The house is brand new with two living rooms and huge kitchen. There is an outdoor room and decent sized backyard. House is fully furnished and has ducted heating and cooling. NBN internet and netflix available. You would have your own bathroom including bath with separate toilet. The room has a built in robe and there is another spare room for storage. Fantastic location on the river with access to kilometers of river walking tracks across the road, as well as quick access to the Ring Road. I am 5 minutes from Pakington Street and 8 minutes into the CBD.
The house is conveniently situated with quick easy access to shops, CBD, the ring road, parklands, and a great cafe/wine bar hidden away near by. It’s a new house with a large kitchen, walk in pantry, every bedroom has a built in robe, 2 lounge rooms, 2 bathrooms, heating/cooling, semi furnished, washing machine, drier, fridge, couches, microwave, kettle and many more appliances are in place. It's a great place!
Hi! I’m 25 and work full time (most weeks I’ll do extra hours) in Armstrong Creek. I’m quite busy in my spare time and keep active. My working week is pretty busy so I’m out of the house a lot. My weekends are my own. I’m very happy keeping to myself, but would love a housemate or two to do house dinners or outings with. I have a female cat, she’s a sweet heart and very well mannered, never had a problem in all of my previous share houses.
Hi my name is Matt, I am 40 years old and work as a systems engineer in Melbourne. Don't let my age concern you, I am young at heart and can get along with all ages of people. Having previously owned my own place I am particularly clean and like to live with others who are similar. I am also very reliable with rent and bills. My work hours are from 9am - 6pm. When I'm not working I like to relax at home, do photography, go camping or 4WDriving and love cooking. I own a 6 year old dog named Ruby. She is inside mostly, but can be kept outside if need be. She is very friendly and a bit of a goofball. I have recently sold my house due to a separation and need a place to live while I organise to purchase some land and build again. Would prefer somewhere around the Armstrong Creek/Mt Duneed area but open to other places.
Hi I'm Georgia. I'm 25 and I work full time. I'll be working in Werribee as of Jan 2019 and I'm looking for a place in Geelong with easy access to the ring road and housemate that are of a similar age. Looking to move in asap. I enjoy keeping active - swimming, riding, running, hiking etc. I love a laugh, I'm very easy going and happy to socialise - lunch, dinners or a few quiet drinks. I'm a massive animal fan too! I'm happy to cook a few times a week, and I'm nice & tidy. I own my own place so I know the importance of looking after your home. I've lived in Geelong for the last 5+ years, and want to stay around this area. Send me a message if I sound like the right housemate for you :)
I am a Registered Nurse beginning at Geelong University Hospital in Feb 2019. I am looking at teaming up to go on a lease with one other person. My partying days are well and truly behind me, I am looking for someone that will be respectful of shift work - but I definitely do enjoy a quiet wine or two. I'm an active person but am also prone to Netflix binges on occasion. I am tidy and respectful, and have been a member of multiple share houses. I will be relocating from Queensland with my best bud Harry the Golden Retriever who loves all humans.
I'm from Lara, I'm studying full-time (BA in History). When I'm not studying I like to read, learn languages, play games, watch movies, listen to music and go out to the gym, to name a few things. I tend to keep to myself but also don't mind socialising. I'm tidy and clean and will contribute well to household duties and chores as I am quite active in doing so where I currently live. I have a cat I would like to bring with me to wherever I move. He is an old cat, very mellow and friendly (persian/ragdoll genes), and should not cause any problems. I am looking to move ASAP. If you'd like to know more about me, feel free to ask.
Hi, my name is Mikaela! I’m 24, work full time as a retail manager and I have 2 dogs. I’m currently staying in a sharehouse, but looking for somewhere more permanent for my dogs and I to live for 6months+. I have plenty of furniture in a storage unit, so I’m flexible with furnishings. I work mid-afternoons through to around midnight 5 days a week, so I’m often not home at the same time as most other people. I like my quiet time and typically keep to myself, but I’m always down for a movie night with some wine and snacks. I love to sew and read, and I like video games although I’m terrible at most. My dogs predominantly have lived outside for the last couple of years but they grew up as inside-dogs, so they’re completely house trained. Snoopy is a fluffy & chubby 6 year old Border Collie, and Marla is a lazy, cuddly 7 year old Staffy x Kelpie. Both love a walk and play, but they’re just as happy sleeping on your feet. I move out of my current share housing in mid jan, but I’m available to move from late December, and I’m open to teaming up or fitting into your already established home. Hit me up if you have any questions or if you think I might fit into your home!

Hello I’m 23 years old and thinking about potentially moving out in the next two months. I work full time, I’m very easy going, respectful and like to keep things tidy. Feel free to send a message me if you would like to know more :)
Hey, I'm Rhys! I'm 24 of age, and am moving back to Geelong after half a decade in the inner north of Melbourne. Currently working as a Contract Manager at a Logistics company, whilst studying Aviation. Seeking a super friendly household. If it's sharing an evening of wine & cheese, to a road trip down the coast, or a collective effort to attempt getting healthy. I love keeping active, hot yoga, cooking for friends, patting all of the dogs, spending time with like minded people, writing/painting/creating,.
Looking for a place to stay at the end of March, my landlord has sold my unit and i have until then to find somewhere to stay. I work full time, with 2 jobs. They keep me busy so i won't be home too often. I keep to myself most of the time, very easy going and tidy. If you want to know anything else just let me know.
I am easygoing and enjoy other people’s company. I am neat and tidy. I don’t play loud music or have the TV volume up high. I love animals and I work in the horse industry. I love taking my dog Bella for walks. She is a 12 year old Samoyed. She sleeps most of the day. I am looking for a house to share. I have lived in share houses during the past 12 months. I have recently moved to Geelong from Bendigo
Mature male, clean, tidy and respectful of others. I moved to Geelong region to help out with Daughter/Grand daughter. I ended up in Torquay but they decided to stay in Werribee, the travel is too far so now looking in Geelong again. I have just finished Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and am intending to do Masters next year. Hopefully at Deakin but otherwise at RMIT so would like to find a place within about 3k's of station/waterfront. I am a bit of an introvert and can be a bit of a hermit during semester but otherwise comfortably social. Pretty easy to get along with. Predominantly plant based diet but not strictly veggo. I have pretty much everything to set up house. Would like to have a garage for storage/workshop and a large yard for veggie garden. 2 - 3 year tenure would also be great.
Heyy Potential HouseMates, I’m on the hunt for a place to call home for 6-12 months. Preferably like minded people around similar age with similar interests. I’m respectful, honest, clean. I don’t go out in town nor am I a big drinker/partner but always keen for a few wines bbq beach and tunes. To live with I’m an easy going, don’t do drama kinda gal that gets along with most people but also likes to have time to herself. I’m 31, recently relocated back to Geelong after living with my ex and his kids in North-East Vic. I should also mention now, I don’t come alone....... I have an 18month old boarder collie x jack Russell, (see profile pic) she is the absolute best..... she is house trained, clean, great with kids, loves a cuddle and may be slightly obsessed when it comes to fetch. I work as a Barista for a Mobile coffee company, so I currently work weekends and 3 days mid week. I go to the Gym most days. I try to spend a lot of my spare time out of the house exploring with Marley, down the river or beach, different parks and reserves and even The occasional camping/road trip. All in all I’m a pretty active person. However, this does not mean I don’t love a day in my pjs watching Netflix eating pizza and chocolate, avoiding the outside world :) Anything else you want to know please just ask :) Alicia x
