I have been separated for over a year and think its time to move out of our family rented home, my two children come and stay on weekends and holidays, 7 and 9 yo. I am currently employed as a bus driver but have been a sculptor and artist for most of my life and would like to find some where to continue my passion. I have my own furniture etc so prefer unfurnished. I am a worldly old soul of a gentleman, fit, active, house trained and clean.
I am looking for accommodation for myself and my two dogs (they come with 5 years of rental referees) My preference would be self contained accomodation on acreage (like a granny flat or studio), but I am open to sharing too. I am a professional who travels (with my dogs) a little bit and has some flexibility with my working hours and work at home some times. I like to eat well, I am into gardening and veggie gardens too. I have a horse who is agisted in Arcadia (where the dogs get exercise too) - it would be great to be as close to him as possible. I am friendly and easy going.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Its nice waking up on this peaceful 5 acre property to the abundant birdlife and a chat with the farm animals. Summer days are comfortable with an in-ground pool and air/con. The house has been tastefully updated internally with modern tiles and new carpets, the neutral colours create a cosy clean vibe. Shopping is made easy with Rouse Hill (15mins), Windsor (10mins), Pitt Town (5mins) away.
Located in leafy Berowra, the house is in a great location for people who may be working nearby or wish to travel any direction in Sydney. Private bedroom fully furnished (or unfurnished) with built in wardrobe, including unlimited internet and tv. You will have access to: - Heating/Air conditioning. - Washing Machine and Dryer. - BBQ - Household item supply - Large outdoor deck great for relaxing. Travel: Conveniently located: - 1 Minute walk to a regular bus stop, travelling between Berowra and Hornsby. - 7 minutes drive to the M1 highway. - 1 Minutes drive or 5 minutes walk to a shopping centre, gym, medical centre, cafes and restaturants. - 15 Minutes drive Hornsby. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
I'm looking for a room just for a short time only. Busy never at home, tidy, clean and non smoker

Hey, Im Sam, 25. Im currently living with my father, but things are going to shit again. I suffer from major depression, borderline personality disorder, i have anxiety as well as ptsd. Im looking to share with people who understand, or who in fact themselves suffer from mental illness. I am quiet, tidy and i prefer to keep to myself, although i dont mind a good chin wag. I receive disability support pension so im guaranteed an income. I cant handle living at home and id just like to be somewhere that im accepted, for who i am. I have a dog, he is fully vaccinated and desexed, well behaved, but not friendly with other animals. He loves attention, and if you play ball with him he will be your best friend for life. He loves to swim, chew tennis balls and lay in cardboard boxes (then eat them lol). Anyways, im desperately looking for somewhere, as i do not want to have to give him up. Im comfortable with anyone as long as we all respect one another. Ive exhausted all other avenues, so here i am. Chuck us a message if you think you can help/are interested to meet and we can go from there. Cheers
I work full time as a realestate agent. I work close to 60 hours a week. I have a beautiful girlfriend who will drop by once in a while to visit. I am friendly and social. Love to have a chat but will respect your privacy. I like to have a peaceful place to live and not a party shack. Looking to share a house and make friends
FT Marketing Manager. I do have a guitar but after living in an apartment I've mastered playing very very quietly + I've been playing for like 15 years so It can sometimes be pleasant. Don't really mind where I live so long as the place is a decent size and it's relatively easy to get to the city via public transport. I'm also never home during the week because of work and gym so you'll basically have the place to yourself! Off-street parking is a must as my insurance doesn't cover my car otherwise. Hmu! :)
Plant Operator working in construction.Great flatmate easy going and quiet , clean and tidy.Like the same in return. Willing to pay a bit more for the right place. Prefer house

Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends (Sunday's), if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊
