Hi, i am a 49 year old, airline worker, clean and domesticated, looking for an apartment, flat, unit or house to share, or occupy myself. As i do shift work, with some very early starts, looking for a relatively quiet place. Love the outdoors, so would prefer a small courtyard, or garden, and am very happy to mow lawns!! I do smoke, outside of course, and am very considerate of other people's lives. I dont have alot of furnishings, so a partly or fully furnished place would be ideal. Am not into large households, too old for all that!!, so to share with one other would be great. Hoping to hear back. Thank you Warren
I am a fun, outgoing guy. Shy at first but get to know me and I'm sure we will have a great time. I am great to live with as I am always clean and tidy, organised and rarely leave myself bored. I work as a butcher which takes up most of my time, apart from work I like meeting new people, going out and trying new things.
Hi there! We have a lovely house in Findon on a quiet street. The house itself is modern, spacious, with a large kitchen and garden. The property is well maintained and clean, with lots of privacy. The room is large, with air conditioning, windows, blinds, and is suitable for a double bed. We are about 600m away from the Findon shopping centre, which has a Coles, Foodlands, greengrocers, library and other outlets. There is also a bus stop to the CBD which is a two minute walk from the house. Heading West, the beach is only a seven minute drive away! Appliances such as a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, fridge, etc are supplied. There is air conditioning throughout the house and in the rooms. Bills are paid quarterly and shared between four people, adding to about $20/week. Rent is paid weekly, and the bond is $675 (not 4 weeks as mentioned above). Furniture is provided in the living areas, but the room is unfurnished. I am moving out, and would be willing to sell my wardrobe and bed at low cost :) The bathroom is shared with two girls who are very hygienic. Feel free to send me a message to arrange viewing times or ask questions :)
Myself and my friend Jess (26 years) are looking for someone around the same age, with similar values, to join us in a new lease for a rental property. Property yet to be found, but after an extra person till approx October 2018. I work full-time Monday to Friday, pretty chilled during the weeks out for dinner, at my partners, or at home cooking vegetarian food, love to cook my dinners most nights. Jess also works full-time, loves to go out to dinners with friends, being active and healthy and enjoys a good chat over a glass of wine, from time to time. We both love being outdoors, music, beach, not partiers at all, prefer some chilled ones at home in the summer. We are neat and tidy people, and think it is very important to live with someone that is the same. We are both pretty happy and cheery, enjoy chilling with our housemates and cooking. Living with someone considerate and friendly is very important. It's important to live in a happy home, where we can feel comfortable with the other person. Most important thing, I come with a gorgeous tiny young cat Meila, very well house trained and super super friendly and loving to anyone, preferably not live with other animals.
Im easy to get along with. Im caring, quiet and considerate of others. I enjoy cooking and sharing my dishes with housemates. I enjoy a laugh and a good red wine now and then. I enjoy watching docos and good movies on the couch. I like intelligent conversations and i also enjoy gardening. I love good old rock and roll music and i like to have fun. I respect other peoples privacy and dont mind cleaning the house when it needs cleaning. I am a clean person and able to always pay rent on time. If you give me a chance i will not dissapoint you. You will see that you made the right choice choosing me to be your next housemate. Im also a very good listener and if im able i like to help people. I enjoy the beach, going to see bands, going out for dinner every so often going to markets as well as enjoying staying home and kicking back and relaxing with honest friendly people. I was living with my father at Woodville South and was his full time carer, but has now passed away so i am looking for a place that i can call home.
quiet, considerate, friendly. I am looking for a quiet place with good vibes. I am a non-drinker, so I'll be happy to share a cup of tea at the end of the day. I am sociable, up for having a chat but not as a must. I like to live in a clean environment, but don't keep tidying up obsessively. I like to do quiet things in my spare time, like reading, meditating, watching films with my headset on, so places where the TV is the central 'altar piece' in the house and is always on, don't really suit me.
I am a Secondary Student who is looking for stable accommodation. I am clean and enjoy contributing to a household. I generally like to keep to myself, so I wont be having parties or making much noise, but I also enjoy socialising, so I will be out of the house during the day.
I am a graduate nurse, starting full time job at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in early January. Looking to move out with my boyfriend and needing a flatmate to share the rent. Would prefer full-time workers, or uni students who are working.
Two hard working professionals who enjoy keeping active and are outgoing. We take pride in our home and are extremely neat and tidy. We have a Kelpie x who is adorable and well trained. Spends most of his day in the sun and likes to sleep on his mat next to our bed at night. We are hoping to find a temporary home with some cool people, while we save to one day buy our own place.
I'm positive, very easy going, mature and sociable. I am not home a lot, as I work fairly long hours. Do enjoy my space but also love a good chat and enjoy meeting new people. Do enjoy a few drinks every so often but more importantly I like looking after myself. Looking to live with a professional or with someone who is easy going and that has good energy. I am currently renting in semaphore park. In a large 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house one street back from the beach. Really cool house! My brother is moving out mid December. If your interested to check it out let me know. $250 a week plus bills. If I can't find anyone, will move elsewhere.
Full time worker, 27, clean friendly and chilled. Like to get out and have few drinks every now and then as well as get out on the paddle board on a sunny day. Moved from Brisbane and keen to meet new people.
Hi I'm Karina, I respect space and love animals. Am vegan but keep my food to myself :)

I am 24 year old female who I ready to leave the nest! I am working part time and currently studying full time so my life I fairly hectic at the moment. I am super chilled and fairly easy to get along with, I can be a little shy at first but that will eventually go and my weird side will come out haha. I am always down for a chat and a drink but also love my personal space, I like my space clean so would need to live in a clean household as well, I'm not ocd about this don't worry! I have a black cat named Trish (not my choice haha) who is the cutest little thang and everyone loves her, she mostly does her own thing but will come for pats every now and then. I would prefer to live near the beach but not too fussed and the place to have a reasonably sized backyard, I would also prefer and all female house (sorry boys) as I have never lived out of home and am more comfortable around females. Please feel free to message me as I need to get this show on the road and find a room!
Hi, I'm Hayley! I'll be studying my Master of Teaching (Primary) at UniSA starting next February while working part-time, and am looking for a room in a share house (male/female mix is fine). Originally from SA, moved to Melbourne to finish high school then flew the coop to Canada for five years and now I'm back in the beautiful city of Adelaide. I've lived overseas in share houses for the past five years, and am really easygoing, tidy and respectful. I'm willing to do my share of housework and chores and love to bake, so if you have a sweet tooth, we'll get along well. For fun I love being outdoors - running, cycling and hiking. I also enjoy travelling, yoga, reading, good wine and like being social but also like my own space. I enjoy communal dinners and meeting new people, but wouldn't want to live in a party house. If you think we would live under the same space well together, please get in touch.
-I'm quiet, respectful of others' privacy, I always pay on time. -Non-smoker, light drinker. -Working almost full-time hours on weekdays in the city. -I can provide a medium sized fridge if required. Office worker during business hours, hobbies are photography and film making. I try to keep active - walk, jog, sometimes swim or gym. Looking for a spacious place where everyone has their privacy. I prefer to have my own bathroom. Unsure of length of stay - 3 to 6 months plus. I'm ready to move soonish (late November).
