Hi I am looking for placement accomodation from July - October. Ideally looking for 2 looking for a place that accommodates pets I have a very sweet natured kelpie, inside and outside dog whose house trained. Please get in contact.
I work at a pet shop and have a stable income and can provide proof if needed. I am friendly, tidy and responsible. I understand needing alone time but am also up for having a chat and hanging out. I do have two cats but they are both very well looked after. I am more than happy to get my long hair cat shaved to reduce hair loss and get both of them gel caps for their nails if you are worried about them scratching things. I have furniture for the bedroom so that is not an issue. I am happy to meet up before finalising things to see if i am a good fit for your home. My lease in my current rental property ends on the 11th of May so will be available to rent from that day onwards. If you have any other questions feel free to message me.

I love cooking so you won't have to starve, I keep my area(s) clean so you don't have to worry about mess. I enjoy having a glass of wine once a week with company but completely understand if you don't want to see my face... I love my me time(alot) SO i understand privacy and will respect your space.
Forde is an excellent suburb, open and spacious with lots of green areas. We are at the end of the lake in Forde so we have beautiful views over the lake. Our house is a 2 min walk from the bus stop. You can go for a nice 7km run around the lake here. We have 2 student rooms available that are spacious and sunny. It is a shared bathroom between maximum of 3 Females, with each their own sink. We have a cute dog that is small, a jack russel crossed with a chihuahua, who loves cuddles and is harmless.
I currently work full time as a dental assistant and casually as a dance teacher. I'm a tidy respectful person who is always up for a chat but still will respect your privacy. I'm not super keen on getting wild 24/7 but I'm okay with the occasional party.
Great house to live in with double glazing and well insulated. Wall split in room. Decent size robe with very comfortable double bed. BBQ area to use. You have to love cats as three live here. Have office with extra table for use.
Hi, I'm a 22 year old student studying Business at CIT and have previously studied events management. I am a full time student and working casually. I recently started a new job, and although I am happy where I live, it's quite far from where i work and I'm spending way too much time on buses so I would like to move closer to Gungahlin and as close to the Marketplace as possible. I like to have my own space especially when I have assignments due, but also enjoy getting to know people and like to be friendly with those I live with. I have my own bedroom furniture so would prefer and unfurnished room. I'm not into huge parties or anything but I do like occasionally having friends over for a meal or just to hang out. I'm always respectful though and wouldn't make a mess or too much noise. Always happy to do my fair share of housework.
Hi I'm Michael and I've just moved down to Canberra for work. I work full time as an engineer and am currently working on the light rail project. I like to get out on the weekends and play a bit of golf. i love to have a bit of a chat but respect personal space.
Full-time public servant who plays a bunch of sports. I dont mind a beer and hanging out on the weekend but respect peoples privacy. Im really easy going and easy to get along with.
Hi I'm Daniel, I work hard and have clear goals and ambitions within the next few years, I love to cook meals and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine over dinner with someone, I thrive on making new friends and spending time with my niece and nephews when I can, I have just spent 12 months working in sydney and share housing as well , and will move back to canberra in a couple of weeks.
Im a happy easy to get along person. Responsible with paying rent on time and ive NEVER lost my bond in any way in 16 yrs of living from home. Considerate with others and their space but om quite sociable when needed. Im about to start my own Cleaning business so i am a clean tidy individual and i expect the same from others. I'll always pull my weight with house duties but im not a maid lol. I enjoy my own time and am quite comfortable around all personality types. I am a qualified PT so im fit and healthy and im not a slob. I get along with all walks of life. I love to cook and i love my sports. My cat Shadow is well house trained and adapts quickly with new people and her enviroment. I work from 6am to 12pm mon to fri and do casual shift work at the Raiders Gungahlin which so my work times there range from 4pm to 9pm which equals 38hrs per wk usually. I understand the need for quiet when living with others. If i sound like the right person you'd like to live with then feel free to message me. Thank you and i look forward to our first meet.
I am a 42yo female working 6 days a week as a store manager. I am very tidy and responsible. I am looking for a nice quiet accomodation preferrably with 1-2 people. I am often away, have no pets, my children live interstate. I am nice and easy however keep my distance and do not invade other people's private space. I am planning to move interstate in a few months time but have no particular date set, so my preferred length of stay can be smth from 3 months to 12 months or so, may be a bit longer.
Hi, I am currently studying at Canberra Makeup Academy. I am from Batlow NSW and travelling to Canberra each week for my course so looking to move asap so I don't have to travel all the time. I also work part time. I like being social and hanging out on the weekends but stay pretty quiet during the week. I am friendly and easy to get along with so would like to live with people the same. I really love travelling, going on adventures and doing new things. :) I am new to Canberra so would love to make some new friends.
On a short secondment for 2 months in Canberra until end of June. Looking for a place that is ideally furnished for short term rent. I work full time during the week and most weekends I'm out. Have lived in share houses before and have a real estate reference.

