I also like to chill. I'm enjoying live music, travelling, chatting around wine and cheese (you will always have great wine around me), I'm also an animal lover. I don't take too much space too ! Let me know if have other questions. Cheers !
Cool Calm Considerate Studious (full-time student) Relatively tidy Seeking a quiet(ish) house with other students
I don't really know how to describe myself, so here it goes. I'm 24, a uni student studying creative arts. I'm a non smoker and I very rarely drink. I mostly keep to myself. At the moment, most of my time is spent studying and during some free time, I enjoy playing games and watching series on netflix.
We are quiet and very adjusting and co operative. We are fun but won't disturb anyone. We dont have any overnight guests. And we are desperately in search of a house/room to share near UNiSA.
Hey There! Im Rachael, 24 years old and have been living in share houses 2 - 3 years so i know the drill by now. I work full time, and enjoy going to the gym after work. I think i'm pretty easy to live with and wont hide away in my room when i'm home. I'm clean and will respect others space and items (no need to put your name on your food :P) My lease is ending on the 20th of Feb and am needing to find a place before hand. Happy to team up or move in. I do have an indoor cat, she is no nuisance. She literally just sleeps all day and greets you at the door when you walk in the door and rolls over for a tummy rub like a dog. She doesn't scratch or bite like normal cats, shes very mellow and has been known to turn previous housemates who are dog only lovers in cat lovers by the time they leave, ive even had one request daily snapchats haha :) I am a great lover of coffee, cider and wine. Anything that involves those things, i will more than happily join in :). I love going out for brunch on weekends and having some drinks in the afternoon. I would love to find some housemates who would also turn into friends :) So please send me a message, would love to chat and get something sorted before i become homeless! :)
I'm looking for an affordable pet friendly rental for me and my indoor feline companion. Somewhere close to the CBD. 1-2 bedroom unit or apartment would be ideal (NO SHARE HOUSES). I'm quiet, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of others, their property and privacy, and always pay bills and rent on time. The room has to be big enough to fit a queen-sized bed, desk, vanity, 2 wardrobes and a tallboy comfortably. I have excellent references, Police Criminal History Check and DCSI Clearance.
I'm a law/psych student and also working 3 full days a week. I'm a respectful but relaxed housemate. Ideally I'd like to be living within 5 km of the city as both my uni and work are there. I love being with my friends, netflix, and tending to a few little indoor plants I have (I could even bring a bunch of indoor/outdoor plants with me if you wanted ;)).
I'm an international uniSA student and would mostly stay out for work. I'd return for studying and sleeping, so I'd prefer someone quiet. However, I'm not a bore and am always up for a chat and having a good time.

The perfect balance between being affordable and convenient! The house is just off O'Connell Street, the main street of North Adelaide - well if you don't know it yet then this is the best suburb to live in. Everything is just a stone thrown away. We have the 24/7 Caltex Gas Station next door, BWS and Foodworks are just right at the back, Foodland is 400m from the house, O'Connell 24/7 Bakery is across the road, and so many other places like restaurants/cafes/pubs, gym, chemists, banks are all within arm's reach. There are way so many buses to choose from to go to the Rundle Mall, Chinatown, UniSA or Uni Adelaide, etc. and they only take 10 mins: + Free Bus 98A/C on Tynte Street + G10, 222, 224, 228 on O'Connell + 230, 232, 235, 239 on Jeffcoff Street Going on Uber would also only cost around $8 so you don't have to worry about the late nights. And if you are in the mood for an early morning exercise then free bikes are on Tynte Street and walking to the city also just takes 30mins. The house and the room are fully furnished, all ready to move in. It is a spacious double bedroom, but for now, we have only put a single bed in there. If you would like to change the bed or any other furniture in the room, then, yes, of course we can be flexible. From the room, there is a door to a sexy balcony, where you can enjoy a good book (or a nice chilled beer) and watch the stars. This is like the best option you can get if you want to be so close to everything and the city, and still don't have to pay $200+ per week for a tiny single room in an old apartment.
The house is very close to all local amenities within walk distance to the beautiful Prospect area eg Cafe, Pub/Bar, Supermarket, Asian grocery shop etc. It has a bus stop right at the front, you don't really need a car to go City or down town and the bus is quite frequent. The 2 available rooms are fully furnished and are quite large size 5m x 5m (approx) with small courtyard /garden at the back. All bills are included in the rent, such as internet, gas, electricity and water. I am quite neat and tidy person hence i am looking for people with similar approach.

