I'm 20 years old and currently in Queensland. I will be moving to study International Development at Adelaide Uni in July. I'm fairly introverted and quiet and like my own space. I don't party or drink and am very respectful/ don't like drama. Chilled out vegan. Love cooking, gardening, yoga, nature, exploring new places. I have a friend in Adelaide who can check out places for me.
I work full-time, Monday to Friday from around 8.30am to 5pm. I am warm, friendly and easy to get along with. That said, I'm more of an introvert and tend to prefer doing my own thing. Outside of work, you'll typically find me reading or watching TV series. I've had housemates before and understand the perfect balance between being sociable and respecting others' space and privacy. I'm very well house-trained and pro-actively contribute to household cleaning and other chores.
In my free time I like to do fitness or cooking dinner together. I’m not a party mate but I enjoy having a good talk. Easy go, quiet and clean living mate. Often I drive out for camping or fishing on the weekend.
I am a working professional (education), open to friendly bantering, but will give my housemate space and privacy. I enjoy hiking, exercising, reading, meditating, watching films with my earphones on. Being a non-drinker makes a good company to catch up on a cuppa, but probably not in favour of big parties. While I enjoy others' company, I prefer a clean space and like to keep home somewhat private with a good vibe.
I'm currently studying aerospace engineering and computer science at Adelaide Uni. I also just picked up a new job in the city to anywhere nearby will be ideal for me. I keep to myself and i like to be clean and tidy. Always down for a coffee!
Easy going, low maintenance roommate wanted Due to my current roommate moving out, his room has become available. I am an easy going, low maintenance type of person and looking for the same. Roommate will have their own room, bed and furnishings to be provided by them, however all other furniture in the house will be available for use. Bus stop is located just outside the doorstep, shops 500m down the road, close to city, North Adelaide and beach. Rent per week will be $175 plus 1/2 of bills (water, electricity - internet if used).
I'm kind, considerate and clean. I've lived in a sharehouse for the past 3-4 years and so am well versed in sharehouse etiquette and finding a happy balance between being a social house-family and getting some solo R&R. I keep active, enjoy rock climbing, trips to the beach, cycling to/from work, and other kinds of outdoorsy activities. I'm a working musician - I play folk/blues on guitar and vocals and gig almost every weekend. As well as this, I work in a music store and teach piano and guitar. I keep very busy with these things, and so even when not at my day job I like to stay focused building my music career. I'm currently booked until May which hopefully eases any concerns that you'll have a tone-deaf hopeful amongst you ;) I absolutely love animals but am highly allergic to cats, so any homes with those are firmly non-doable.
We consider ourselves an organized and sociable couple, we like to cook and also we like quiet and clean environments.

Hi, my name is Dalbir. Moved recently to Adelaide for work/study. I'm a full-time nurse and am also currently doing a post-graduate course at University as well - so that keeps me relatively occupied.
Currently studying Business/Hotel Management and need a place to live from July onwards as I'm moving back to Adelaide from Melbourne. I'm pretty easy-going, having lived in two share houses and boarding houses before, so am also respectful of others and their property. I enjoy swimming and makeup, in addition to cooking, eating, travelling and sleeping. I am also down for any binge watching of just about any tv show or movie!
Brilliant architecturally designed townhouse located in a quiet side street just off of Melbourne street in North Adelaide! Perfect for a student or young professional looking for cheap rent! The downstairs room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair & wardrobe. We can take this out if needed though. Bathroom is shared with myself and Rani, and there's a third toilet downstairs. The house is perfectly located, with the free connector bus a 5 minute walk away and you can walk to the city in 20 minutes! Bills aren't included but are pretty low as it's split between us.
A beautiful peaceful house with a private yard and reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and heating to share with only one other person. Conveniently located right around the corner from Woolworths supermarket, shops, cafes and public transport. Linear Park is at the end of the street which is great for walking, jogging or cycling through, you can go into the city or all the way to the beach along it! There's room for parking, and it's located only a few minutes from the city. The house is peaceful, with a relaxed positive atmosphere. There's a bbq, outdoor patio area and double carport. The room is fully furnished and includes a queen size bed, wardrobe, 3 chests of drawers, a desk, lamp, bed linen, bedding and towels if needed. All bills are included :)
Hi I'm an active Mom.My kids have flown the coop. Im looking for someone to rent my fully furnished room. Close to all amenities, walk to the city. Very quiet, private location. Available 26/03/2018. Ideal for overseas student studying.
This is a 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with everything that you need just a 2 minute walk around the corner (woolworths, great cafes, gym, buses that bring you into the city in 5 minutes). The bus stops around the corner will take you directly to UniSA, Adelaide Uni and Flinders Uni. The house is huge with 3 bedrooms at the front of the house and two other bedrooms at the back. Each end of the house has its own bathroom so you will be sharing with one other person. There are three lounge rooms, good sized kitchen and a lovely backyard full of fruit trees and an outdoor setting and chiminea which is great for having people over. There is also ducted heating and cooling throughout the house. The master bedroom listed comes with reverse cycle heating and cooling and ample natural light (we also have some bedroom furniture up for grabs). It's one of the largest rooms we've seen in Adelaide, which is great for a couple or someone who wants more of a private lounge/study area. This room has a massive amount of storage space hidden behind the full length mirrors. There is a sliding door that leads to the courtyard area. The room is very well-lit but also comes with heavy curtains for a good night's sleep. There is also lots of cupboard space outside the bedroom which is handy for storing belongings and a store room out the back of the house which is also free to use! Bills are not included Gas and Water around $30/ quarter Unlimited Internet with NBN $60/month, divided amongst 5-6 people. Electricity is variable but at a minimum $100/ quarter Lots of parking available on the property and street (including a garage). The house is fully furnished and kept clean and tidy by all roommates! Sorry, no pets are allowed!
