I am looking for a home on the land for me, my kelpie dog and my horse. 🐺🐴🍃 I have moved back to Perth after 9 years in the Byron Bay Hinterland and am searching for that right place/home and community where I can put down some roots. I am looking in Bullsbrook, Lower Chittering, And Mundaring area, but am open to venturing further if it feels right. My kelpie is a beautiful gentle soul who loves to make people laugh with his antics.. he is well trained and socialised with other dogs.. loves children and is good around horses also having grown up with them in his life. He does have a tendency to round up chickens tho ( if they're enclosed that's fine) and he is a little bit too interested/ obsessed with cats.. if the cat hissed he would run scared, but probably not worth the stress.. I would love him to have another dog companion if possible. With my mare, I am looking for a property where she can share a paddock with 2 or more horses in a herd environment. I am ok with a rustic home, if the vibe is friendly and the paddocks are well fenced and hopefully an arena on the property or a flat area to train on.. 🙏🐴 I would like to reestablish my Holistic Counselling and Equine Therapy work here in WA at some point, but have returned to hospitality for now while I find my feet in the West. I would also be interested in teaming up with someone who has horses to find a horse property in these areas. I look fwd to a message 😊🐴🐺🍃🌻

I have no prejudice and want to also find a judgement free circle of people to befriend and live with. I am from Perth Hills and I used to work as an IT and AV technician for many different groups, I am proficient at arts and design and management and have a full spectrum of useful and clever skills that I use to support and benefit others. I have a multitude of hobbies and enjoy sharing what I am learning with others who might share my interests. For fun I either like quiet nights experimenting in the kitchen or exploring new or different eating venues in the night life. I hope to make many friends and share my time with those who would value me. should you consider me for your vacancy, I look forward to meeting you! notes: I come fully furnished, I own all required appliances, furnishings devices and optionally a slate pool table, if you do not have use for them then I do still require space to store my belongings until I am able to sell them or store them elsewhere. I require a work space separate from my bedroom. I would prefer to have my own bathroom where possible. I require a clean and tidy kitchen space daily. I suffer from severe food allergies, and to all major allergens, otherwise known as "mast cell activation syndrome". I require an NBN connection, if option to install and upgrade is available I will happily carry setup costs and additional costs and charges above original costs for network. I do work from home often, but this makes me available to care for and maintain the homestead frequently. I require air conditioning to my room as I also suffer from thermoregulation, and chronic fatigue on irregular days. I am a handyman and Technician, proficient in all sorts of home renovation, maintenance and technical software and hardware corrections and advisement, and my services come free to any who would value my time. thank you for reading about my needs. Hi guys! My name is Jaide, I am 24 years old and while I'm multiskilled, I'm most currently a qualified Assistant in Nursing about to begin my Diploma in Remedial Massage (in July). My hobbies include cooking, volleyball, yoga, running with my Lucy, beach, gardening, experiencing/learning new things and hooping. I like to keep active and healthy, and quality conversation is a must. I'm also a fan of skill- exchange. Ps. My dog, Lucy, is my companion and it's an absolute given that she will be coming with me where ever I move. As a german shorthaired pointer x staff x curly retriever, she does shed a bit in the summer, but not heavily. She is very well house trained, socialised and is full of love, flops and many tricks she loves to show off for things she wants. (She has a full grasp of currency and exchange, don't be fooled by her clever cuteness.) She's an indoor dog, has her own winter wardrobe and generally functions as a polite member of the household. She's quiet, only really vocalises during general conversations and when it's dinner/bedtime- never joins in on the neighborhood 'twilight bark', and only ever rumbles her grumbles when there's an unwelcome intruder or she perceives genuine danger. Not a digger, just a bit of a kisser. She's an absolute delight and will improve your life. Sincerely, Jaide and Lucy Xx

