Available now, we have one room for rent on a beautiful air conditioned property located in quiet leafy area at Long Street, South Toowoomba. The room will be rented for $160 per week. Rent includes general water usage, lawn mowing and external garden maintenance, and unlimited NBN internet. Electricity and excess water charges will be shared amongst tenants on a pro-rata basis.
