I'm friendly,a great cook, outgoing. Ive actually never lived in a shared house before so I'm looking forward too the change I'm heading to Geelong for a sea change as ive been working in Melbourne CBD for 9 yrs working in early education. What I do for fun! Catching up with friends and family I would say specializing in general meeting new ppl. Ive just recently come back from a trip overseas so I'm keen to save more and travel more to.
Hi. I have never lived with housemates. I look forward to meeting new people and having company. I think having your own space is important also. I like to cook and pretty healthy but love the occasional cheat meal and alcoholic beverage :) I work full time monday to Friday in point cook but am getting a transfer to my geelong office early next year. I like keeping fit. I don't mind living with people who have pets.
Hi there! My name is Jess. I'm German/Indonesian and I have been in Melbourne for the past 4 years. I'm a respectful, friendly 23 year old that can be a bit of a dork at times. I work in retail in Melbourne. Depending on the housing situation I will be looking into a second job in Geelong. I love a casual get-together with friends but nothing wild. I go on the occasional gig or a camping getaway. I'm currently a student at Monash Uni but will discontinue in the beginning of July and switch over to a Working Holiday visa. I will be flying back home to Bali, for a week in the end of June to sort out my visa and would preferably have something sorted before I fly out. I've got a 7 year old cat, Floki, that I would like to take along as well. He's fine with other cats and dogs with proper introduction. He's a cuddly fluff (and goof-) ball. He's desexed and his wild kitten days are over. He's mainly an indoor cat but enjoys the occasional outdoor adventure. If there's no garden or there are busy roads nearby, I'll take him for short walk, as I've leash trained him. (Don't believe me? RSPCA VIC has posted about his story, there is a video in the comment section ;) ) I'm looking for a place with people that would definitely be up for sharing dinners and socialising. Especially people who do not mind having me cook some asian dishes when I'm feeling homesick. I do, however, also enjoy my own time. I'm tidy but not a militant clean freak. I'm happy to stay 6 months but if possible I would like to stay for up to a year. Additionally I'm looking for a place in the mentioned suburbs or anywhere within 10-15 mins away from a public transport. I don't own a car nor can I drive, so PT is my lifeline. If I tick off some things on your list, don't hesitate to message me! Cheers!
I am a 27 year old female, professional who works fulltime (Monday - Friday). I spend my spare time with friends and family, trying to stay active and fit and going on occasional adventures. I have a dog her name is Tera she is a medium mixed bread, she is very friendly. She is an inside and outside dog, I am looking for housemates who like dogs and are happy for her to come inside especially at night time. I love to travel so will most likely have at least one trip planned for the year.
Hi I'm Sean, I'm easy to get along with, neat and tidy, handy around the house and garden, and I love cooking. I live quietly but that said I like to get out and stay active and I love a few beers and a chat around the fire.I have three kids that stay with me every second weekend so I need a place that is kid friendly and a flatmate that is the same. If there's any questions please feel free to chat.
Hi there, I'm Hemant, currently in Sydney and moving to Geelong by 30th July. I'm an IT engineer and will be working full time at Client Office. I am neat and tidy to live with, and also love to cook. Love heading to a brewery for some freshly brewed bevvies.. Looking for a room around the Geelong West.
Hey guys! I am looking for somewhere in the Geelong area after securing a job there. Currently living in Melbourne, so will be going back there a few days a week. I'm super easy to get along with, spend a bit of time at the gym, love to go out and socialize, love my music and spend time at the beach & doing fun adventurous things where I can. I'm an animal lover (particularly dogs!) & I have my own little fur baby called Hermione who comes with me most places. She is a Yorkie, so she is tiny, and she gets along with anybody and anything. I'd love if you also had a little fur baby for her to play with! I'm also a happy, non-preachy vegetarian and love to eat healthy and stay active. I also don't mind a drink or two when I'm off work! Would love to stay with some people of similar mindsets and lifestyles :)
Located walking distance to Barwon river in a quiet court you won't find a better location in geelong. Views overlooking the valley, two bathrooms with seporate toilets. Large terrace deck and a modern kitchen. Central heating and cooling.
Hey! I'm 27 and will be starting a new full time job (mon-fri) at Geelong Hospital in a couple of weeks so I would love to find a place with someone around my age. I am very easy going and would love someone to chat and watch tv with who is just as easy going! I like to go on adventures and hang out with friends on weekends. I have 2 cats so that has been hard for me to find somebody to live with or move with me. They are more like dogs but are always inside (they can't really cat) so someone who is good with cats and won't let them escape is a must! They usually get along with dogs if the dog is ok with them. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi my names Ellie I'm 26 & work time as an accountant in the local health service. I would like to find a room to rent in an existing house. I love socialising however I can work long hours so love my own space. My sister lives around the manifold heights area so I would like to find accommodation near there. I also have a Toy Poodle - Loui is 9 weeks old & toilet trained. He is just sooo cute!! so I would need to find accommodation suitable for pets. Please let me know if you have a room available :) Thanks!
One room available in a sharehouse in Newtown. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all upstairs, with one shared bathroom downstairs. The backyard is large, with a big shed and undercover entertainment/patio area. Rent price, including bills (water, gas and electricity) will be $170 per week. The location is great, with a Woolworths, post office, pharmacy, gym, cafés and multiple bus stops all around the corner. Pakington St is just a walk away, and Deakin University and Geelong town are not far! Let me know if you're interested and we can have a chat :)
I've recently moved to Australia from Ireland. I'm clean and tidy but relaxed about it. Looking for roommates that are like-minded and don't mind having a few beers. Because I am a waitress/bartender later nights home are a given, but it means I am more aware of being noisy as a housemate.
***BRINGING MOVE DATE FORWARD. HMU*** Hi. I'm studying sound engineering / music production in Geelong West until the end of 2019 and I'm considering settling here after that. I'm fun to chill with but also reasonably mature so I'll not leave you with a bunch of housework and unpaid bills and lingering bitterness. Let's do this. Would be great to live with other creative professionals if possible but that isn't a dealbreaker. I like Geelong West but will consider other neighbourhoods close to town. Forgive the goofy pic lol.
I'm a South African who has recently moved to Australia. I am a very social person who enjoys meeting new people, hiking and the occasional big night out. I am a clean person who cleans up after myself. I am trying to make a new life in Australia in either marketing, retail or hospitality so will most likely work 9-5.
