This is a new modern house with 4brms. It is double story with 2 living areas down stairs, alfresco, swimming pool and much more. Rent includes all bills and unlimited internet. The bathroom is shared with 1 other female. Room is fully furnished with a queen size bed and desk. The Forde shops are about 500meter walk from the house. I am a student who will be moving to Canberra from Brisbane to study Aeronautical Engineering at UNSW. I am very tidy and respectful of other's space but always willing to hang out and chat. I will always be out at work or uni so I won't be around the house too much. I may not be the best cook but if you need cakes or slices, I'm your girl. I can't wait to meet my Canberra family!
Up for rent are 2 rooms in our 4 bedroom brand new Moncrieff share home. (It wouldn't let me add as suburb as it is brand new) You will be sharing the house with 2 males and 1 female aged between 19-21 who are students and professionals so we would like someone in that age group (no older than 25.) We are a very social group and get along very well, enjoying an odd social drink or a trip out to civic but we are not a party house. (unless there is a special occasion :P) You must also be okay with helping out with the chores as we have a roster. House is fully furnished but your bedroom is not. The rooms are average size with built in mirrored robes. There is an ensuite in the master so you will only be sharing the bathroom with 2 other people. If you have a car there is plenty of space on the driveway but we also have 1 available space in the garage up for grabs! The house will be hooked up with unlimited NBN WIFI so if you' d like to use that you can chip in for $20 a month and we also have netflix which you can chip into if wanted as well. Bond will be $480 which will be required up front and rent is $120 a week. Bills are split evenly between all 5 house mates when they arrive. We also have 2 lovely dogs (a jack russel and a labrador) so you will need to be pet friendly too. Absolutley no smokers as it was a condition of renting the property. If you are keen get in quick because this room wont last! :-) Large living areas Hospitals, civic and airport within 15-30 min drive Built in mirrored robes Cheap ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling

I've just finished building a beautiful new home in Moncrieff and I'm looking for a chilled and clean flat mate. Right on horse park drive. Large and very nice 4 beddy house, separate theatre room with master bedroom and other bedrooms separated on other sides of the house so you pretty have much have two rooms and your own bathroom.

I run on weekends, enjoy kickboxing and love to travel. I like to game, read, or listen to music to relax. Not much of a party animal unless there is a jumping castle involved, i do enjoy the occasional drink with friends and good company.
Im from batemans bay, enjoy most sport especially riding and boarding, just finished year 12 and am starting an apprenticeship. I feel it matters more about who im staying with rather than the actual place itself.

