Hi! I'm Octavia and am looking for somewhere to live for two months while I wait for which Uni I've been accepted into (I've applied both in South Australia and interstate so I'm not sure if I'll be sticking around) I am super neat and tidy, have quite a good routine, and am quite independent - so I will probably be out and about. I am super friendly, respect the importance of 'me time' and privacy but am always up for a cute lil chat! Also would be keen for the occasional housemate dinners (sorry I can't cook but I'll gladly try and help : ) ) or just a chill movie night!
My name is Lu, I am 23 and work full time in IT. When I am not working I like brunching, yoga, Netflix and spending weekends away in Melbourne! Looking for somewhere that is close to the city/ easy to get to, neat and with cool people :)

Just ya standard friendly, vego, slightly awkward pal. Between study (psych at unisa) and work (part-time hospo work/part-time tennis coaching/part-time tutoring) I spend my time hanging out with friends and family, rock-climbing, hiking and just about anything else outdoorsy. I'm a fairly easy-going person and always up to chat/hang out/go on a bit of an adventure/whatever floats ya boat really (but also really value alone time). (A fair warning though, I love puns and will sneak one into conversation whenever I can).
Current full-time university student, working part time in the city. I am pretty laid back and enjoy relaxing at home or going out for good food. I am studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and will graduate mid year 2022. So I would prefer to have a long term lease where i can finish my studies and decide where to go and what to do from there. I have lived away from home for about 8 months, on my own, before i started my studies, that said this is my first time that i will be sharing accommodation with anyone outside family. I work in hospitality, at a 5 star hotel, mostly in the evenings on the weekend, home by latest 00:00. I do get the occasional week where I'll be on mornings where I'll be up early, about 05:30ish but i am very considerate of this an can try my best to be a ninja when I leave or arrive home. I've always been a very tidy person and grew up in a household were you earn your keep by contributing to house work, so I am no stranger to chores in and around the house. Prefer organisation to chaos, so I am more than happy to work to any cooking and/or cleaning roster/schedule. I personally don't have any pets, but i have grown up with a family dog and fish tank, that said I do love both dogs and cats, and am more than happy to live with any sort of pets and help look after them. I have my own car and thoroughly maintain it, so either parking on the property or off street parking would be greatly advantageous and preferred. I have traveled/immigrated a bit through my teens, thanks to my fathers career, and am no stranger to meeting new people. I was born in South Africa, lived in New Zealand and finally settled here in Australia with my mother and brother. I speak fluent English, although i still do have a slight South African accent remaining, but that shouldn't hinder communication in anyway. I usually get along very well with everyone i meet and am quite friendly and polite, in general I am a quiet person and highly respect and appreciate my own as well as others privacy and space. However, i am more than happy to sit around a dinner table or lounge room engaging in good conversation, watching TV or eating food. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games, watching Netflix or Youtube and working out at a gym or playing sport when in season. Not sure what else i can say about myself besides that i look forward to meeting and getting to know my new house mates and hopefully lifetime friends :)
I’m super clean, always clean up after myself and very respectful of other people’s space and belongings. Always happy to cook dinner and hang out but like to have my own space also. Im also looking for pet friendly as I have a 1 year old Pug named Honey who is totally house trained and sleeps most of the day.
Modern place. Great kitchen and lounge area. Entire upstairs for person if they want it as not being used. Love to have an international person as I’ve lived overseas and would be a great to give back to someone experiencing Adelaide. Cheers.
Hi all, my name is Amber and I'm looking for a relaxed, pet friendly environment to call home for me and my pets. Although I am not currently working or studying, I have been focusing on getting my Learners permit and looking for any available work to help me further build my skills in the hospitality industry. In my spare time I like to spend time with friends and family as well as achieving personal fitness goals through outdoor recreational activities (such as hiking/bush-walking and climbing) and HIIT. I love animals, especially extraordinary pets such as my pet rats which are very friendly and normally stay in their enclosure, however, I do like to let them out to play. Baking is something I really enjoy and if you enjoy vegan sweet treats I am happy to share. Despite being vegan myself, I believe each to their own, I'm not bothered by non vegan diets. Looking to live with up to two friendly and considerate housemates around my age. I would prefer an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture to provide and can add furniture to the home if you need/would like :) Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Amber :)
Beautiful two story home. Very secure, close to everything. Air con, gas stove, electric gate. Share with myself (45 yr old male) and my dog. I have been a "big brother" to 5 international students now and am still in contact with all if you'd like references.