Heya! I'm a professional single person looking for a house to share that will welcome not only me but my very friendly Border Collie, Ari! When I'm not working my full-time job, I am busy keeping active by generally being outdoors with my dog. I am a big animal lover, being a foster carer for a local dog rescue for the past 18 months which I've been lucky to do while renting by myself. Not only do I have rental references, I also have 3.5 years experiences working in Property Management industry so I know more than most of the responsibilities of a Leaseholder. I enjoy keeping a clean, tidy home and consider myself a pretty laid back person. I do not smoke, drink irresponsibly nor party, and I respect others space. The most important criteria for me is a home that welcomes my dog. As a well trained, surprisingly quiet (for a BC) and well behaved dog, I allow Ari to come indoors with me where he sleeps at night, therefore I would not want to live in a home that is uncomfortable with this. I am fairly flexible about what suburb I live in, although I'd prefer no further than a 30 minute drive from Kelmscott. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions! Bella :)

This is a very unique 3 storey property in the Perth Hills. Only 10 mins from the airport and 30 mins from the city it is the best of both worlds. Overlooking hundreds of acres of natural bushland which is home to many kangaroos, the views from every window are quite spectacular. The large family home sits on a half acre bush block, complete with chooks, vege patch and fire pit. Two large outside decks provide many opportunities for outside living. The house itself has a large renovated kitchen and many separate living areas. Whilst our house is usually full of people, most of us will be away for 3/4 months from mid April and would love to have some people to stay. The house has a large wood fireplace plus reverse cycle aircon. The areas available are very separate and private. We have one large main bedroom upstairs with its own sitting area and on-suite, or two smaller rooms on the central level with their own bathroom. We are happy to rent out either of those for about $300 a week, or a combination of all of them, 3 bedrooms in total, for about $450pw (negotiable) if a small family is interested. As it is a short term lease it would be ideal for travellers or interstate visitors who would like to stay in Perth for 3-6 months. We will be away for at least three months, possibly longer, and are open to a bit of overlap either side of our dates as we do have a lot of room in our very big house! The house is not really suitable for toddlers, but great for kids 4+ with a very fancy trampoline and a cubby house in the bush. There is a bus-stop about 5mins walk which goes to Midland train station in about 15mins. Your own car would be useful. The Perth Hills is a beautiful, rather unknown region, close to many walk trails, wineries, and tucked away cafes. It is particularly beautiful in our cooler months April to October.
If you love nature, fresh hills air and animals, then maybe my home will suit you. Fully furnished classic home featuring some wooden floors, rock walls, open fire and balconies. Extensive terraced landscaped garden with views across the valley. Walk to the Elizabethan Pub, or over the crest to see full city views. Great community feel, only a few minutes drive to big shopping centre, or best yoga studio in the state. And there are some lovely restaurants in the area. Bus is down the hill and train a bit further, but you'd probably need a car to get to that.
Very courtious and easy to get along with.looking to move closer to Perth for more work oppurtunities.I have many hobbies and try to do my best whatever it is,sometimes just for fun such as basketball, all sports really, keeping active.enjoy quiet time watching movies as well, painting and comedy.
The house was renovated in late 2016 with fresh paint, new kitchen with a dishwasher and bathroom upgrade. Electrical fittings throughout have been updated as well. There is one bedroom available. The bathroom is shared and basic with a shower and vanity only. The toilet has a vanity. There is a large room added to the house which would be an ideal TV/lounge room or games room. Basic kitchen items are provided including microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is only one carport which can fit two smaller cars bumper to bumper, not side by side. For anyone without their own vehicle, Seaforth train station is only 3 houses away. The rear of the house is paved and would be great for spending time outside under the shade of palm trees. There is a greenhouse with sprinklers. The gardens have been well maintained by the current occupant. Inspections welcome. Move in straightaway. Bond: $270 Rent: $135 per week plus $10 per week contribution to bills Able to accept Centrepay as a method of payment Able to accept Housing Authority bond payments I am happy to consider pets. No smoking inside the house. Happy to take other queries.
3 x 2 two storey townhouse. It is close to public transport. Foodworks is walking distance. The house is only about a year old so all appliances are fairly new. Gas stovetop, electric oven, Reverse cycle aircon. Small enclosed courtyard. Open plan living and kitchen.
