Beautiful, quiet and coastal location located 3 minutes walk to the coastal walk and 15 minutes walk to Coogee Beach. It's close to the bus stop that goes out into the CBD and less than 10 minutes drive to Coogee, Randwick and Maroubra shops. Apartment is very clean, has new carpet, captures plenty of natural sunlight, homey and peaceful. Great kitchen with working oven and plenty of bench space. There's a spacious living area that goes out into a pleasant and sunny balcony. Bathroom is newly renovated with modern finishes and the toilet is separate to the bathroom. The room available is large, clean, has plenty of natural sunlight and has a spacious built-in wardrobe. There is only one carport but it'll be reserved for the person that moves in and is included in the rental amount. Current roommates are looking to move out and we purchased most of the furniture and looking to split some of it so happy to discuss re-doing the interior design of the apartment and share costs.
(FYI - I recently advertised for another room in the house, this room available is very similar but slight bigger) Beautiful 4 bedroom duplex in South Coogee (Fully furnished since photos were taken) Open and sun-drenched common areas with modern and stylish interiors throughout along with amazing ocean views in a prime location. It has an enormous open plan living area, spacious kitchen with Caesar stone benches, heaps of cupboard space, oversize gas cooker, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, 2 large bathrooms (including en-suite in another room) plus a 3rd toilet/laundry room downstairs. You will be sharing a large bathroom (shower and seperate bath tub) with two others who are very clean and rarely in the bathroom. The rooms have built in robes in the bedrooms, polished floors downstairs, brand new carpet throughout upstairs, reverse-cycle ducted air con, a sun-bathed terrace and garden entertainment area at the back with a big BBQ. There is also a storage room downstairs and a lock up garage. Street parking is free and always available right next to our drive way. We're positioned within 800 metres of the sparkling waters of Coogee Beach! Just moments to shops, parks, cliff-top walks and CBD transport. The bus stop is literally 100m away from the front door. About us: We are three young professionals (2 ladies, 1 guy - all 29/30/31 yrs old) that work full time in the city so are pretty chilled out during the week but do like to get out and about on the weekends. We do enjoy having random BBQs at the house as we have a great space and view of the ocean from the kitchen/dining area. We are all easy going people who are looking for someone that is also looking for a social yet relaxed place to live. We also have a cleaner that comes every second week so our place always looks brand new. Sorry no pets due to lease obligations and ideally no smokers. Bills: Gas, electricity and cleaning - averages to $40-50 per week pending season (rent includes wifi) We're looking for someone of similar age (27-33), that works full during the day and is keen to be part of a great place to live as we're all friends here.

I'm Sofia & am a warm, positive, responsible & neat person looking for a new place to call home that's close to the beach. I'm 38 and work mostly in product development & also invest energy into my side business in jewellery design. When I am not working I spend my time connecting with friends & family & staying healthy with exercise. I love home to be a relaxing place & I'm hoping to share space with a conscious person that wants to create a home, not just a house to live in. I very considerate of my housemates & keep communal areas tidy & neat.
Hi! I'm Katie, moving to Sydney for work, looking for a friendly house close to the hospitals in Randwick. I'm clean, respect the space of others and have plenty of experience living in share houses. I can cook, enjoy having dinner with friends, sharing a few wines. From Tassie originally, so love the great outdoors. WIll be working full time and studying a post-grad course this year so will be keeping fairly busy. Let me know if you think I would be a suitable addition to your place. I will be in Sydney again during January and able to see places/meet up.
Hi there! I have recently made a life changing decision to leave my humble hometown of Perth to discover more about myself and the world. My passions are travelling, meeting new people, art & design, the outdoors and I love water-sports! As a person, one might label me as a bit of a hippy :) I'm laid-back, easy to get along with and free spirited. As someone to live with, I am extremely organised, neat, clean and respectful.
Living in the Eastern suburbs for few years now and can't think of anywhere better to live. I work full time in bondi junction including some evenings and wknds. Enjoy spending my time off with friends and at the beach. Im into fitness and music. I'm quite a relaxed housemate and enjoy the odd meal and glass of wine with housemates but also like my own space to chill and appreciate yours. I'm quite clean and tidy. Not looking for a party house though.
My name is Megan and I am 24 and work as a veterinarian. I'm extremely friendly, very easy to get along with and am very clean and tidy. I'm currently in the process of moving from Brisbane to Sydney to start a new job and I'm looking for a place to call home.
I am originally from Adelaide, very new to the Sydney scene and eager to explore. I am very easy-going, sociable and enjoy all things sports, keeping fit and leisure reading. I am extremely clean, I cook (basic dishes, I'm unfortunately no Manu), and can adapt to get along with a variety of people.
I'm in my 5th and final year of engineering at Unsw, I study two days a week and work the other three 3 days in Port Botany. I'm a beach person, I enjoy going for a swim or surf after work, and before if I manage to wake up in time. I'm looking for a social place to live but also suitable for studying. I prefer clean and organised rather then the other. Also love to have a couple beers on Fridays and the weekend!
Hey my name is Sarah. I will be moving out of my current place at the end of March, most likely on the 1st April as it is a Saturday. I'm a 25 year old registered nurse working full time. Looking to share with only one other female flatmate. I need an unfurnished room with a built in wardrobe. I'm friendly and easy going. I like socializing but also my quiet time. I tend to keep to myself mostly, but I also enjoy company at times and sharing the common areas. I usually spend weekends at home, seeing friends or outdoors. I want my home to be a relaxing and quiet place. However, I do like having drinks on the occasion. No parties unless arranged together. I like to keep a tidy place and always clean up after myself. I'd like to share with someone who is like minded, respectful and considerate :)
Jimmy, Advertising/Media Professional - Seeking sociable House/Flatshare in Coogee! Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a flat or houseshare as close as possible to Coogee Beach Road. I work in media and am out socialising at work a fair bit, and want to continue that with housemates seeing all Sydney has to offer. Would be great to find housemates who are similarly sociable and up for a laugh. I am keen on fitness (Go to Titan's so would like a place that is close by) and also play football for Coogee United. That's not to say that I am a health freak though and enjoy the occasional drink with the best of them, most likely in the CBH or Pav! Not looking for a 24/7 party house but a one to enjoy good times and some banter in when suitable on weekends maybe! It's completely fine with me when housemates want to do their own thing at home, but if you are always going to lock yourself away we probably won't be right for eachother. Few other things about me: Single Huge Tottenham Hotspur fan (would be great to live with someone who would be keen to watch Premier League Games too) Good Cook (or so I think!) Love a BBQ, definitely keen to host a few over summer! Into all kinds of music, but not one to play it at all hours! Love a good festival though! Clean and tidy but not a clean freak if one spoon is left in the sink! Keen to get down the beach whenever possible! Bought a bed here which I want to keep and is a Queen so will need plenty of space. Happy to live with girls or boys and in many ways would prefer a mixture of both, in my London place it was 2 boys + 2 girls who didn't know before moving in together and now are friends, would be great to do that again! Budget of around $300-360 per week Am free to move within 2 weeks of finding a place, although that is also negotiable. If i sound like the kind of housemate you are looking for then get in touch! All the best Jimmy