I am clean, tidy and considerate. I won't be messy or noisy. I'm great to talk with about games, tv shows and movies. I study cybersecurity at UniSA and I also work as a junior developer in the city. Will appreciate and enjoy if you play music.
I am a working professional in the Hospitality industry, working full time in the Prospect area. When I'm not at work I like to keep to myself, but am still a sociable person. I love to cook, watch movies and play some video games here and there. I'm looking at getting a puppy soon so somewhere with a back yard and walking distance to parks would be an advantage. Please also note that my Girlfriend would like to be spending a few nights a week at the house, and I also would be staying with her occasionally.
I'm a chef who loves to cook and entertain people. I'd love to share a house with a friendly bunch. My ideal share-house would have housemates from different walks of life, bringing different experiences and stories to the table. I have been living in share houses for a few years and know to respect others space. Having said that, I do love to hangout with the housemates and share a meal or a few drinks every now and then. I'm a bit of a neat freak and slightly OCD, which as I've learned is a good thing when living in a shared space. I like having things neat and tidy and in their places. Hit me up if you think I'll be a good fit to your house. :)
Our house is air-conditioned, heated, within 10 minutes walk to woolies (grocery store), 15 busride straight into the city, a nice outdoor area, and a large living area. The neighbourhood is very safe, and the rooms have large windows for lots of light! note: the pictures are before we moved in.
Having a furnished bedroom in my flat ($190 pw ), I am looking for a friendly flatmate who is clean and respectful to share space and rent with. Key features include: Located only a stone's throw away from the cosmopolitan Melbourne Street which is one of Adelaide's hottest locations for restaurants, cafes and shopping. Free Public Transport with the City Loop bus service just a few minutes walk from the flat. The city centre, Uni Adelaide and Adelaide oval are also a 5 minute drive or within walking distance. Enjoy living on a quiet tree-lined no-through Avenue in the prestigious suburb of Medindie, only 10mins by bus to Adelaide CBD or a beautiful walk! Perfect for someone on a working holiday or someone who works in the CBD as it is so close. This is a 100+ year old Edwardian Character home with a large backyard and garden views from every window. The rent is all inclusive covering the large room with beautiful leadlight picture window to the garden, floor to ceiling robe covering one whole wall, water, electricity, gas, internet, regular cleaning of common areas, garden maintenance and shared consumables like toilet paper, cooking oil and washing powder. You will have your own dedicated shelves in the large pantry and also plenty of space on your own shelves in the commercial fridge. The room is furnished with double bed, side table, table and chairs. Bedding is also provided as pictured.
The location is close to the city, runs parallel to Melbourne street so plenty of public transport and a free bus into the city. The unit is part of a strata complex, the neighbours are all nice, quiet and happy to say hello to in passing. Currently waiting for solar to be connected which will offset some of the power bill. The unit requires very little maintenance, just a few plants out the back which i'm struggling to keep alive The room itself is upstairs overlooking the street, has built in storage, is quite large and has reverse cycle aircon. There's 1 full bathroom plus a downstairs toilet next to the laundry. Part of the strata agreement is no pets. Bills are split 50/50, internet is $35 each a month and power usually $200 - $300 each a quarter.
I'm compatible, and respect all religions and nationalities. I'm friendly with the people around me. I'm mostly at work so would like to share house with someone just in order to reduce the amount i'd pay by myself.
Very easy going, social 20 year old. Neat and tidy. Experienced in house-sitting for family & friends in various suburbs around Adelaide. None of my own pets but love animals. Social, outside-only smoker. Have some furniture - happy to contribute to house. Work full-time & go to gym so only home at night & weekends.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

Hey! I'm Kyle (21) I've been living in Adelaide for 5 years, currently working 6 days a week as a qualified Taekwondo instructor and coach. Studied Business at Uni. Lived in London and worked as a Bartender for 8 months, whilst i was over I lived in a share house with my coworkers, so I've had plenty of experience living with a variety of people. Very social, love to have a drink or a quiet night in, also understands the respect and space that's needed. Appreciate well-kept and cleanliness. Love sport, games and meeting new people. More than happy to discuss further costs and location over a coffee if you're interested in teaming up etc. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi there! My name is Carl and I have recently secured a transfer to Adelaide for work as a civil engineer. A bit about me: I’m a bit of an exercise fanatic (running, tennis and gym) who likes to socialize and work hard. I am generally out and about most of the week with full-time work and extra-curricular activities but aim to have a bit of down time on the weekends and am generally a quiet person. I am from regional Queensland looking for a change of pace and lifestyle down in Adelaide and am looking to make new friends in a share house arrangement.
I would be in Adelaide for a short period and am looking for a room near University of Adelaide. I am primarily a student in India and a nice bloke to live with. I enjoy travelling and love cricket.
Hi there, I am working full time and looking to team up to find a decent property in downtown or nearby areas. I am working full time in the city and I plan to get a pet in the near future. My weekends are usually spent hiking, walking or occasional camping. If you have any questions, please do let me know. Cheers
I'm a Student admitting in to the University Of Adelaide. Am an Indian & pretty chilled as a person, friendly & also helpful. At times, I want to experience my own space. Looking for a nice place to stay. Stay duration depends on how good the room is & also the distance from the University matters the most.
Im quiet, keep to myself and I am kind and friendly. In my free time I like to watch movies and go shopping. I enjoy a glass of wine or beer with company. I work as a food and beverage attendant in the city. Unfortunately this is mostly night work so I will be coming home late in the night. People always say that I am reliable so I will meet the rent on time. Thank you
The room will be available in Oct (now). Looking for a young working professional 25-40. The house is ideally located in easy walking distance to Melbourne and O'connell streets in Nth Adelaide and hospitals in the area. The room is in a 3 bedroom, 2 toilet (both are separate from the shower and bath) townhouse. The house has front and rear balconys and rear courtyard (with clothesline). It has ducted reverse cycle heating/aircon to downstairs and each bedroom. It is close to parks, running tracks and bike path access. The free bus to CBD is close by and you can also easily walk to Rundle St. I am a reasonably active person, so looking for someone similar who prefers quiet socialising at home (not a partyhouse). Hopefully you are someone who has shared before. Bond (x 4 weeks) and 2-4 weeks rent is required on acceptance. Amenities will be split equally (includes Wireless internet). No smokers or people with pets thanks. Cheers Ben
Just north of CBD, Free bus to the city, lots of space to park your car inside the property, large garden, quiet neighbour, Tennis courts on both ends of the street; very close to Linear Park for jogging and close to the Aquatic Centre. Ensuite with attached bath & toilet.
Moved back home after being on Hamilton Island for a couple years and looking to get closer to the city I’m a active, adventurous person that’s very friendly and clean. I work full time in construction and love what I do. My hobbies are all active things like gym, motorbikes, hiking, snowboarding, spear fishing. Definitely need to live with people that are friendly and keen to hang out sometimes.
