Hi everyone, Thankyou for viewing my listing. I will tell you a little about myself, I'm a quiet non smoker. I am nice and clean and tidy and very easy to get along with. I am happy to socialise, but sometimes you will not even know I am home. I love to watch Netflix. I am very into health and eating organic and love to go to the gym daily to train. I love bushwalking and adventures. I am looking for a room/grannyflat to rent that will allow 2 larger dogs. One is an older desexed female, she's just beautiful. She's been my best friend since a pup, I rescued her from being rocked. Looks a mix of staffy, pitbull, or something along those lines. Wouldn't hurt anyone, although not good with other strange dogs. And the other is a 3 year old wolfhound cross. He's a very good boy and a great guard dog. Both absolutely love attention and are very sociable, but will not destroy anything if left on their own. They are inseparable. They do require a secure yard however.
This is a brand spanking new build! Located in the new Canungra Rise Development! It is a 15 minute walk away from the heart of the town, where there is cafes, pubs, cute shops, supermarket and a few restaurants. Canungra is a real community, and canungra rise is a family filled estate. This is my first build that i have achieved at the age of 20! and am looking for some respectable roomates to share my brand new home with! I have two bedrooms to offer, with a shared bathroom between the two. so i will be considerate of both my flatmates that they will get along! if you know what i mean. aka sharing a bathroom can be very personal. I have two beautiful friendly kittys that are apart of my family. So roomates must be okay with the cats roaming all throughout the house. If you have a pet, Let me know and i will consider. I wont do anything that would make my cats feel uncomfortable, but they have lived with a low key dog beforehand and all was fine. Since I've only moved in recently, I am not yet aware of the utility bills cost etc. but that is a negotiation that future roommates and myself can discuss. I am always fair so that something that we will talk about further. If you are slightly interested at all, dont hesitate to give me a message and ask questions! Thankyou! Britt :)

Passionate aboute my work I am very focused and relaxed in life at the same time. I care about people and have a great interest in mysteries of the mind and soul. I run my own projects online and run workshops in self discover through the voice and intuitive music making. I require a quiet and clean space as I keep it that way or enhance it for Zen comfort. Ask for my website to have a more complete spectrum and I will send you the address.
I work full time in Varsity Lakes. My current lease I have had for almost 3 years so I am reliable. Very clean and tidy. I do have one cat that will be accompanying me. He's gorgeous and strictly indoors so he definitely won't be pestering the neighbour hood. I would prefer own bathroom but will consider rooms that have a shared bathroom. :)
Hey, I'm Brett. I'm just your average design student at Griffith Uni and I'm just looking to get a little closer to Uni. I'm a friendly and clean indivual, I'm pretty quiet at home and I'm not a huge party goer but I'll have the occasional drink every now and then. I'm a big listener of music and I love to watch movies when I have the time. Please message me! Thanks!
Hi Guys, I'm Sophie and I'm looking for people to live with somewhere on the Gold Coast. I am currently living at home and would like some more independence. I go to Uni in Coolongatta (SCU) studying nursing. I work in Mudgeeraba but am hoping to find a job as an AIN at the end of this year :) I have a cat and she's crazy and awesome, so you have to be okay with cats. I'll never have a problem with paying my bills on time. I have a boyfriend who is home 1 week out of 3 so he will be staying with me every few weeks. Let me know if it sounds like this suits you! Flexible with move dates. Thanks, Sophie

I'm an Event Professional teaching Pilates and Yoga as a side passion. I love working with people and have an adventurous spirit. I live a healthy lifestyle mountain biking, road cycling, surfing and enjoy the outdoors as well as practicing Pilates and yoga. Having grown up in Sydney, Australia I spent the last 4.5 years living in Queenstown, New Zealand before moving across to the Gold Coast to work on the Commonwealth Games. I've now fallen in love with the area and have chosen to return to study in the Community Services industry for a deviation on my professional career path while working part time. Non smoker, respectful of privacy and security and very tidy and happy living with animals. I’m social, but not a party person. I enjoy cooking and sharing a meal and wine with my flatmates from time to time. I am looking for a new home from 15th July or immediately prior as I am house sitting until then.
I'm a full-time psychology student and work part-time in a cafe. I love natural medicine and energy healing, and am hoping to study these in the future. In my spare time I like to read, meditate, get creative, enjoy nature and live a simple and healthy lifestyle. I'm looking to find a home that is open, with natural light and good air flow. Also hoping to find somewhere with tree's, a garden or near the beach (basically anything near bit of nature to keep me sane!) I like to live in a tidy, peaceful and respectful environment. I love a good chat, but also respect personal space. I am a spiritual person and try to live from my heart and with love. Looking to live with someone on a similar path.
Looking for a new place to call home. Do you have a spare garage space? Internet available? A quiet, friendly household? Unfurnished room and within my budget - please read on. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks
Hi! My name is April and I'm moving up to Gold Coast from Melbourne to do a post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy at Bond University ^_^ I am fully house-trained as a housemate, having lived in rental accommodation for 5 years now, ranging from sharing accommodation with 2-6 other housemates over the years. As it is a full-time course, I won't be home much during weekdays, other than at night to crash in bed. I enjoy a bit of banter and being physically active in my free time, but otherwise am an unobtrusive housemate. Looking for a place which is peaceful, quiet, and clean. Happy to share cleaning duties based on a roster. Not looking for a party house. Acreage would be a huge plus <3
