Beaut 2 Storey house facing directly across to the Brewery, right near the ferry. Fantastic view of Newcastle with only the park between the house and Newcastle harbour. 2x living areas and bathrooms and large open plan kitchen. You would be sharing with only me, my fantastic exhousmate had planned moving in with me here but was unable to transfer her job from Sydney back to Newcastle so there's a big hole to fill. The house is fantastic with great communal area but enough room also not be in each other's face. Would suit somebody working in the cbd, just a short enjoyable ferryride, the terminal is only a quick stroll across the park from the front door. Otherwise I drive each morning and it's only a 20min run into town. Definitely not a party house. Must be a dog person as I have two highly entertaining chihuahuas.Feel free to contact me if interested
Hi, My name is Sesha, I live in Sydney and travel to Newcastle often for work. I am looking for a place to stay for a month or 2 max. will stay only during weekdays and head back to Sydney on weekends. Looking to stay for 4-8 weeks. Sesha, Indian male, been in Australia for 9 years, 29 YO. Thanks, Sesha.
I'm a 28-year old guy who's come Newcastle to study Elec Eng/ Health Science at UoN in addition to working. Originally from Sydney. I'd describe myself as having a cool, considerate nature with a good sense of humour. Strong believer of living fit, healthy & staying active. Love most sports and the outdoors! Usually much prefer cycling to commute to most places. Also very experienced in helping keep a household maintained and running smoothly :-) I'm looking for a simple room - or to share a nice place where I can study, work and be reasonable close to the Uni and the expressway as I do travel down to Syd some weekends. If you're after a housemate who's reliable, fun-loving & easygoing, then get in touch! Open to Teaming up to start a brand new place with cool, easygoing like-minded people - so if you think you'd be a contender (girls or guys) don't be shy haha.
I am an easy going 25 year old vet working in Newcastle. Very open to location, preferably within about 30mins of Hamilton. I am after a place for myself and my 3 dogs (I also have a horse but don't worry he lives elsewhere! 😜). Pippa (6yo border collie x kelpie), Bessie (4yo kelpie) and Rosie (8yo cavalier King Charles) are all very friendly and well behaved. The girls are generally outside when I'm out and inside a fair bit when I am home. We walk at least once a day, usually twice and are out and about a lot when I'm not at work. I like coffee (possibly a little too much), cooking and spending time with my animals (and human friends too I guess 😜). If you would consider me and my lovely mutts please let me know!
Just a couple of fun loving humans looking for a place close to town, we are respectful, tidy and love socialising but do also love our space and will be respectful of your alone time too! If we sound like we would be the perfect addition to your home feel free to send me a message :)
Hi, We're a couple (25 and 30) with a well trained golden retriever, and our fur baby (cringe...sorry) must come with us. We're laid back and chill, but we also know how to clean and we are sociable but not loud. We're focused on doing well at work and uni and meeting some really cool people along the way. I'm from Newcastle, my husband is Mexican-American (California). He makes great tacos, enchiladas and nachos. I'm working full time and Trevor is studying and working part time. We love movies, laughing and anything creative...save subway artistry. We are looking for a room in a share house with an ensuite or a granny flat. If you feel like getting in touch, just give us a bell or send us an email : )
I just moved back to Newcastle after a few years back home. I am easy to get along with and live a foodie coffee obsessed life, I work hard and enjoy the occasional wine and cheese time but am not a hard partier. I am looking for a housemate who is clean and respectful of space but loves a home environment. If that's you send a message through.
Hello! I'm looking for suitable accomodation for me and my 2 year old Cattle Dog X. He is really great dog... always clean, toilet trained, can go on command, is very obedient to humans, submissive to both dogs & cats, doesn't have any destructive behaviours and is just a big ball of love & joy. I'm studying full-time from July and I work part time. Although I am young, I have been renting for two years so I have reliable references for both me and my dog. I'm looking for somewhere preferably around Wickham, Islington or Maryville but surrounding suburbs like Hamilton, Mayfield, Tighes Hill, Georgetown, Cooks Hill or Carrington are accessible too. I spend most free time taking my dog for walks, reading, gardening or working on creative projects. I'm a very tidy and respectful person. I prefer to keep my social life out of the house so I have a quite place to recharge. I'm looking for relaxed housemates to share a space with I really hope to hear from you. Thanks!
