Room available late September in furnished home in great location, close to Adelaide CBD - easygoing housemates, long or short term welcome. Looking for a female flatmate. Are you looking for a place to call home, sharing with other females? Two rooms available in my home in Flinders Park. Great location minutes from Findon shopping centre which has a few supermarkets, a few super big vintage shops, library, post office and more. A couple minutes’ walk from bus stops to the city in a ‘go zone’. Close to parks and the river Torrens on a tidy street not near any main roads. Shared kitchen and dining combined, separate shared study/guest room, and garage/rumpus out the back. The lounge is a bit of a mind + body + soul room, with nice sunshine, especially in the mornings. So there are three or four shared living areas but your room is your own. The bedrooms all have large windows and built-in robes. A large linen press in the hallway and the outside room provide further storage. The house is fully furnished, however your furniture is welcome too, if you have some. The toilet is separate to the bathroom which is vintage with a great bath. Separate laundry too with two big sinks and my big LG washer/dryer. A garage with roller door is available for parking. A covered veranda area and large backyard leave plenty room for plants and veggies. I’ve just moved in and am starting a veggie garden now in time for spring. The garden is simple and low maintenance. The rooms are partly furnished, and more furniture can be arranged by negotiation. Bond is 3 weeks rent, and you have the option to go on the lease at a later time. Short or long-term stay, it’s up to you. To find out more please email, text or call me. People who write a bit about themselves via text or email will be contacted first. Thank you.
Hello there! I am Tina 26 years old Indonesian and married. I will be coming to Australia with a Work and Holiday Visa with my husband join along on October 31st. We are a vibrant young couple who loves to cook, manage everything in order, easy going and open minded. I was an Aupair in the Netherlands and Aussie last year as well my husband is a graphic designer. So we thought that would not be difficult to live together with somebody else in one house. We thought about finding a house to stay for a long term up to 6 or 12 months. Our preference will be a share house with a master bedroom, fully equipped especially a kitchen set since I am fancy of cooking. If you keen to experience some Indonesian cuisine, this is it! let us cook some dinner for you :) Cheers!
I am looking for a new place call home with some easy going, fun loving, house mates (preferably female) who will be happy to share their home with me and my two furbabies. I currently work full time and also casually in hospitality so I come and go and fair bit and when I'm not at bootcamp or hot yoga I enjoy dinners and chats over a glass of wine and movie nights in with a glass of wine. Did I mention wine? I'm not looking for a party house but I do like to have dinner dates and the occasional night on the town. I come with baggage (dont we all) - two well behaved indoor cats who spend most of their time sleeping, eating or chasing each other around he house (well the younger one chases, the older one runs away). I hope that my new housemates can get along with my feline friends. If you are keen on teaming up or have a room to rent let me know. I am hoping to say out in the Western suburbs, near the beach or close to the city. Send me a message if you are keen! Happy house hunting 😸
Hi there! We are Daniela and Dario, an Italian couple in our late 20s (we both are 29 years old). We will be moving to Adelaide on October 24th and we are looking for a double room in a share house or a small apartment for us two. We both have already shared properties in the USA as well as in Germany and Italy. We are very easygoing, friendly, quiet, clean and respectful and of course we share chores. We are not party animals but are always up for a good talk, a beer or a movie night. Non smokers and pet friendly. We both love working out and hiking to discover new places. We also like reading, photography, travelling and hanging out with friends.
Full time student, studying a Bachelor of Science at Adelaide uni. Yes, 19 may seem like a young and very dependent, not so mature age but I have been living out of home whilst juggling different jobs and study since I was 16 and have lived in shared housing before, mostly with older roommates. I tend to have a lot of sport and other things on and like to be organised, slight OCD with clutter and keeping things tidy and in their place. Originally from country SA on the Eyre Peninsula. Pretty handy in the kitchen too. So if you enjoy; - Romantic walks along the beach - The occasional bevvie or few - Good music, live music - Quality banter - Watching the footy, any sport really - Good food Then chuck us a message, we'll get along pretty well.
I am Kenyan and in Adelaide to pursue a full-time PhD. I value cleanliness, neatness and privacy. I consider myself to be diplomatic, diligent and reliable. I am into gaming, watching English/European football and play some bit of chess. Occasionally, I enjoy going out, travelling and exploring new places around me!
