Hi, I'm Toni! My friends would tell you that I'm adventurous, fun and enjoy meeting new people. If I'm not studying or working; I enjoy a good BBQ, watching the footy (AFL!), beers at the pub, hanging with friends, swimming or just watching some Netflix. I am looking to live with some likeminded individuals who enjoy a good laugh and some fun but who also enjoy some downtime! :) I am a clean individual, will respect the privacy of others and can make you laugh with my not so funny jokes, ha!
Hi, I am an early childhood teacher relocating to canberra in a week time, and looking for a single room in shared accommodation. I am originally from Italy, the land of yummy food! I am pretty good at cooking, even if I enjoy small and healthy meals. I love socialising and having a chat over a glass of wine, but I also respect people's spaces and privacy. Please hit me up if you have something available in Forde or Gungahlin Area! Thank you Maria
House is actually on Warup Street in Moncrieff, the site doesn't seem to have that available though as it's a new suburb. Private rooms available in a brand new house. The rooms are 11 square metres, have privacy locking doors and are unfurnished. I'm happy to organise furnishings for you if required. They also include closet space. Unlimited NBN is included in the rent, all other bills are split. The house has a main lounge room with couches and TV. Kitchen and attached dining/living area, with another couch and TV for good measure. There are three bedrooms available and with a shared bathroom. There is also a spacious deck out back with a BBQ for entertaining. Finally, there is a parking space available for whoever gets in first.

We're looking for a place to live for around six months, ideally within walking/biking distance to the centre – but we're pretty flexible. We're an easygoing pair to live with, responsible and tidy but also keen to have a beer with flatmates after work.
I'm moving to Canberra on 28 Aug 17 from Singapore , looking for a room to rent. I love to travel and learn foreign language and new culture. I am a tidy and easy going person.
Hi I am moving to Canberra for work mid-August. I am clean, easy going and adore animals. I have been in the pet care industry for a decade. Due to having a few dogs I will need to find a house to rent but in the meantime I am looking for somewhere I can stay with one large friendly dog who will be with me at work when I am not home. I would prefer a furnished room but that can be discussed. Thank you
We have just rented this property so pics are to come but we are after a 3rd girl and maybe a 4th girl to join me and my friend and our 2 puppies in our awesome house in Amaroo. You will be sharing the big bathroom with 1 other girl and there is a seperate toilet. I can supply furniture for an extra cost if needed. The kitchen and the rest of the house is furnished. Nice heating and air conditioning for all the Canberra weather.
Our housemate is moving out so we have a room for rent. We are seeking a housemate for our 3 bedroom townhouse in Bonner. The townhouse is located in very conveniently, 7 min drive to Gungahlin shops (they're building a cinema!), 20 mins to City (ANU), 15 mins to Airport and 15 mins to Belconnnen (University of Canberra). If you don't have a car, there is a bus stop only 5 minutes away (outside Woolworths). BUT we both work in Barton full-time so would consider car pooling if it worked out. There is ducted air-conditioning and heating throughout the entire townhouse. The room isn't furnished but has built in wardrobes. Would consider furnishing it for you but would need to discuss rent adjustments for this. We share a room so there is still a spare room. The spare room is currently used as a study but has a futon for people to stay over. The house has a comfy couch and big TV that is Netflix enabled! We have a Nintendo Switch and digital TV. We also have 1tb of NBN internet a month (included). As well as a printer that you can use - though depending on usage, contribute to cost of ink if need be (cheap toner though). Our Kitchen has all utensils and appliances you need, and we'd discuss sharing this duty amongst the three of us. There is a back garden and front courtyard. Washing machine and dryer too! - We would love a person who will respect the property and our space. - We prefer non-smokers (definitely no smoking inside ever) - We will split bills and cleaning equally - We would ask for four weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance - we can discuss this further. - Current lease is until April 2018 and we will be renewing for another year Will upload photos asap. Room fits a queen bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and small desk. Depending on what else you have, we could store some things in the spare room (study).
Respect the other privacies, clean and tidy, organized, friendly and easy going .