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Currently in Adelaide for work. I work full time with the occasional odd hours. Not likely to be seen most of the time. I enjoy reading, watching anything interesting on netflix/stan. Self proclaimed foodie but not that type that cooks alot. I like to think I'm hilarious and fairly sociable. I make a good food/movie buddy - but at the same time, very respectful of people's space.
I'm a chilled, outgoing, red head who needs a nice, tidy place to live! I'm tidy and organised, happy to help out around the house. I'm quite sociable and outgoing, love meeting new people. Not a party animal, but don't mind a cheeky red every now and then. :) Originally from the Barossa and needing a place to live in the city close to uni as I study full time at uniSA in radiology. Would love to hear from you!
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
I am friendly and sociable, but also respect personal space and quiet time. I love spending time outdoors and going on adventures with friends. I am socially and environmentally conscious. I'm neat and tidy and happy to help out with anything that needs doing. I do not have any pets but am animal friendly so happy to live in a pet friendly house. I am looking for a friendly household with two or more other friendly people around my own age.
I'm single and I've been to afew countries so I have abit of knowledge! I enjoy some good red wine and going to a nice bar/pub and clubbing every now and then to hit the dance floor. I love music..mostly R&b, acoustic. I'm not too much of a loud person.. but I do love to chat :) I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with so make a good house mate/friend I get along with pretty much everyone, my dog is really friendly too! Me and my 4yo husky are looking for a place..I take him to the dog park everyday unless its raining. He loves his toys and we both love the beach and exploring :) I was born in Adelaide and enjoy cooking! I'm looking to rent as long as possible. I work as a Nanny and just recently started working in customer support for a loans company. I also try to keep fit, I'm at Bootcamp 3 days a week in North Adelaide and enjoy going on hikes. I have just recently come back from working in Perth as a Nanny this week so now trying to start fresh back home in Adelaide. Me and my husky are in need of a place now. We would love to hear from you! :)
Hi my name is Esther, Im 27 and a social worker. I love being outdoors, rockclimbing, yoga, love plants and gardening, socialising and food (and wine). I'm very laid back and relaxed. Im looking for a inclusive and easy going house vibe, creativity is welcomed and privacy respected. I currently do a small kitten she's gorgeous and perfectly trained i promise.
I am moving in to a new place and looking to share with one other person. The house is trendy and cosmopolitan and has recently been renovated. It can described as a cottage but the interior has a warehouse/loft ish feel. Each room has plenty of storage and natural light. Your room comes with a gorgeous fireplace. Glossy wooden floorboards and tasteful lighting fixtures are probably one of my favourite features throughout the house. The house will be furnished to a minimalist, modern aesthetic (photos may be available in the coming weeks). However, your room will be unfurnished. The house is located close to Melbourne Street but tucked away in a discreet and quiet street. Short walking distance to the East End district of the city and North Terrace, and plenty of amenities nearby. Six weeks bond will be required.
The room will be available in May. Looking for a young working professional 25-40. The house is ideally located in easy walking distance to Melbourne and O'connell streets in Nth Adelaide and hospitals in the area. It is close to parks, running tracks and bike path access. The free bus to CBD is close by and you can easily walk to Rundle St. The room is in a 3 bedroom, 2 toilet townhouse (both are separate from the shower and bath). The house has front and rear balconys and rear courtyard (with clothesline). It has ducted reverse cycle heating/aircon to downstairs and each bedroom. I am a reasonably active person, so looking for someone similar who prefers quiet socialising at home (not a partyhouse). Hopefully you are someone who has shared before. Bond (x 4 weeks) and 2-4 weeks rent is required on acceptance. Amenities will be split equally (includes Wireless internet). No smokers or people with pets thanks. Cheers Ben (I will forward pics when contacted). Open to teamup conversations.
Just north of CBD, Free bus to the city, lots of space to park your car inside the property, large garden, quiet neighbour, Tennis courts on both ends of the street; very close to Linear Park for jogging and close to the Aquatic Centre. A double room for 200/week
I am a 23 yr old male young professional, also wrapping up studies at uni. My girlfriend is a 21 yr old female, studying full time at university. We are a joyful, dedicated but relaxed couple looking to rent **TWO ROOMS**. We love a few drinks occassionally but are focused on getting our work done. If one of the two rooms were to be available before and the other after, that is not a problem as we do not need to move in at the same time. Would love it if one of the two rooms was an ensuite but thats not a requirement. A bit of flexibility with furnishing is preferable as my girlfriend would potentially like to accommodate her double bed. A safe neighbourhood, locks on doors and decent dedicated housemates are a MUST. Availability of parking on the property would be important as we have one car but on street parking (in a safe area) can be accommodated. Please get in touch if you can propose a place similar to these requirements. Happy to team up with fellow room hunters with similar requirements! Look forward to hearing from you soon :)
