Brad (22), Robbie (21) and Daniel (21) are all long time friends from the small country town of Batemans Bay. They attended the same school from grade three onwards and continued their friendship through their transition into university. Bradley Bishop is well known for his sporting abilities and his outgoing nature. Currently studying Building Design at CIT, and is looking to transition into architecture at university next year. He enjoys competitive gaming, gym and visiting home during his time off. Robbie Hogg was the school captain of St Peters Anglican College in 2015, and is a well mannered and hard working individual. He is currently studying Physio at UC. He plays rugby but is versed in many sports, and is absolutely terrible at video games. Last but not least, Daniel Volf recently switched from his Uni degree to pursue a full-time management traineeship for Coles in 2018. Daniel is a highly motivated and polite man who enjoys watching his beloved Red V Dragons win NRL games and going back to his coastal town of Moruya to visit family and his 3 dogs.
I'm a Masters student and research assistant at the University of Canberra researching the conservation of small-bodied freshwater fish. Although I'm neat and tidy, I'm also very relaxed and easy going. I'm handy around the house and am always up for a chat even though I usually keep to myself.

The four bedroom, one bathroom house is located right by the edge of Flynn and the Charnwood shops, and just down the road from a bus stop. We have fully furnished the house, including a large shared study desk, which we plan on getting a PC for. The bedrooms, however, are not furnished. One is slightly larger and has been recently renovated however doesn’t have a built in wardrobe. The second is a bit smaller, but has a built in wardrobe. This second room is yellow and blue. It has been cleared to be painted a neutral colour, like white. There’s a decent size backyard with a small vegetable patch, which we’d love to get started. Unfortunately, our lease doesn't allow pets. As well as gas heating through the house, the lounge room has a large fireplace. We don’t have a dryer, but the clothesline in the backyard is large. We have quiet and polite neighbours who keep to themselves. Our garage has space for one car to park and has a little lockable storage room. Street parking is limited; however having four cars at the house won’t be a problem. With one car in the garage, there is space for two cars in the drive way. Currently there is only the two of us, however we would like four people here. We have an unlimited, reliable, max speed NBN plan with iinet, with Netflix and Stan. We’ve equally divided the cost and included it into rent to make it easier to pay. With four people living here, rent and internet is $150. For three people, it would be $185. When gas/electricity/water bills come through, our plan is to be dividing it equally between the four of us.

Hey! Recently moved from Sydney (Bondi Beach) to study full time, I'm pretty chill about practically everything with the exception of the kitchen of which I'm a strange neat freak.
