A great opportunity to take the lease of a fully furnished house just a few hundred metres from Flinders medical centre and university, the lease expires on 01/07. Currently two international people (student and medical professional) occupy two rooms. This will make a large bedroom available suitable for a single person or couple if they wanted to take on the lease and continue to share with current tenants. A bond would be required and a periodic lease agreement entered (probably one year). We are happy to leave behind a fridge, washing machine and furniture for the new tenants so you can just bring a bed and move in. If this sounds like a perfect fit, the moving date would be during the month of June.
NOTE: House located at 5 mins walk to Sturt Building. The actual location is in Tonsley however Flatmates doesn't have that suburbs yet. 1. 5-10 minutes WALK to Flinders University. 2. Cosy single room for rent include internet (100mbps) and utility bills so there is nothing more you need to pay. Fortnightly cleaning service to clean the common areas. Tenant just have "clear the bins" duties 3. Room is fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe and study table. Friendly landlords. Excellent location with access to bus stops, Marion shopping center and Flinders University/Hospital. Minimum 12 months lease.
I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! The house I am currently renting has been sold, so I am putting the feelers out for something new. I have until September to find something, but also probably the flexibility to get out sooner. So anywhere between May and September may be realistic I want to a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. A house big enough for everyone to have their own space. I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'm happy to sell some of my stuff or use it all. This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms ideally, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $160-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. That's a pretty wide range there and depend on what you want for yourself. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. She's not the most social dog, but generally company would be good for her. Gets along better with male dogs I'm 42 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and trail running or hiking, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook! She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. That's all for now, if you're looking for something similar, get in touch!
I am a friendly, tidy person that is easy going and great to get along with. Hoping to find somewhere affordable to call home, throughout my studying periods.
I am 17 years old, I will be 18/19 when I move out to go to Uni. I work in Aged Care as a personal carer. I live on the Yorke Peninsula, and hope to start Uni next year. I am very quiet at first, but once you get to know me, I can be really outgoing. I am looking for a housemate/s that is welcoming and fun, but also a housemate who is responsible for their own things and their own expenses.
I’m student at flinders university and I’m looking for a couple room for me and my husband. We are friendly with others. Specially quite and calm. Very clean and tidy.
I'm pretty easy going and happy to socialize with house mates but also appreciate my own space. I keep things clean and tidy and (sadly) love vacuuming! :) I love finding upcycling projects to do and any DIY arts and crafts. I'm looking for a sensible house to be a part of as my partying days are well and truly behind me! This doesn't rule out drinking wine and eating delicious food at home with friends/housemates though! :)
A young couple looking for a nice, quiet place to live. We both study - I'm in my final year of nursing, my partner is studying teaching. We both work around our studies and like to stay active and spend most nights in watching Netflix. Not party-goers but enjoy being social :)
Hi I’m jessica. Currently working as a waitress but will be moving to Adelaide for something different I also have a boyfriend that is doing uni in Adelaide but we are not living together. Looking to work in retail. From a small town in South Australia, easy going, like a laugh, pretty quiet person usually until you get to know me. Give me a message
I am friendly and well organised and like to keep a tidy house. I currently study full time and work part time at two jobs. I’m looking to move from the country closer to uni. I enjoy being active and playing soccer but don’t mind spending an occasional night in
Hello! I'm a first year law student and work part-time in hospitality. I am the owner of a small cat (Sasha) who is very well trained and friendly. I am looking for a houseshare for when my lease ends with likeminded easy-going people. I love to cook, laugh and listen to music!
We are married Korean couple and christianity. My wife is a nurse in Korea and she will study at Frinders Univ. from May. We would like to live silent and peaceful, and get to chance to speak English with others at home because we are leaning English to study in there.
Friendly, respectful, full time post grad student at Flinders Uni. Have house shared since I was 17, when I moved out of home (in country SA) to come and study in Adelaide. I completed an undergrad and worked full time for 5 years before heading back to uni for further study. I enjoy living in a house where all housemates are good at cleaning up after themselves and are generally tidy, mature and easy going (I like to think that I fit those criteria). I’m very independent but social. Can keep to myself or have a chin wag depending on what my housemates like. Love animals but have none of my own currently. Non smoker. I like drinking tea and living a relaxed life. I also like to cook when I have time. I have some random kitchen appliances so some spare cupboard space in the kitchen would be a massive bonus. It would also be great to have access to a working dishwasher. I also enjoy sharing a bottle of wine with some fancy cheese/meats/biscuits/other random delicious treats on a weekend every now and again but I can enjoy these at friends houses, if housemates aren’t into that kind of thing. I am looking for a place that is comfortable, feels safe, and is close to Flinders Uni. It would also be fabulous if my new bedroom is large enough to contain a double bed, decent sized desk and a decent amount of cupboard space for clothes. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Please message me if you think I’m the right kind of person for your place. Cheers 😁
Hi, My name's Amy and I'm currently trying to find a place to move into as I study at Flinders University and live down near Goolwa. I’m 23, studying International Studies and I volunteer a lot in Adelaide which is difficult to do with where I’m based at the moment. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful. I like to have the occasional drink, chat, and sometimes share a meal. I also don't smoke. I have an 8yo desexed and microchipped male cat. He’s an absolute darling and likes to spend time inside and outside. And if he’s inside he’s usually sleeping. He does love a good cuddle though and he has a beautiful personality. I'm hoping to find somewhere somewhat close to Flinders University but with good public transport into the CBD. But at the same time I'm quite flexible as I would like to be moved in somewhere quite soon. I'm looking for an existing place or a team up. If you think I'd be a great fit for you, please message me! And if for some reason Flatmates won't let you message me on here you can find me on Facebook with my name, Amy Sonia Hueppauff Thanks, Amy LGBTQIA+ friendly
I'm a 19-year-old student looking for somewhere to stay that is closer to Flinders University. I was born in Indonesia and have been living in Australia for 5 years. I like to play the guitar, read, play board games, watch movies and hang out with friends! I'm clean, neat, personable and friendly :)
I am a 28 year old male full time student at Flinders University. I'm very social and easygoing, but also often locked away studying. I love movie nights, cooking, board games, occasional drinks, and much more. Very clean and tidy kind of guy. Always up for a chat and a laugh :)
I'm a quiet person that's easy to approach. I like being tidy and neat, and don't like asking for favours often. I'm studying forensic biology and chemistry at Flinders University Other than studies, I help run the university fencing club, learning Japanese, and I do a lot of craft I'm looking for a friendly home, that has a somewhat spacious, unfurnished room. Ideally I'm looking for a place between Bedford Park and the city.
