Hi there, If you'd like to contact me but don't have a paid account, my phone number is 0435 579 668. We are currently renting a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse overlooking the River Torrens, and are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us. You are welcome to choose from two rooms: bedroom 1 is slightly more spacious and has a balcony, with rent at $160 per week. Bedroom 2 is slightly less spacious and does not have a balcony, with rent at $155 per week. Both rooms are furnished with a bed (without bedding), a built in robe and a side table. Bedroom 2 also has an optional bookcase. We have a 2 car carport, and there is plenty of unrestricted parking on Tyne St. Our lease ends on 8th February 2018, so ideally we would like someone who can stay until then. However, we will consider someone who wants to stay for a shorter period. Please note: The second bathroom is a laundry with a shower and a toilet in it. The bond is $960, which is 6 weeks rent. I was unable to choose this number on the above checklist. Looking forward to hearing from you!
My partner and I are looking for a leafy household with a laid back atmosphere. We're one final year student at Adelaide and property developer recently moved from New Zealand. It goes without saying that we are sociable while knowing how to respect others' personal space. We're friendly music lovers that are most often found cooking in the kitchen, or working on our laptops and sketchbook. Looking for flexible length of stay, with ideally periodic cycles. Do let me know if you have anything close to top east corner of CBD. Parking is essential.
Hi, I’m on the lookout for a peaceful share house, and hoping to live with one or two other full time workers or post-grad students. I’m sociable and like to spend time out of the house, but when I’m home I usually keep to myself. Happy to crack a bottle of wine and get to know whomever I’m living with. I have a 9 to 5 office job in the CBD, so a home with enough privacy to relax after work would be perfect. A large unfurnished bedroom is essential. I’m a non-smoker, housework doesn’t scare me and I usually try to do all my cooking on weekends. Coming with me is the ability wear headphones and an indoor cat named Aslan. I also have a fridge, microwave and plenty of kitchen supplies. Anything not needed I can put into storage.
Right next to Melbourne St, the place is walking distance to the University of Adelaide / UniSA City East campus (25 minutes) or a short bus ride (10 minutes), with the bus (stop 5) 50m out the front, bus route via North Terrace. Perfect for a professional or uni student in the city. The place is a modern double storey 3 bedroom home with 2 spacious living areas, a kitchen, laundry, and 3 bathrooms (one is an ensuite, one is a toilet in the downstairs area, and the other is a large bathroom used by the two bedrooms upstairs). There is a lovely open kitchen with a dishwasher, and plenty of pantry space. Reserve cycle aircon is available, and NBN internet. Two door lock up garage and also on street parking available. The bedroom is bright and sunny with a large built in wardrobe, and can come furnished or unfurnished. $175 a week, plus sharing bills.
I'm an easy-going gal in my late twenties looking for a share house that is within bike ride from the city and social/friendly. Would love to live with people who enjoy hanging out, having meals together or don't mind the odd games night. At the moment I'm actively looking for work, but also enjoy picking up volunteer gigs and learning new things with my free time! I'm from out north-eastern suburbs way, so ideally looking to live a lot closer to the city.

Many free, non-timed, parks on our street. - Internet is $20 each a month, water/ electricity/ gas are split 3 ways - We have 2 room available (but one room is currently used as a study/ store room) if you are a couple/ friends wanting to move in together. I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.

Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Just a friendly country bumpkin looking to make it in the big smoke... okay not really, but I am at least looking for somewhere to live with an equally friendly housemate?! Generally I am pretty quite and like my own space, however theres no stopping me when a laugh, a drink and a pizza or Mexican night is on the cards. Food is life. I LOVE to cook and share my creations with everyone around. Fortunately I also know how to clean and look after myself, making for a very tidy and easy going housemate. Im currently studying a Bachelor of Arts part-time at the University of Adelaide, whilst also working two part time jobs. So really, I wont be around all that much! I like to live a pretty healthy lifestyle, eating wholesome foods and exercising regularly by boxing and doing yoga/pilates. It would be great to find someone who is equally energetic, easy going, has a positive outlook and knows how to have a GOOD laugh. I look forward to meeting you and the many memories that could be....
I'm currently studying Masters in Biochemistry at SAHMRI. I am easy-going, independent, clean and tidy. When I'm not studying, I like to get outdoors for the occasional hike and on weekends I umpire footy. I am looking for a place to move into that is close to the city. Other interests include learning German, travel and riding my bike.
Hello! Im Zoë and I'm 18. I'm currently studying and wrap burritos for a living. I'm fun n friendly, can easily keep to myself but also love having some good chats. I study law and work in town so won't be home too much. I'm looking for a comfortable place where I can focus on my study, but also chill out, have a couple drinks once in a while. I love going op shopping and creating things in my spare time
I've been traveling around Australia for a year and I am now settling down in Adelaide for a while. I will be working almost full time. I am really easy going to live with. I love to have a drink at the end of the day and talk about anything, when I also love to have my own time by myself. I love to chill and watch Netflix, when I also love to go for a hike and discover what is around me.
We met in Florence, Italy early last year and since then we have been back and forth between Aust and Italy, but have now both returned to Australia with the hope of living here for the foreseeable future. Lily has recently finished a masters in Melbourne and is now back home in Adelaide after taking 5 months off living in Italy. Now she is in a bit of a limbo, working part time and trying to sort out a semblance of a career. Max is a born and bred Italian who cooks a bloody mean bowl of spaghetti pomodoro and in the midst of also working out what to do down under. We have both lived in share houses before and can keep to ourselves, but we are both social and chatty and like to get out of the house. We are looking for accommodation for a few months (very flexible), in a share house or to sublet from someone while they are away.
Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 21 and a student to be. My current share house recently had an enormous gumtree branch fall through it, leaving it uninhabitable, so I'm looking to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a fantastic cook, I'm clean and tidy and I am a responsible, well mannered person. I enjoy my own company but I can be sociable and would be happy to have a glass of wine or two with you. I enjoy going out for coffee, and a night out in town from time to time! My interests include, art collecting/galleries, going antiquing and op-shopping, watching indie and foreign films, and listening to and collecting music. I am available to move right now. I would love to become friends with the people I share with.
I'm a quiet designer who is back at uni full-time. I like film, architecture, motorsport, Japan, engineering and economics. I'm usually focused on studying or working, so I keep to myself. I cook many of my meals and happy to share if it helps. I've lived and worked in Melbourne and Asia for a few years and been involved in design and marketing for more than 15 years. I have also had my own apartment before so I have many of the things you need to set up a house from scratch. So I'm mainly looking for an unfurnished room or to share in starting a lease together. I find a clean house is a good environment to live in and want to live with someone like minded. I like sharing my life with others but I'm not a party guy, really just like good chats, good food and watching films with friends. Also like running and playing basketball. Looking for somewhere cheap and friendly within a 3km ring from Rundle Mall.
I am a single Dad. My daughter lives with her mum. I am currently working FIFO. I am very laid back, easy to get along with, independent and tidy.

Hey Karan here. I am currently studying my Masters in UniSA. I have been in Adelaide for over an year. I am working part-time as well. I love going to the beach, drives, party. I am chilled out guy and would not interfere in anyone's business. To my future flatmates, it's gonna be chilling atmosphere and you will never sleep with empty stomach as I love cooking. Cheers.
