Hi, I am a 34 year old male who is on the Disability Support pension and work a couple of casual jobs in Cleaning and as a Dishwasher as well. I am pretty friendly, super neat and tidy. I need to leave my current place in a couple of weeks, because the lease has expired and not being renewed at my current place. So I need to find a room anywhere in the Hobart urban area for around $150 per week. I am not picky on the neighbourhood and be totally happy to live out in say Bridgewater or Gagebrook.
We are young quiet adults in the transition into our first housing house and have been informed of how long the wait list is.We don't Party or Smoke. My partner (Jaidyn) isn't studying or working currently but is constantly out looking for work and thinking about enrolling into study. And I am a college (year 12) student .Just keep in mind we aren't the most social people and will probably hide out in our room for most of the time 😂 but we are very clean and respectful 😃
I’m American but an Aussie citizen , I will move anywhere , I don’t drink , smoke , do drugs , swear , get angry , moody or violent , I’m a great cook , neat , clean and tidy , if your messy or unhygienic I’m not interested in sharing. No smokers or drug addicts. Call me my rent price is negotiable
I'll be away from early April until early September and offering my modern, comfortable 2 bedroom unit with garage for rent, fully furnished. Its on a block with 3 other units, at the back and is super private and quiet. 2 large bedrooms, both with queen beds and built in wardrobes. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen. There is one off street park in addition to the garage. The only bill you will have is electricity, water is included in rent. Electricity bill will be minimal, as place has solar panels. Internet can be arranged with cost to be negotiated if necessary. At this stage place will be available 12 April until 7 September but dates can be negotiated by a week or so. Small pet (dog/cat) considered.
This flat is located in the quiet valley of Rosetta, closer to Chigwell. Personally my favourite thing about this place is that it feels far way from everything and you can see the stars on a clear night from the massive backyard. It's pretty big for a flat. It also includes a shed that is perfect for storage or even could be made into a chill space as there is power connected to it. It's a short walk to public transport and a 20 minute walk to Glenorchy Central. The water bill is taken care of by the property owner so all you need to pay is rent and power. The flat is very spacious with a large lounge room, a dining room, a separate laundry off of the kitchen and a separate bathroom and toilet. The flat is furnished with a fridge, washing machine, dryer and dining table. The bedroom that is being advertised is medium sized and unfurnished, perfect for a minimalist. The flat includes a wall mounted air conditioner and lots of windows for light and fresh air. The flat is modern but with a cute little 70's style kitchen. Unfortunately there is no internet available (i'm assuming my housemate will want to get internet asap though as I'm taking mine with me) but the flat is NBN ready. The rent is payed fortnightly and the real estate are very professional and easy to contact. They perform routine inspections and fix any problems very quickly. The bond is two weeks worth of rent ($510 - the rent went up $5 since I moved in)

Looking for a place to call home for me and my little Maltese shihtzu. Not fussed about location as long as it's not too far from a bus route. Very easy going, love to be sociable but also love my quiet time. I work as a cook so I'm out of the house a fair bit but love to cook up a storm when at home. Not interested in a party house but also don't mind a social house. Interested in team ups or to move into an already established share house. Ready to start hunting/move in asap. Thanks in advance :)

Hi I'm Ben! I'm currently living in New Town and working in Mental Health, but I am about to commence studying at the UTAS Conservatorium of Music. Music is my main passion, but I also enjoy martial arts, rollerblading, comic books (not the superhero kind) and being outdoors. I'm very open minded and enjoy a good discussion about anything, as I am fascinated by the world and everything in it. Like any good housemate, I am social and collaborative, but respect boundaries and personal space. I don't make a lot of noise and am not much of a party person, but do enjoy celebrating triumphs, whether they be my own or of others. I am quite a tidy and relaxedly ordered person, I like to look after spaces so they can be enjoyed by everyone, and will always wash/wipe/sweep/vacuum/mop/scrub/scrape/steam clean/polish/disinfect/fumigate/pressure hose/fire extinguish/quarantine etc. At this point, I am flexible around when I can move in, and can provide rental and employment references.
