The room that is available is very spacious, easily accommodating a double bed with room for a desk or a bookshelf to the side. It has a wall of built in wardrobes, and ceiling high windows. Its joined to a separate shower and sink, which also has a door leading to the bathroom. It sounds a bit unusual, but we haven't had any issues as we both have our own showers. I am happy to leave the double bed behind if you require it. The remaining flatmate, Anna, has her room upstairs. The rest of the house was freshly painted, has loads of cupboard and storage space, two living areas, a laundry (note we dont have a washing machine, there is a nearby launderette) a nice kitchen with an awesome oven and a dishwasher, and a lovely garden. We have a table tennis table outside and a BBQ. There is Aircon available, as well as a ceiling fan in the kitchen. We split the bills, the internet is extremely fast, Anna owns a huge TV in the living room with some pretty average Salvo couches, and we haven't had any issues with water temperature or pressure. The location is awesome, if you work in the city its about 10 minute drive depending on the time of day, and nearby is Frewville Foodland, Akaba Shopping Centre with a post office and a Woolworths, and turning right takes you 5 mins to the Freeway.
