This modern nearly 3-year-old house has been a shared house in the past and was up for sale. The situation has changed and I am returning it to a shared house in which I live as well. The home is in Wacol close to the Gailes golf course and within walking distance of both Wacol and Gailes train stations for access to the City or Ipswich. A bus service between Forest Lake & Goodna can be caught at the end of the street about 300m. Access to the Ipswich and Centennial Motorways is close and the Logan Motorway can be accessed via Gailes. The bedrooms all large enough to accommodate a king sized bed have large built-in wardrobes ceiling fans and can be connected to the internet from the room if a gamer or by wifi. Tenants are asked to eat in the dining room rather than taking food to their room which can attract vermin and other pests. Cooking facilities are shared and all tenants will be asked to consider others and to clean up after themselves and keep their room clean as well as all shared facilities such as the laundry and the shared bathroom. The toilet is separate from the shared bathroom. Foxtel is available in the Lounge and Sky Sports is connected for sports buffs. Movies are not available unless tenants want to pay extra to have them connected. Programmes can be recorded for later viewing.

I've been living in a share house for the last 2 years but unfortunately the house has been sold and we have decided to go our separate ways. I'm reliable with paying my rent and my share of the bills on time. I'm an animal lover and used to living with pets, although I have none of my own. Currently we share the chores around the house, so I am happy to continue doing so.
Hello! I have a 8 month old Husky i am clean and friendly, mostly keep to myself... but i can be very sociable, my puppy loves to play! Is still a puppy so she does get quite frightened sometimes with loud noises, i am currently unemployed .. but can always pay my rent on time (: I am a smoker so a place that allows smokers would be a great bonus (: and if my puppy can sleep inside with me at night then that would be also great :D
