Looking to increase privacy and step away from share house living! After 14 years running a family home as Mum from 17 years old, divorce in 2013, aged 32, i lived alone for my first time. Except, i rented a room. Then shared a house with bf, while still a new relationship, for 3 years. I moved out one year ago this month, to my own... share house. So I've decided it's time and i am looking to find a 1 or 2 bed property, or private and self sufficient granny flat, studio, etc. MUST ACCEPT HOUSING SA BOND GUARANTEE. Ill be paying bond this way. It just makes sense! I share custody now and we swap whp stays in the family home, rather than making children uproot so much. Furnished is handy, partial ok, whitegoods especially so, but either is fine and i can get that arranged. Storage will make me swoon, and character, history, etc matter for me. Id choose rundown and shabby over new, sterile, soulless. Its miserable for me! Colour is great quirky will work. ***** HARD TO LEASE PROPERTIES ARE MY TOP PICKS AND FAVOURITES ****** I do have guests sometimes overnight, or to stay from interstate. Please consider it in whether your property is suitable. I am generally quiet bit so keep odd hours sometimes if my freelance photography work requires it. I've consistently paid my own rent for 5 years now. My payment history has been perfect over the last 4 years, and i do have referees for that, one PRIVATE LANDLORD and one a real estate PROPERTY MANAGER, covering September 2014 until today. Final wish list: Not too far from city, in it or fringe is great. NBN put in as FTTP before they stopped doing that is most preferred as I need reliable, and consistent internet. Cable if that still works too is ok. Gas not elec as much as possible would be amazingly appreciated. Instant/continuous hot water would make my day, regularly, as would a bath and reasonable water pressure :) Gas heating ok, some kind of cooling would be great. Undercover parking for one would be nice but not essential. I don't mind within some limits what area! Probably not much further south west than the Airport, (aka Brighton and such), but im not too picky. Within 30 minutes to get to Findon, Salisbury, or Modbury, best case scenario. If i can get in between them all, fairly evenly that'd be the sweet spot! Not sure what else to tell you? Im VERY NEGOTIABLE on my list. The lower the rent, the better, but $296 is my exact top dollar. Ill pay more if i think its worth it, but i know the market to see inflated numbers
