I'm friendly, tidy, easy going and not a party animal. Non smoker and no pets. I'm originally from Sydney and I've been living in Crescent Head for last 3 years. When I'm not at work I'm training for Triathlon or I'm at the beach.
Looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom house with one other female. The available bedroom has an ensuite and an adjoining rumpus room. Walking distance to pool, beach and shops. Furnished or unfurnished. This is not a party house. Must be working and have rental and employment references.
easygoing, clean and tidy
I am considerate of other people and have a good sense of humour - I like music, good food, reading, I am not a drinker, smoker or take drugs so someone who has these values would be ideal. i mostly enjoy swimming, going down the beach as I like the space, long walks, going to new places and listening to music. A couple of years ago I rented a room off a home owner staying in her home 4 nights a week and we have become good friends - so that says something.
Im 19, new to the area. I work part time in parramatta. I am looking to rent a room in a clean tidy house with a great vibe. Willing to pay up to $280 each week hopefully with most bills included. I am alway cleaning up after myself, happy to chip in with household chores, always pay rent on time and in advance. Very easy going and easy to get along with and make friends, as well as very respectful of people's space, property and schedules. If I'm not working I'm at the beach, playing volleyball or with friends. I like a drink on the weekend every now and then love having meals out (mostly cus I ain’t a great cook😂😭) as well as being able to kick back at home :)

Large shared bathroom, open plan lounge and dining and large deck out the back. We have a furnished bedroom available with queen bed, bedside and built in wardrobe and wall mounted TV. Room for rent in a tidy home in a very central location in Port Macquarie. You would be sharing with a young couple and their friendly dog. The home is spacious and so is the room on offer. Room includes built in wardrobe and a large window overlooking the garden. The room has a bed and bed-side table, but you may choose to bring your own. The room is at the back of the house, right next to a big bathroom for your use. Plenty of cupboard and fridge space in our large kitchen. House is located minutes from the Hospital, CSU and Lake Innes shops, while being less than 10 minutes from Port CBD. Single person or couple (although we would negotiate price for a couple). Bills included in rent.
Hey hey, I'm looking for a place to live in Port Mac with some friendly and relaxed people who potentially may like to share a bottle of wine over a board game every now and then. I'm a full time speech pathologist moving up for a new job from Sydney/Newcastle, pretty new to the area and keen to do some exploring and make some new friends. I'm clean around the house, a netflix whiz, a not-totally-crap cook, and I enjoy a good high-five.
I'm looking for a relaxed household, but where everyone is responsible and self-sufficient, considerate and generally mature. I like to think I bring these qualities to the household. I am up and off to work early (before sunrise). I leave quietly and without a fuss (no shower, breakfast etc ), so I shouldn't be a bother waking you up. My afternoons are largely free owing to the early start, and I tend to use this time to get some things done while office hours are open. Depending on what needs doing will dictate what exactly I get about doing, but there's usually something. Right now I'm spending a (week) day off chasing up share housing and all things related. In the evenings, after I've done dinner and made the following day's lunch, I like to vege out watching terrible TV, like MKR, Married at First Sight, Gogglebox etc (I did say "terrible"!). Ideally, I like to get to bed by 8:30-9pm, but just so long as it's before 10pm. I am a creature of habit, so this "typical day" is more often than not. Weekends are a bit more loose and ad lib, but I should say that at the best part of 40yrs old, my party days are behind me. I don't really drink at all anymore, so if your house is something of a party house, I'm sorry, but that's not what I'm after. Other than that, I am pretty flexible and accommodating to whatever other housemates like to do in their leisure time. I hope that paints something of a picture that helps you to see if we are compatible or not. If yes, or if you're still unsure, please feel free to contact me to chat further, and to perhaps organize a meeting. Regards, Luke
I clean up after myself, I’m a fairly good cook, I do my own thing and will give personal space and I’m more than happy to negotiate with anything needed or done. I like to go hang out with my friends, go camping and just relaxing and watching movies, im home alot of the time but that change as I will be looking for work once settled back in Port Macquarie. I’m originally from Port Macquarie but currently living in Queensland and needing to come back to Port Macquarie.
I'm a Swedish nurse here in Australia to do a 3 month course. I am coming to Port Macquarie for clinical placement and am looking for a place for the 6 weeks. The closer to PM Private Hospital on Lake Road, the better :-) Must be furnished (at least a bed) but everything else i flexible. I'm quiet and clean, easy-going and friendly. If you want privacy that's cool, if you want to hang out occasionally that's cool too. Whatever floats your boat. There is one more student coming along, we can share a room/house but not at all necessary (so looking for 1 or 2 people to rent). Looking forward to hearing from you! :-)
I am a very tidy quiet living person who believes in working hard & being respectful to people of all backgrounds & nationalities. Non smoker but enjoys the occasional tipple. I have no pets but love animals. Friendly with a great sense of humour.

Sam, 26yo male. Just finished the Paramedic degree and looking for a place to stay until I commence my employment with London Ambulance in June. Work full time and keen to slot into a fun friendly space where I can have a social space at home and a quiet room space to call my own. I'm adaptable to almost any personality, have lived in shared housing for years in Australia and abroad. If you wanna meet up to see if I'd be a compatible short term solution for anyone out there hit me up :)
