I am a professional full time worker based in the Adelaide CBD. I travel a fair bit with my job. I'm very quiet, organised and clean living. I'm a flexible, sociable person that gets on with everyone. I'm fit and health and enjoy outdoor activities and sports. I enjoy kayaking on the Murray River. I am a non smoker. I have NO pets.
I grew up in country SA and moved to Adelaide for university in 2011 before moving back to the country for work for the past 2 years. I am looking to move back to Adelaide into an existing share house with some great room mates, in the suburbs close-ish to the South Eastern Freeway. I'm a very clean and respectful roommate, and I enjoy living with people who I can share a meal, glass of wine, or love of a tv show together with. I'm a huge sport fan and enjoy going to games and watching it on tv, and I otherwise enjoy watching tv, movies and travelling far and wide.
This room is an ensuite unit (about 20 sqm) in the Elm Tree Lodge, equipped with single bed, build-in wardrobe, kitchenette, bedside drawer, desk and a book shelf. Air-Conditioner is powerful. There is a large communal kitchen, dinning room and laundry room downstairs. Besides, the common area is very spacious. I initially rented it till 1st April, but my PhD programe requires me to going to Sydney at the beginning of Feb, so I am subletting my room. I have already paid for the water usage and internet data package, so the bill left is electricity bill if you use the A/C. This room is 10 minutes bus away from Adelaide city center, and the bus station is within 2 minutes walking distance. Also, this room is very near Foodland, McDonald, Woolworth and some restaurants. This room is perfect for short-term accommodation. Contact me if you are interested.

Hey everyone, I am looking for a place to live near Adelaide CBD! I am moving there at the end of this month and would love to live with some chill, and fun people preferably students! I'll be starting at Adelaide uni so I'd like to live somewhere thats not too far away from the city. I'm organized, outgoing, friendly and clean! Cleanliness is a priority for sure :) Let me know if you would like to team up though I'd prefer moving straight into a sharehouse and meet some great new friends.
Hey! I’m moving back from Sydney and am looking for a share house close to town but also easy drive to the hills for work. I am a tidy, easy going person who likes drinking coffee, cooking and relaxing at home (sometimes with a glass of wine), but also enjoys entertaining or going out for live music. I like to play my guitars and music but am respectful of others space and downtime. (Non-smoker)
Hi I’m Georgia, 23, I work full time in Early Childhood. I enjoy the gym, netball and socialising! I’m neat and tidy - enjoy my own space but I’ll never say no to a glass of wine and a chat! My lease is up in April so starting to look for a new place!
I am a 23 year old, graduate interior designer, currently working full time. I am friendly, social, considerate, fairly clean and I am a chilled, easy going sort of person. I like to hang out with friends or housemates on days off, going to the beach, out for coffee and am keen to chill on the couch, with a glass of wine or go out every now and then. I was originally from the country and moved due to study 5 years ago. I have lived with many housemates and enjoy the company of others as well as respecting their privacy. Would be keen to live with like minded people.
I am a hardworking professional with my office in Kent Town on the city fringe. I am a good communicator and have a great sense of humor. I love the outdoors and reading in my spare time, but lead a quiet life during the week as I work fairly long hours. I am organised, enjoy a clean and tidy home after a long day's work and love cooking when I have the time. My background is ex South African.
I'm responsible, friendly and organized. I love to play the guitar, football, and filmmaking. I´m half Peruvian and half Venezuelan, and I have moved a lot during my life, so I have developed a nice skill that allows me to get along with different kind of people. Respect is everything and I´m very aware of that. Overall, I will be a nice and easy going flatmate.
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, mature, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (10) and my own home in the country, so I would only be there during the week. Thanks!
I'm Lisa, 27, easy going and tidy. Love a chat and a catch up but also like my own space. I'm respectful of other peoples space but would love to share with someone I get along with. I'm mostly interested in beginning a new house (just as a preference) as I would like a decent yard for my 2yo pup Dutchess (who is house trained and very friendly). would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't mind paying a bit extra if it means i get a room with an en suite. Hoping to find people who are easy going and respectful. Feel free to contact me if you are interested Thanks :)
I am a very positive person. Love animals, nature and peace. Also love cooking and gardening. Looking for a place to start growing some roots.
Hi, I am an extremely easy going 24yr old originally from the Eyre Peninsula looking for a quiet place to reside. I work for a tattoo machine manufacturer called Inkjecta / Sashiko Tattoo in Mt Barker Monday - Friday and more often than not Saturdays. I have lived in rentals with friends and a sharehouse before so I know the importance of being up front, paying bills on time and keeping a clean home. I would prefer to live with a person or people around my own age but I’m also open minded. I love having a good social aspect in a house but also enjoy having a certain level of privacy at the same time. Anyway if you want to know more send me a message Cheers Dom
Hi guys, my name is Ian. I am a 24 year old guy, studying full time at Adelaide University, and working part time in a bakery. Big fan of dogs. Bigger fan of coffee. I spend most of the working week split between being at work or uni. Weekends I spend studying and catching up with friends. My interests include netball, surfing, gaming and brunch. I have been in a share house for the past year and I am clean, tidy, and respectful of communal living spaces. Looking for a place in the east of Adelaide with like minded individuals.
I am easy to get along with. I am used to living with many people in the house. I am reliable and always pay bills on time. I am a saver when it comes to money and enjoy meeting new people.
I have lived in shared accommodation for the last few years now, so I understand the respect level that a housemate needs.