Hello! My names Eamon (19), I'm from the Central Coast and am moving to Newcastle to be closer to UON. I can have fun and love to socialise and make new friends but I'm also respectful of other people (I won't throw parties without asking other housemates). I'm neat and tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I would like a place where all the roommates are friends and get along well as its where we will spend most of our time. I'm also looking at whole houses to rent so if anyone wants to teamup I have a few places I'm looking at near the uni saved.
I am a relaxed individual with an open mind to all things, I enjoy cooking, reading, gardening, live music, and yoga. Generally active and healthy - minimum drinking and smoking. Working full time from home and my office. Respect and consideration are at the roots of any action I take, generally speaking I am looking for a housemate who shares the same values.
I'm an operating theatre registered nurse and in the process of joining the military reserves. I'm hoping to move when I've found the right place. I'm also interested to team up with someone or a few people to get a nice place together. I am calm natured, easy going and easy to get along with. I'm a tidy and clean person. I love to relax on my off days and have a nice cup of coffee. I'm also well travelled and look forward to doing more of it.
Hello! I'm 25 years old, born and bred in Newcastle, and having just returned from overseas am looking for somewhere new to call home. Over the years I've lived with males and females, friends and strangers of varying ages, and in places ranging from 14 beds to cosy little terraces, so I'm very much aware of respecting personal space/possessions (but I also like to be social and have the odd dinner or share a bottle of wine or six when time permits). I'm in the final year of my degree this year (and working part-time) so I am looking for somewhere relatively chill whilst I'm up to my neck in study. I'm an easy-going and liberal kind of person so whatever you're into there's no dramas on my end, but I just can't be living in a trap house. I do also like to keep things pretty clean and tidy (within reason), so I'm looking to live with like-minded people in that regard. I'm very conscious of being respectful and cleaning up after myself properly, so to that end you're never going to find a dirty kitchen bench/sink full of dishes/washing machine full of half-damp laundry/bathroom sink full of beard when you get home and just want to relax. If you've got some kind of cleaning routine just let me know what you need me to take over and we're good. I stay pretty active and in my spare time I love to surf, run and box. On top of that I really enjoy cooking for myself and for others (I don't eat meat but it's just a personal choice and I couldn't care less if you do), and if I'm feeling lazy you can find me draped over a piece of furniture with a book at any given hour. Alternatively, if you have a pet I will spend the vast majority of my life patting it, and if it's a dog I'm very happy to run it for you if you ever need. Now that you have this riveting insight into my existence, please get in touch if you've got any questions or if you'd like to meet up for a drink/chat! Cheers.
Hi im Hayley, I have recently moved to Newcastle from Mudgee and I will be starting full time work on the 17th of March working Monday to Friday. I have lived out of home for the last 6 years and I have a full house of furniture. I have an Aussie Bulldog named Ralph that will be moving with me. During the day when I'm at work Ralph will be outside however when I am home he usually comes inside to lay around and watch TV, he's toilet trained and generally quite lazy however he does enjoy to have a run around and play fetch. Ideally I'm looking for someone that's great with pets and willing to have him around the house. I'm new to town and would like to meet new friends and build great friendships. I enjoy having a chat however my cooking abilities aren't fabulous. I'm super clean and respectful, I enjoy hanging out but also like time to myself. I'm generally quiet during the week and enjoy relaxing after work however I enjoy having a few drinks on the weekends and heading out with friends. I'm looking to team-up with 2-3 people and I'm available to move asap, if you're interested please feel free to contact me 😊
Hi all! I'm Ami. Summing yourself up in a paragraph is probably the hardest thing ever but here goes.. I'm pretty active, I enjoy the gym, hiking, the beach and just generally being out and about! I'm pretty easy going and friendly and would love to move in with like minded people. I don't mind going out for the occasional drink but I'm also quite likely to be curled up at 9pm on a Friday night with a book and a good cuppa tea, grandma at heart :P haha