Hey, I'm an easy going 21 year old female, studying maths and science teaching at UC. I work in outside school hours care most afternoons of the week. I'm looking for a decent sized room with a built in robe in a house with easy going and social housemates. If a master bedroom is available that'd be amazing! Would prefer to stay around the Belconnen/gungahlin area
Extremely tidy and clean, easygoing, quiet, not into partying at home, friendly, like to cook. Carpenter, have lived in Canberra all my life. Like watching movies, gym, keeping fit, being with friends
I'm a 4th year UC student starting my second degree this year, I also work part time. Love to socialise but do also enjoy time to myself. Very clean and respectful of other people and their personal space. Ideally looking for somewhere close to the city but would be happy with anywhere northside. Ready to move in anytime in January.
I'm 19 and have just moved from Perth a month ago. I have a job in franklin. I don't drink or smoke, I'm pretty quiet so I'll probably spend most of my time in my room, at work or I'm happy for a bit of socializing as well of course. I do need a room that is able to comfortably fit a queen size bed frame, but apart from that I'm pretty open to seeing my options. Look forward to hearing from you! :)
I work in the public service. Clean and tidy, good references and pretty quiet. However also like to catch up over a drink, cook dinner, hang out, watch sport, or go hiking. Looking for a sharehouse of people with similar busy schdules who respect each others privacy, but also like to catch up at the end of the day!
Hi, looking for a room preferably somewhere in or near Belconnen or Gungahlin. I am very easy to get along with, I'm kind and considerate. I'm a very neat person to live with. Looking to move at the end of January/start of February. I'm a non smoker and very pet friendly.
My partner and I are looking for a new place to live. He just finished working to extend his working holiday visa and is now working full time in sales. I am studying part time online and working full time in an office. We are both social but not invasive and understand boundaries. We're both easy going and tidy. We have been together now for 2 years and would love to find a place together.
I'm a quiet, clean, respectful and somewhat solitary person. I enjoy peace, quiet and relaxation most of all; stress being my primary anathema, studiously ignored wherever possible. A majority of my free time is spent in solitary activities, I greatly enjoy music, motorcycles, travel, the outdoors and reading. Currently I am saving to combine these in a year long tour of southeast Asia.
I am tidy, conscientious, friendly and easy going. I work during the week as a Vet Nurse, 9-5:30 and some weekends. I will be enrolling in CIT this year so that will take up some of my time too. I have two indoor/outdoor cats named Tommy and Maxie and a 5 month old puppy named Roy. Roy is outside during the day but I do like to have him in with me at night. He sleeps in a crate though. I understand that people are wary with animals however I am conscious of making sure they are well behaved and cause no issues. I have listed 6 months as my minimum stay time. Msg me if you have any questions :-)
I have lived in Canberra my whole life and have been working in sales and marketing for 12 months. I work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), roughly 8-10 hours a day. I love to travel and luckily get to with my work so I will be away every 6-8 weeks. I spend most of my Sundays watching movies and setting up for my next week. I am a very tidy and structured person. I like to clean as I go and do bulk washing all on Sundays. I am looking for somewhere to move into from the 22nd of January and as I have normally rented alone I am wanting a short term lease nothing longer than 6 months.
I am young friendly, respectful, honest and neat woman who needs a very serene environment to stay and study at the University of Canberra. I a mother of two nice boys from Ghana but they are currently not with me. They are in Ghana and I am just in Canberra to pursue a 2yr Master of Nutrition and Dietetics programme at the University of Canberra.
I’m Haynes, 23 years old, and from Melbourne! I’ve just landed a full-time job in the APS and I’m moving to Canberra in January. As it's my first time living in Canberra, I’m keen to explore new venues/bars/restaurants and see what the city has to offer. I'm a very respectful, tidy and happy housemate who loves to be social but can also respect others personal space. I'm not a crazy party animal but I do love a glass of beer/wine on weekends. Things I like: - Food festivals - Films - Good coffee (basically a pre-requisite to living in Melbourne) - 80’s music - Reading - Hiking/jogging - Cycling Ideally I'm looking for my own room in a friendly house. I’m interested in a long-term rental close to the city or universities – but I’m flexible. Shoot me a message, I’d love to hear from you.
I am an independent individual and I do like my privacy but am also keen to meet new people and hang out. I work as a full time restaurant manager so work is number 1 most of the time. Ive been in Canberra for 7 years now and looking for a new place to stay. For fun I'm really up for anything if its with friends. I do enjoy console gaming and just relaxing watching TV. I can furnish my own bedroom but I do not have any other appliances or furniture.
I'm 20 years old and finished high school in Canberra. I am a part time education student at UC and am working full time. I'm looking to move out of home again but am not too keen to live alone just yet.I have lived in a 5 share at Cooper Lodge at UC but am not looking to go back any time soon. I get along with pretty much anybody and am very easy to talk to. I enjoy netflix binges and watching movies. I love a good chat and glass of wine. I also enjoy a good night out for a few drinks and a good boogie at Mooseheads with all my friends. I enjoy hanging out but also need some quiet down time to study and regenerate my energy. I am clean and tidy and very respectful of others. I am looking to move in March but if something comes up with an earlier date I can easily rearrange my plans. I turn 21 in April.
Hiya! :) I'm looking for a room to rent pretty well anywhere in Canberra :) Im a fun, happy bubbly human, I also love my games, I'm a massive World of Warcraft lover haha, but also enjoy other games aswell even when it comes down to some board games and such. I also work as a bar tender at the basement which is much fun. I am a very clean respectful person, I do enjoy doing my own thing, but I also enjoy having The occasional movie nights or a few beverages with the roomies. I do also have 2 dogs named Carlin and Daxter, super well behaved, toilet trained and extremely loveable :) If you have any other questions at all shoot me a message :)
Masters student at ANU (International Relations), looking for accommodation for at least 6 months but could be more as it depends on when my wife and son arrive in Canberra later in the year. I will then look to move out at that point. Happy to live with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds but I'll probably spend most of my time either in my room or out of the house at uni given my studies. I'll most likely come out of hibernation on the weekends and to try and get to the gym or somewhere with fresh air every couple of days. I understand there are hiking trails near ANU? I've been known to get excitable and shout (various things) at the TV when the All Blacks are playing. However, this year I will do my best to maintain decorum. The suburbs that I've listed are just a representative sample. I don't actually mind living in most places in Canberra as I understand it isn't all that far from anywhere else in Canberra.