Very clean, reliable, friendly lady. Studying to work for the elderly. I generally keep to myself & am more than willing to do my share of the housework. My kids have all grown up & my dog is my companion who is fully house trained, friendly female who I raised since birth. We are seeking a place to settle & call home.
Just moved back to Canberra at the start of this year permanently. I'm 40 years old, work fulltime in signage sales Mon - Friday and also part own a kids sporting club which runs three nights a week and Sundays. I like to think I'm clean, honest, reliable with rent and low maintenance. Hoping to share with someone like minded who is also a good communicator when it comes to respecting each other. Looking for a 6 month term with the option of extending if things go well.
Young 23 year old bloke. working full time in hotel management. stable job. good cook and cleaner. enjoys a cold beer and works non stop. parking on the street doesn't bother me and overly domesticated from 3 years living out of home. Looking for 2 roommates max and preferably somewhere north canberra side. all around lovely bloke if i do say so myself
Modern five bedroom two story townhouse just one street away from Yerrabi Pond and easy walking distance to Gungahlin Marketplace. The rooms are currently furnished with just a single bed in each room, I’m willing to arrange a desk and chair also. Likewise, your welcome to bring your own bedroom furnishings etc if you would prefer. The rooms will be $200 per week inclusive of all utilities (Elec, gas, water) and will have free access to unlimited NBN wi-fi. No bond to pay but I do require the last four weeks rent to be paid upfront. When you decide to leave you will need to give four weeks’ notice and in return you will receive the last four weeks rent free. Preference will be given to people who are either working or studying in Canberra on a short-term placement etc. Also anyone who’s finding it difficult to find a property or room in Canberra and just needs sometime until they can find something more suitable long term is also more than welcome to come and inspect a room. Welcome to leave anytime (ie when you have been accepted for your own lease, which can take three or four weeks sometimes) with four weeks’ notice, you won’t be tied into any long lease or commitment to stay long term if your circumstances change. As said before the house is modern and is very convenient to the constantly evolving Gungahlin Marketplace which has regular busses into Belconnen and Civic. Great location for a student or contractor. Thanks for reading & Sorry, no pets.

dog friendly (with references) with fully equipped workshop/maker-space. four bedroom, three bathroom spacious townhouse. central heating and air-con, gas kitchen and instant gas hot water, NBN. 10 minutes walk to Gungahlin town centre. the house will be mostly empty so large amounts of furniture can easily be accommodated.
• Spacious bedroom with ample robing The location within the Gungahlin Town Centre gives you access to a range of restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and easy transport to the city, and the future Capital Metro light rail project will see transport options improved Marketplace represents a lively hub for retail, commercial and entertainment uses while maintaining the unique “urban village” character.
We are a really easy going couple. Love to chat, and have movie nights but also respect everyones privacy. We are moving to Canberra from Perth with our dog Xena. She is a very quiet and loving girl who is friends with anyone who pats her. We are both recent uni grads. I'll be working as a federal political reporter once I'm over there and Patrick is a labourer. We both love being outside, going hiking and doing some gardening. I enjoy baking and sharing the results with everyone!
I'm friendly, easy-going, conscientious, neat and tidy and pretty quiet. I work full time as a vet nurse, a job I absolutely love. In my spare time you'll find me relaxing, watching a movie or TV show, going to markets, out for dinner or walking my dog. I'm in no way a party animal, though I'm not opposed to a glass of wine or two. I like to keep a clean house and nothing annoys me more than people who can't clean up after themselves. I really have no huge preference to suburbs in Canberra. So yes, I have a dog. I also have two cats. Tommy is a 6yr old DSH who does nothing but sleep. Maxie is about 1.5yrs, also DSH. She's very sweet and a bit of a homebody. Roy is a small poodle mix, 7kg, about 1yr old, quite timid when he first meets people but a real character once he's happy and comfortable. The cats are outside during the day, inside at night and, being a vet nurse, I'm lucky enough to be able to take Roy with me to work every day! Both cats are litter trained and Roy is house trained. All three are up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment. Can provide referees.
