Hi I am a friendly person who works full time in the city as a tutor. I am a no fuss person and enjoy a nice conversation or hangout :)
Hi, I'm a registered nurse at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, working full time shift work, I love a social life but also play catch up on sleep most of the time. I'm happy to keep to myself or to make new friends. I'm clean n tidy, I also have a Maltese x shih tzu he's 9 years old, an indoor dog, potty trained and well domesticated. He's quite tame and will either keep to himself or come for a snuggle.
My name's Finn; I'm a 24 year old hospitality worker in the city (mostly weekends), and will be re-enrolling in uni next year (hopefully!). I rarely drink, don't smoke, and have cat allergies :( I've lived in shared housing for 8 years, so I know the ropes; I'm clean and considerate of others' space. I enjoy cooking and always tidy up after myself. Happy to share the load of maintaining house/yards. Looking forwards to hearing from you! (I also have a large fridge to bring!)
Im 23 years old, I'm studying at Media Makeup and working casual in Glenelg as a waitress/bartender. Im clean, respectful and super friendly, I'm looking for a place to rent in October. I have a dog (border collie x kelpie) who I'd love to bring with me however if pets are not allowed he can stay with my mum.
Available bedroom is fully furnished with built in wardrobe. Large window that lets in lots of natural light. New floor boards making for easy cleaning. Bathroom has separate toilet, two vanities, shower and bath. Shared with one other housemate. Washing and drying facilities available. Large outdoor clothes line. Functional kitchen and comfortable living area. Internet included in rent. Bills are split three ways. Off street parking available. park with tennis court and playground opposite. Nearby shopping facilities and cafes. Have a golden retriever, Poppy who is very friendly and loveable. Welcome to come have a look. Please contact for more details, more than happy to answer any questions. Looking for new housemate to move in ASAP.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Im easy going and quiet. Love Netflix and gardening. I would like to bring with me some herb and flower pots, if it is possible. I like to go out occasionally, but, at 33 hangovers are getting increasingly painful. I currently live in Thebarton and love a couple of wines at the Wheaty and a chipper stroll home. I have a partner who is interstate and am co-pack-leading (aka parenting) some puppies who also live in Thebarton. They will be staying at their current home. I tutor part time at Uni SA and labour the rest of the time. My room is often messy but I'm on board with keeping common areas tidy. I have selected 6 months for my stay but will stay longer if it works out. I have no date I have to move from my current place but do need to give at least 2 weeks notice.
I'm 21 and from Melbourne originally, looking to move to Adelaide around the 6th of Aug. I love the outdoors and getting out and about. I'm super relaxed, friendly and tidy to live with. I've lived in a few sharehouses before with all kinds of people and get along with mostly anyone.
I'm a friendly, vibrant, bubbly person with a love for life. I'm clean and tidy. I have a dog. She's older. Desexed etc. house trained. And will need to come with me. She is outside during day. But has to sleep inside at night due to arthritis so I will need somewhere that allows pets.
Hi, my name is Eric who is a Chinese international student. I am 24 male. no smoke, no pet. I hope to find a respectful landlord who is patient. Chinese circle is too large, to some extent, I hope to escape from it and fit in the new environment. :-). The price is hopefully below 200 pw. text preferred

It is 3 km from the city, short 200 metre walk to bus and slightly longer walk to the tram which is free to the city. The residence is very secure with 2 metre fences around the perimeter and a security light. One of the best things about the place is its residents who are very friendly and co-operative. There are shops within 200 metres (Brickworks and close to main Henley Beach road shopping hub). The room is 4.2m by 4.8 metres. The house is kept very clean with each person responsible for cleaning on a monthly roster. The accommodation is ideal for a student studying in CBD. Linen, crockery, cooking utensils and internet are all included. There is also a a queen sized double bed, desk with chair , wardrobes, vanity unit, heater and fan as well as a washing machine which is available for use. Residents are from different cultures and create a positive harmonious environment. Smoking is alright outside but not inside. If you are seeking a quiet, friendly, comfortable home this is ideal. It is NOT suitable for partying, loud music or frequent alcohol consumption. Long term applicants preferred. For more information ring Phill

Small three bedroom modern home, situated behind another property; private and secure! Ducted throughout and has appliances, enclosed backyard and very low maintaince. House is furnished apart from bedroom!
SECURE MODERN 3 BEDROOM SHAREHOUSE AVAILABLE NOW *This property is fully furnished apart from the private bedroom available*, ducted airconditioning, unlimited internet available, low maintenance. Having an enclosed backyard and being situated behind another property makes this home safe and secure. Brickworks Marketplace around the corner for shopping convenience and close proximity to the city. Utilities are paid quarterly, separate to rent. There is no 6 week option for the bond details above, however the bond is $800.
Our house is really large and spacious. There are two toilets, a separate bathroom and separate washroom. The back of the house is all open plan living, kitchen, dining and can be closed off from the bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard is quite large with a shed, large undercover porch area and driveway is continued down to the shed. Unfortunately one of the roommates leaving has a lot of the furniture so any furniture and kitchen equipment would be welcome. We think the location is pretty ideal. It’s close to the city and easy access to the beach. We are one street back from the river – about 150m walk. Across the footbridge is Brickwork’s and everything you need is there – food, supermarkets, alcohol, coffee, zambrero’s… Room 2 is available straight away and room 1 will be available from the 2nd of September. Bond is $720.00 for both rooms (not 4 weeks rent as above) and you would be signed onto the lease. The lease is up on the 3/02/2018 however it is highly likely that the owner will be happy for us to resign again.
I'm a friendly and respectful person who loves to cook and make spaces warm and inviting. I enjoy living with others, but appreciate time to myself. I'm a writer and musician who is nearing the end of a PhD and teaching at The University of Adelaide. I have a Chihuahua x Chinese Crested, Patti (Smith) who is tiny, hilarious, and well behaved. Living in the west or as close as possible to the city is a priority for me. I ride a bike everywhere and enjoy being near a park or the linear/torrens trail. I am looking for a place for anywhere between 6 months to a year.
