As i do shift work, with some very early starts, looking for a relatively quiet place. Love the outdoors, so would prefer a small courtyard, or garden, and am very happy to mow lawns!! I do smoke, outside of course, and am very considerate of other people's lives. I dont have alot of furnishings, so a partly or fully furnished place would be ideal. Im easy to get along with. Im caring, quiet and considerate of others. I enjoy cooking and sharing my dishes with housemates. I enjoy a laugh and a good red wine now and then. I enjoy watching docos and good movies on the couch. I like intelligent conversations and i also enjoy gardening. I love good old rock and roll music and i like to have fun. 27 years of age and I've lived well beyond my years. I have been independent since the age of 15, renting a number of private rentals over the years and prior to moving to Adelaide, a housing trust home. I have a number of references who were more than willing to vouch for me I tend to remain a solitary person however I come out of my shell and mingle when I'm with like minded people. My animals are my foundation and I would prefer to be homeless with them; rather than to part from them. Both in their senior years (8/9) and my dog being a survivor of a hit run; needs to be in a secure and preferably a smaller sized yard but this is not a necessity. Turbo is my goofy friendly Ridgeback, who thinks he is a lap dog and is stuck to me like a shadow. Batman the cat always makes friends with our neighbohrs and housemates. He's a cat hater converter! I'm living proof! Haha. It goes to show how well behaved they are when a landlord approved my application in the past, based on how well mannered they were with me. Complementing all of our characters and when the lease expired he thanked us for leaving the house in better condition than what it was originally in. I'm quite a flexible, reasonable and non-judgemental person who can adapt quite easily to my living environment and I'm an advocate for mutual respect and open communication.

I am 24 year old female who I ready to leave the nest! I am working part time and currently studying full time so my life I fairly hectic at the moment. I am super chilled and fairly easy to get along with, I can be a little shy at first but that will eventually go and my weird side will come out haha. I am always down for a chat and a drink but also love my personal space, I like my space clean so would need to live in a clean household as well, I'm not ocd about this don't worry! I have a black cat named Trish (not my choice haha) who is the cutest little thang and everyone loves her, she mostly does her own thing but will come for pats every now and then. I would prefer to live near the beach but not too fussed and the place to have a reasonably sized backyard, I would also prefer and all female house (sorry boys) as I have never lived out of home and am more comfortable around females.
