We live Fulham Gardens, a 15min walk/5min drive to Henley Beach, 10min drive to West Lakes, 15/20min drive into the city. We have nearby buses that run into the city as well. We're a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house and the room available is 2.6mx3m with no built-in. The rest of the house is fully furnished so you'd only need to bring stuff for your room and you'd be set.
