Hi, I am looking for share accommodation, prefer only 1 other in the house, not looking for a crowd to share with, must be quiet clean and have a garage or very secure carport to house my car. Have very good references, currently living in a flatmates.com owner occupied home in Adelaide but will be relocating to Newcastle area for a new work position. I am a senior manager, responsible, courteous , respectful, non smoker, clean tidy, understand and respect ones privacy, very organised person who cleans up after myself, no hang ups , easy going person, like to watch movies, sport, will respect your privacy but I am open to a wine or beer and an occasional conversation. I like to work on my car and detail it regularly, I travel overseas on a very regular basis so not home that much. Work fulltime and weekends usually busy doing something. Dont mind helping out around the house , like to do lawns, maintenance and gardening, I keep a clean organised room and home and will respect yours.
Hi, I'm ash. I'm 29 and extremely clean. I work a lot. I'm heaps chill and happy. Single and don't mind a good time 😁 I'm open to most places but would like to live with people that are also clean like to keep there place tidy and naturally ain't wankers! Let me know if you have anything that you think might be suitable and will catch up for coffee/beer and see if we can live together Thanks x x I'm also keen on getting a place with someone if that's what you'd like to do. I have the best rental history and can easily get a rental but do not like living on my own. I naturally would only do this with someone who also has a good rental history and is clean. Let me know if you are looking for someone to live with in our own little place together
Full time student studying enviro science at newcastle uni and I work as a bartender part time. I also do some work away in the uni holidays as surveyor. i enjoy surfing and the outdoors. I know it's a cliche, but i am a very easy going, mellow kinda guy who is easy to get along with. I am looking for a clean and tidy place with nice people :)
Situated in Stockton, the only suburb of Newcastle on the northern side of the Hunter River. I have 2 bedrooms for rent for $120 per week or a granny flat on the lower level of the house for $170 per week. The granny flat has a kitchenette and its own bathroom. The house has a big backyard with a mango tree and a small veggie patch where I am currently growing pumpkins and passionfruit. Only a 2 minute walk from a 32km beach and a 5 min ferry ride into the centre of Newcastle. Takes about 15min to drive to Newcastle uni. I have a border collie, however, the lease only allows 1 dog to live here so unfortunately pets not allowed.
Hellloo! This little house is a 3 minute walk from Carrington Main Street. Although the house is quite small, it's quite modern and super cosy! A room has become available in the house I'm renting so I'm looking for someone to rent the spare room for the next 4 months until the lease is up. It would be perfect for someone looking for some short term accommodation :) Anyway, Carrington is the best! So close to plenty of beautiful places to exercise, a 10 minute bike ride/skate to Honeysuckle and Hunter Street, a 15 minute drive to Kotara and Charlestown shopping centres and surrounded by heaps of delicious cafes. This little house has a small backyard and patio area out the back, meaning it's great to have pals over for drinks/gatherings if you're in to that. The majority of the house is furnished (kitchen, lounge room, bathroom) though you would just need whatever you'd like to have in your room. I'm currently living in the bigger room with a wardrobe, though I'm more than happy to swap to help accommodate you! I've attached both rooms in the photos (keeping in mind that the second room will have everything moved out of it by the time you move in.) My ex partner and I were approved for a few animals - my bird and his cat, though he will be taking his cat to his new house so if you had allergies of some kind, you won't have to worry about it. If you had a small pet, I'm sure the real estate would be more than happy to accommodate for that. The bond is 4 weeks rent, (which was originally $220 a week - I've reduced it to help fill the room, and will cover the rest myself) meaning the bond will be $880.
The View?! What can I say?! Never tire of sunset and looking straight across at the brewery and Christchurch cathedral as the town lights up! ❤️️ Two story three bedroom house filled with gorgeous 60's and 70's vintage, mainly Parker furniture. One bedroom upstairs and two down with a cozy lounge room and full entertainment system and great communal area/ open plan lounge/ dining / kitchen area that boasts the best view of Newcastle. Off from the communal area are also a massive separate laundry, bathroom and toilet. One downstairs bedroom is yours and the other is set up as a basic gym complete with matting, floor to ceiling mirrors, sit-up bench, hand weights and Olympic bar. Great for yoga, stretching and some basic strength training if you are so inclined. The other bedroom is the quietest in the house with a window to the quiet and protected backyard. Right next to the ferry wharf so you have 3 ways to get into town or to the uni, drive, ferry, or bus, all at your front door! I am away almost every second weekend and work a lot so if you are looking for a party house skip my profile please, but if you are looking for a bit of a sanctuary to come home to please contact me. Rent etc is negotiable. I am house proud and would like somebody who likes to help keep the place tidy.