The location is amazing, half way between the beach and city. Close to shops, bus stop within a 1 min walk. Own lounge room included. Ducted heating and cooling throughout, small backyard and a very secure home. The house is almost like 2 houses in one as there is a second lounge room available at the front of the house with the bedroom, which allows you to make your own private sanctuary.
I'm tidy , clean , quiet & considerate of other people in house & neighbors as well. I keep to myself but also socialise & involve myself in household activities. I don't bring any visitors back to house & I don't have pets children or drug habits tagging along. I have given up smoking to
We are a clean and tidy, friendly, easygoing couple with a good sense of humour, non-smokers with no pets (but love dogs!) We are hard-working, reliable and honest, and enjoy reading, movies and video games.
Hey all, 19 year old graduate taking a gap year looking to move out of home as the situation there isn't suitable for me at the moment. Otherwise, Uber is never expensive. - Great and spacious bedroom with a king-size bed - Two bathrooms - Kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher - Washing Machine - Heater and Air Conditioning available in the room as well as living room. - Cleaning Service included in the rent - Considerably big backyard

I will totally respect your privacy, but I don’t just want a person who hides out in their room, I want a houseMATE! Smokers are ok - but outside only The room is available late November, No pets sorry and No couples. Please get in touch if this place seems right for you! My names Jess, im 30 years old & working full time Mon-Fri 9-5 as a mental health support worker. I am currently living in Largs Bay right near the beach. I am looking for a room to move into ASAP in a share house with fellow easy going, down to earth & friendly housemates. I also have a beautiful dog - a 4 year old Golden Retriever so I need to find a home where he would be welcomed as part of the family :) I am rarely home during the week except to sleep - I keep myself busy with work & gym & walking my dog. I like a wine on a Friday night to unwind. Hope to hear from you soon.
I'm a cheerful, full time worker who has house shared in the past. I understand the need to respect both your property and space. I am friendly and polite. I enjoy both nights in watching movies and nights out socialising. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line and say hey (:
Friendly, easy-going housemate who's been working full-time as a Marketing Manager in the arts for 5 years. I'm out of the house a lot for work/events, social life, so home tends to be my chill-out space, with the odd dinner/small party - housemate nights in with wine have become a bit of a habit I'd love to continue! I have pretty eclectic tastes, but i generally love music, sport, anything summer-related, oh and I dance once a week! I'm neat, tidy and very respectful of communal areas (my room may get a bit untidy with clothes during the week, but it will never be dirty). Don't have a gender preference for sharing (have share with both over the years), looking for a nice, safe home with like-minded, people I can hopefully become friends with also! Preferably in the CBD, as I haven't got a car since I got back from my o/s sabbatical, but happy to look 5km-ish radius of the city and look into getting a car again. Also prefer to live with non-smoker, no cats (or spiders), but love dogs. Moving because my current flat's being sold, with my housemate's move to Melbourne, so I have to be out of my place by early-mid December, but can go earlier.
I'm clean and tidy, easygoing and friendly. I value my privacy but also love shared living, particularly when it involves wine and a good movie. I'm currently working full time but will be returning to Uni next year to study my masters. I love art and beautiful spaces, cooking, music and reading. I also enjoy baking, and will provide housemates with a regular supply of cupcakes and cookies. I've been living in share houses for the past six years so I'm very comfortable with everything that they involve - paying bills and rent on time, being accommodating and respectful of housemates, and enjoying sharing a home with like minded people.
Couple looking for a house whom are clean and trustworthy. I (Maddison) am studying full time whist looking for part time employment and my partner is working full time. We have a pet rabbit who lives in a hutch, and a pure breed border collie who is extremely well mannered doesn't dig or bark. We look forward to hearing from you in regards to any houses you may have on offer.
Heya, I'm currently a visual art student looking for a place to move out too with like minded people. I'm quite easy going, friendly and like to have a bit of fun; such as going out and creating art, I'm also a bit of a nerd sometimes. I have a great for respect nature and other people's space with a collaborative mindset. Hope we can get along c:
