I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.

With that said, I'm not a party person, just enjoy a good social hour. Lauren travelled over here on a travel visa from the U.K. early last year and decided she had fallen in love with Australia so much that she decided to stay! Her aspirations are to be a teacher, she is a down-to-earth loving chick who just wants the best for everyone. Enjoys a drink or two as well! Message me if you're interested! :)
Hi 😄 My name is Kimberly (Kim) I'm 23. I have moved to Newcastle In June 2016 from Dubbo, and am looking for a friendly and homely feel of a house!! I am a fun, bubbly, social kind of person, I always like to be out doing something (probably will rarely be home) whether it's going On adventures or shopping/catching up with friends or heading out on the town. I don't mind a social drink during the summer time! I currently work part-time in Admin in a government department, and also looking to study at UON I am also a clean freak majority of the time! If I sound like someone you'd be interested in having in your home or would like to get your own place with me, please feel free to message me I love meeting new people as I don't know many people here ☺️
I'm a pretty chilled guy, tidy and clean. Looking to move out of home, doesn't particularly matter where. I feel like I'm fairly fun, and would be easy to live with. Not fussed on when either, but sooner rather than later.
Currently living in maitland, working full time in Newcastle and plan on making the move into Newy soon. Non smoker, Tidy, easy going. I keep to myself most if the time and respectful of personal space but i'm always down for a chat and to hang out :)
Hi future flat mates! I'm hoping to find a flat mate or two and a nice place to call home. I work full time including weekends and try to get to the gym during the week. I am clean and tidy and enjoy good company but am respectful of people's space and privacy. I like to cook up a storm and enjoy a glass of wine here and there. Hope to hear from you soon :-)
Hey hey all potential new roomies!! I am a 36yr old chick, who has played the share accommodation game for a few years, so I am very familiar in how the whole thing rolls. I was renting rooms out in a place I had been living for nearly13 years, but it was 2 storey, & due to some health reason we unfortunately had to bid the house goodbye, & now it is all about starting over in a single level dwelling. I am looking to stay living around the Charlestown/ Warners Bay area's, but not further out than Warners Bay either. I would ideally like to find someone between the age of 30 & 40yrs of age to find a property & to co sign a lease with, I know this is probably a little discriminating to all those awesome people who fall outside this age bracket but I am just past the stage of where my house is a frat house every weekend & I am not quite ready for bowls, bingo & the purple rinse brigade either. I am fairly easy going, who loves a chat, & doesn't mind whipping up a feed & having a cheeky beer or vino. I am looking to move asap. So if all that sounds like I am someone you would potentially like to move in with, then flick us an email or give us a call. Thanks
Hi, we are Maria & Kasey. We are a happily married couple and moved to the area couple of years ago from rural NSW. We are looking for a place to share to help save money for our future. We are both quiet and relaxed and enjoy our space but would also love the odd drink or two and I also love to cook for other people:) I work full time Monday to Friday in an admin role, and Kasey is also working full time at club and works some days and some nights.
40 High school teacher Quiet, respectful and collaborative flatmate. My job requires me to be gone 7am to 4pm. Can and willing to contribute to the household in any manner conducive to harmony and functionality. Varied interests and hobbies.
Easy going healthcare professional, respectful of others. Non-smoker. Likes yoga and bushwalking. Am living in Brisbane at the moment and need to move down for work at a new clinic end of year. Would ideally like a place where I could have an old sausage dog, but could always arrange for family to look after him for 6 months or so
I am a 34 year old single Female working as a professional. I have just got a new job in the Newcastle area to begin the end of January. Heya, my name's Steph, I'm 25 and I'm a full-time travel agent. I've been renting for 6 years. My current lease runs out in February so I'm putting the feelers out now to try and be more organised and sort out my plan for next year. Open to renting alone, joining an existing share-house or teaming up with some other people to start a new house, whatever works out. I'm a pretty easy person to live with, I'm quiet, keep to myself mostly as I wind down from work, and usually go see my boyfriend on the weekends. I don't mind a chat either. I enjoy reading, computer games and binging on TV shows and movies. I'm reliable and friendly and honest and expect the same from my housemates too. If I can find a pet-friendly place I would love to have my dog with me, she's been living with my Mum for the past 6 years though while I've been renting so it's not a big deal at all. She's a 7 year old Fox Terrier cross Jack Russell. Feel free to send me a message!
Hi. I'm Leesa. I've been renting by myself for 4 years now, but I'm looking for something different. I'm currently looking for work and in the meantime, do volunteer work. I would like to share a house with some flatmates that I can call friends and share common interests with. I'm honest, reliable, clean, respectful, a non-smoker and non-drinker. I enjoy listening to music, going out for coffee, going to the markets, movies and I love the beach. I have a cat, who is a short-haired domestic tortoiseshell, she has a beautiful nature and I'm looking for a place that enjoys her company as much as I do. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm looking to move to newy for a new start :) ideally would like to move into a place with some mates and make new friends. 22, work two jobs in Tamworth currently.

I am a full time nurse. I am quiet, clean, non smoking or drinking and have no pets. I am looking for a place for myself. It would be great if the place is close to my work place- John Hunter.
From Mudgee, NSW, 19 years old, currently working at a winery every Saturday and have a casual job as a Surveyor's Assistant. Currently studying Surveying on an online Tafe course. I can cook and clean, easy to get along with, sometimes will be away for work, but only max 2 weeks at a time if I do. Don't mind living on a property.
Im 20 years old and am an extremely social and friendly person, but I also enjoy keeping to myself at times. I am very clean and have to live in a tidy area. I'm looking to move in with females only. I am a very creative and artsy person, and I sing and play some acoustic guitar and piano so a room mate would have to be ok with that. I like to get out of the house a lot, and spend most of my time at the beach. Im also starting at Newcastle uni this feb. That's pretty much it!
Young. Quiet. Introvert. From Country NSW. Finally starting uni. Broke. In a relationship. Book, people, animal and beach lover. Love outings involving food.
Looking for someone to live with as am currently looking to move and living on my own. I'm quiet and friendly and not into the party scene. I prefer a good book or movie than going to the pub or out on the town. I like to cook and make my own candles and jewellery as well as writing. I have a house worth of furniture including a couple of spare beds if needed. Tinkabelle is an indoor/outdoor cat who stays in of a night and on rainy days. She is litter trained and is very quiet. She is about 7-8 years old and very sooky and affectionate.
Hi I'm Hayley, I work full time, I'm an easy going person who enjoys a good chat however I also appreciate my own space and am respectful of the space of others. As long as the common areas in the house are clean I'm happy, but funky smells coming from rooms are gross. I've been living alone for the last six months but would love to find a place with a housemate or two as a way to mix things up a bit and a way to meet new people. I enjoy going to the beach, for hikes or visiting family on the weekends and even having social drink here or there, as well as reading, attempting to draw and sitting and watching a good movie or tv show. I also have a cat that I have recently adopted so she will be coming with me. She is very affectionate and has previously been socialized with other cats, however any dogs would need to remain in the yard. I'm hoping to find a housemate or two who I hope to get to know as friends. I'm preferably looking to start a new share house as I have some furniture from my time living on my own. Feel free to message me with any questions.
I am a tidy, organised and mature individual with a friendly, easy going nature. Very easy to talk to, though i enjoy spending time on my own as well. Im a very active and adventurous person, meaning i wont be home much, and you can have the whole house to yourself most of the time. Non smoker, always clean after myself, dont mind doing chores and i offer great company! I am specifically after a room in a modern house setting, within 20 minutes to the newcastle cbd or within 10km of the beach since i have recently taken up surfing as a sport! Dont hesitate to contact me if you think i'll be a suitable flat mate, just ring or msg me xx

Hello future housemate, Our house is a bright, clean, spacious and welcoming home with a big backyard, veggie patch and a meditation/yoga/massage space. We are all keen meditators, non-drinkers, non-smokers and live a healthy lifestyle. We're tidy, friendly, respectful and open minded but would prefer to not have a TV, alcohol or meat in the house.