My large (116m living) and brand new 2 bedroom townhouse in Amaroo will be available for rent in June. It has 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite to the large (4x4m) master bedroom, north and south facing balconies, heating & cooling, kitchen with island bench and 2 car spaces. Please note on the floorplan that the 'Rumpus' is actually the master bedroom and there will be a doorway and walk in robe. The unit is located above the new Amaroo shops which include a Coles, café, bakery etc and only a short drive to Gungahlin Town Centre. It's right next to Amaroo school and playing fields and is in a great location for small families or a sharehouse. The house is NBN ready and the new tenant will simply have to arrange their own account. Bond = 4 weeks rent and rent to be paid 2 weeks in advance.
My home is a 2 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse in Jacka that I own. It is a new complex and is a lovely, friendly and quiet neighborhood. My home is close to both Gungahlin and Belconnen (also not far from the City). My home is also very close to Amaroo, Bonner and Casey Market towns so there is plenty of shopping, cafes, etc. There is public transport in my area also. Renting with me, would come with your own room, with private ensuite, built in wardrobe and your own car spot within the complex. You would share the downstairs kitchen and living area with me, and would have equal access to the fridge and all the other kitchen space/cooking utensils/appliances,etc. Please note that you are welcome to furnish your room as you wish, however the rest of the home is fully furnished. I have unlimited NBN internet that would be a shared cost if you wish to use. I have taken great care in creating a safe, welcoming and homey living environment in my house.

I am an open minded person, friendly and understanding and would love to have flatmates that will certainly become friends that i can hang with, have dinners and such with. I graduated in bachelor of Audio Engineering at SAE Quantum in Sydney last year December and recently just moved to Canberra because of job opportunities. I do a lot of creative things during my spare time e.g sound designing, music production, drawing and animating as well as playing sports (basketball, soccer or going to gym).
Spacious furnishes house. Bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished if required. Two large living areas downstairs, all 4 bedrooms upstairs. Great location, within walking distance to Gungalhin town center and easy access to buses.
I'm a very clean person who is very easy to get along with, I'll barely be at home because I work 5-6 days a week and will then go to gym after most days. I'm new to Canberra from Queensland and I'm staying in temporary accommodation but I'd love to be able to move somewhere to call home.
Hi potential housemate(s) or landlord, ideally I'm interested in a unit which only has two bedrooms with whether two bathrooms or just one is all good. And hopefully it will be located in belconnen, however, in saying that I don't mind if it's in Bruce, gungahln, wright, coombs, marquarrie, aranda. I am really easy going and laid back, most days I'll keep to myself as I do bit of study after my full time work. However, I'm always up for a chat. If the potential property and people allow, I would love to have a husky puppy that I have been crazy about for ages (so exciting)!!! Thank you for your time to read my ad and hopefully I will find my new place soon. :D
I moved to Canberra 4 years ago for Uni. Last year I completed my Bachelor Music/Visual Arts. Now I'm studying to get a qualification in Business and Administration. I'm currently working as floor staff at the National Gallery Cafe. I'm a very easy going, quiet person. I've lived in a few share house situations and I believe respect and consideration of the other flat mates, and doing your share of work and cleaning, is key. I'm a fairly independent person but I also like to sit down at the end of the day and have a good chat with friends. I enjoy drawing and painting. Reading is also a beloved past time of mine.
Hi all. I'm a 24 year old guy who recently picked up a job with the ACT Government and am moving to Canberra from Darwin. I'm hoping to move in with people roughly my age to help kickstart my new life in the Bush Capital. I'm a fairly quiet person, but enjoy having a few drinks with good friends and love cooking. Aside from cooking, I also enjoy gaming and I play bass guitar (I practice without an amp, so you don't need to worry about noise!). I also have a deep love for ice skating and ice hockey, which I played when I lived in Adelaide for university. If you're looking for a quiet, respectful and friendly housemate that can whip up a mean feed, I hope to get in contact with you and organise a time to move in. Cheers