This generously spaced room is situated upstairs and features an enormous wardrobe and overlooks a cosy backyard. The house itself is recently renovated, with a furnished living room and kitchen, boasts a dishwasher and gas fireplace, and we are connected to the NBN. We're a pair of polite, clean and respectful guys looking for the right candidate to fill the third room in this welcoming, terrace-style rental. Please note that pets are not permitted by the landlords, however an agreement exists for the two guinea pigs residing here at present (Benny & Maisie, you'll love them). If you're down with all this - send a message and we'll respond as soon as possible to discuss any questions you may have. Inspections are more than welcome, and potential applicants will be required to have a brief, informal interview.
Hi there, I'm looking for somewhere to rent for me and my 6yo staffy, Billy. A little bit about me first- I'm a full time retail store manager, love relaxing in my down time by heading to the beach or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Billy- he's been an inside dog for the past 6 years, he's pretty chilled out, loves sleeping, going for walks and hanging out with other dogs. I have collected a bit of furniture (inc fridge, washing machine) as I've been living out of home since I was 17 so I'd be great to start a new rental with! Also got great rental references too.
I am from the Philippines. I will be studying my Masters in University of Newcastle come July of this year. Love to stay in a clean environment. Will be studying most of the time so I would prefer a quite place but very much open for some chitchat and strolling at park and beach. I'm looking for a temporary accommodation, though open to extend for longer stay if I'll like the place and location. Planning to move on 25th or 26th of July this year.
Hello. I am a 41 yo Community Worker, moving to Newcastle from the Mid North Coast for work. I am a quiet and tidy housemate looking to share with one or two others. I'm happy to socialise with you but am also able to give you your own space. In my spare time I like to see live shows and art exhibitions. I'm also a keen bush walker.
Our names are Emily and Jaymie and we're looking for housemates! We're 21 & 19 and are both in our second year of primary teaching at uon and also both work casually. We're both happy to pay around $160pw but can be a little flexible on the price. We're both very social/active people that love hanging out with friends and are looking for like-minded housemates! Send us a message if that sounds like you!
Hi! My name is Emily and I'm 30. My cat Frankie and I need a place to stay in the Newcastle area. I study Art at the Newcastle Uni and enjoy anything to do with being creative. I also like to go out to see live music on the weekends but generally I am quite quiet and enjoy my time at home. I am neat and tidy. I love to have a chat and a cup of tea. Frankie the cat is litter trained and desexed and one of the most chilled out cats you'll ever meet.
Cute older style flat in good condition, freshly painted with sweet rooftop terrace Yet to get the keys so no good photos as yet but will update asap Will be fully furnished other than the bedroom $175 p/wk includes water usage - electricity & internet is additional and will be split evenly
I'm pretty easy going. I work part-time soon to be full-time and am usually pretty busy throughout the week. Not looking for a party house however i do enjoy being social.
I'm needing to move for my uni prac (finished up in Armidale and ready to move now) My prac starts in July but I'm wanting to be settled in somewhere way before that. I'm not a typical party student but I do love going out for dinner/drinks plus just chilling around the house. I absolutely love baking and I do make some mean brownies, banana bread and a quality lemon meringue pie!! I'm super respectful of privacy but also up for a chat and adventures! I've been out of home for 4 years so I know how to keep a tidy house, clean and look after myself. So I'm looking for a room with the budget of $150-60 which includes bills or around $110-30 which just covers rent.
Hi, I'm Jen. I'm a warm, positive, responsible, proactive individual looking for a new place to call home. I'm 35 and work in a variety of fields in part time positions doing business admin & in a freelance capacity in Event Management & the Arts. I enjoy sharing good, healthy food & meal times, a vino & vibrant conversation with those I live with & honour the space we all need to be happy. I have a passion for yoga, dance, art, authenticity, expression & expanding my inner & outer worlds whenever possible. I've just returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & adventure. I’m happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I’ve lived in large share houses & in duo’s, both have their pro’s & con’s – but the right mix is essential for a happy house. Space is important to me, inside & out, so no small apartments will cut the mustard. I've got furniture & appliances to contribute to the house & I'm completely house trained (am a bit of a handy-woman & even come with tools to help with odd jobs around the house). I enjoy living with mature, clean, positive & professional adults with a secure disposition that have their work⁄life⁄fun balance down pat. I've got a super friendly, indoor 13yr old female tabby cat. She's awesome company, spends most of the time sleeping on my bed & is a real gem of a furry friend, you're going to love her. I'm hoping to share space with conscious, connected people that want to create a home, not just a house to live in. Art is my life blood so a space to create is also a must in my new abode (perhaps the garage or a sunroom for example), I know the perfect home is out there! Look forward to meeting you Chat soon Jen