I work full time so rarely home during the weekdays. I am in stable, full time employment of 6 years . I spend a lot of weekends out of the house surfing, running or riding. I love keeping fit. I am clean and keep to myself (will of course say hello and how was your day etc etc) , not into parties, and I don't smoke. I have no kids. I have owned my previous place so I understand about respecting personal items and space etc. I would like a room to myself where I can store a small amount of furniture and would prefer my own bathroom. I would like to rent a room in the Modbury area as it's convenient being close to my work or alternatively near the western beaches as I love the sea.. I would like bills and Internet included so hassle free. I have a car so would prefer a safe neighbourhood or driveway to park in. I have also lived in Adelaide for 30 years...gone to school and Uni here, so not your typical Sri Lankan...very Aussie.
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
My name is Jonathon and I'm currently entering my third year at uni studying Journalism and International relations at UniSA. I have had 18 months experience living in share houses so I am clean and considerate. I work in a busy cafe in the city and will always pay my rent on time. I enjoy being social and will love having chats with my housemates and meeting new people over a drink or two or some good food! :D I also enjoy my down time and am looking for housemates who won't get offended if I want to spend a lot of time in my room. Let me know if you have a room available! :D
I work full time from home, so I can contribute to bills/rent as I receive a proportion back on internet from my boss then rent/electricity at tax time. I sometimes travel interstate for work. I also study so I am quite busy and spend most of my time in my room. I have rented places before in Darwin and have moved back to Adelaide roughly 10 months ago. I would like 2 rooms or at least share the 3rd room as an office/study. I don't smoke, rarely drink, no drugs, no partner - however I am in the middle of a divorce, no kids, no pets, not even a plant. I am super boring as my time is taken up via work and study. IT nerd and I love heavy metal. I also like to sleep alot. Naps on Sunday are a must. I'm tidy and happy to clean and sometimes cook, otherwise I just eat cereal cause I cbf due to being to busy. Not fussed where I live as I work from home. Happy to rent a place with someone opposed to renting a room from someone. I have all my own bedroom and office furniture so I do not require a furnished bedroom. I also have my own car so at the least off street parking would be okay. Prefer to live with a female but mind can be changed.
Howdy all, 22yo male seeking a room for rent until june in the regency park area. I work 5 days a week. Generally neat and tidy having lived out of home for the last 4 years but don't mind letting my hair down on the weekend. Half the time ill be staying at my girlfriends so ill be out of your hair most of the time. Any further queries feel free to message me. Cheers
clean and tidy
I'm a 19 year old trans boy looking for a place to live with my dog (medium mixed breed, has anxiety but other than that he's well-behaved) and my bird (he can live outside most of the time). I can pay pet bond or provide references for my dog if that helps. I have lived in a share house before, and am a moderately tidy person.
Looking for a place in a share house, less than a half hours bike ride from Adelaide's CBD (<10km). I'd love to move into a fairly social and easygoing place, but I also understand the need for a bit of quiet time. I'm clean and tidy, and more than happy to chip in with jobs around the house. I work part time at the Adelaide Central Markets, and I study medicine at UofA. If you've got a place available let me know; ready to move in whenever you are.
Hi! My name is Laura, i'm a law graduate from Melbourne. I've made the spontaneous move to Adelaide and am excited to stay in a share house and meet some cool people. If i could describe myself it'd probably be along the lines of - honest, friendly, inclusive, open-minded and easy going :)!
Hey there, I am Urja from India, I am a very friendly, a kind person and specially a clean and a responsible person. I would be studying at The University of South Australia. I am looking forward to stay with clean and friendly people. Hope to see you soon! :)
I am very friendly, fun and most importantly clean and very tidy. I work Monday-Friday on a rotating roster on the afternoon shift at a pharmaceutical warehouse in Thebarton so I am looking for a place nearby work, I also work saturday nights at a club and generally go out during the day on weekends. I keep to myself and do my own thing, I enjoy my private space and will not annoy anyone. I also have a car and motorbike so will require 1 space off street parking ( my car and bike usually fit in one space) I would require a private bathroom or ensuite as I have way too many beauty products and appliances.
