I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. Clean, friendly and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
Easy going, friendly and respect privacy. Working full time so won't be in your way all the time!
A modern well established home in prime location, a short walk to the Walkerville Main Street shopping and coffee district, around the corner from bus stops and just 10 minutes from the CBD and Norwood. The house is secure and in a high profile neighbourhood with both front and backyard. Fully furnished from TVs and Lounges to cutlery however the tenant must furnish their own bedroom which is equipped with a built in wardrobe. (See bedroom 3 on floor plan) Preferably looking for outgoing and sociable young adults or Students to fit in best with the current tenants.
I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native who's looking for a place to share with someone like minded, sociable and easy going. I respect those whom, and also wouldn't mind if I kept to myself sometimes as well. I'm a clean, quiet, honest, reliable and easy going person who likes a chat and enjoys my netflix, movies, a good documentary and a sleep in when not much is planned for the next day. I'm working part time in Prospect , so looking to move in to a place not too far from the city either in the close north or eastern suburbs. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me!
I'm an easy-going gal in my late twenties, enjoy low-key hangs as much as retreating with a good book or series on Netflix. At the moment I'm actively looking for work, but also enjoy picking up volunteer gigs and learning new things with my free time! I'm from out north-eastern suburbs way, so ideally looking to live a lot closer to the city.
Right next to Melbourne St, the place is walking distance to the University of Adelaide / UniSA City East campus (25 minutes) or a short bus ride (10 minutes), with the bus (stop 5) 50m out the front, bus route via North Terrace. Perfect for a professional or uni student in the city. The place is a modern double storey 3 bedroom home with 2 spacious living areas, a kitchen, laundry, and 3 bathrooms (one is an ensuite, one is a toilet in the downstairs area, and the other is a large bathroom used by the two bedrooms upstairs). There is a lovely open kitchen with a dishwasher, and plenty of pantry space. Reserve cycle aircon is available, and NBN internet. Two door lock up garage and also on street parking available. The bedroom is bright and sunny with a large built in wardrobe, and can come furnished or unfurnished. $175 a week, plus sharing bills.
Small 1850's cottage in the heart of North Adelaide, within walking distance to the city and Adelaide oval. Sharing with one 28 yo professional and a small dog who lives in the courtyard. The room comes with on street permit parking outside the front door and high speed broadband internet. The interior of the home was refurbished in the last 18 months.
Hi my name is Melvin and I'm looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or any nearby suburbs that is close to the city really as I am starting a job soon there. I'm a tidy person, non-smoker and would say that I'm a pretty easygoing person. :) Looking for furnished rooms preferably!
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
The room is available early March (inspection from then too) and is in a 3 bedroom, 2 toilet townhouse (both separate from main bathroom) in North Adelaide. Looking for a young working professional 27-40. The house is ideally located in easy walking distance to Botanic gardens, Next Generation gym, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Womens & Childrens hospital, Adelaide oval, all the cafes and restaurants of Melbourne and O'connell streets in Nth Adelaide. Plus an easy walk into the city and Rundle st mall, tram etc., or 2 min walk to the Free connector bus that circles Nth Adelaide and the city or 50m to public bus. It is ideal for someone new to town or someone who just wants a place close to everything. The house has aircon, heater throughout, a large kitchen; with the kitchen having lots of storage. It has a separate laundry, front/rear balconys and a rear courtyard. It is close to parks, running tracks and bike path access. I am a reasonably active person, so looking for someone similar who prefers some quiet socialising at home (not a partyhouse). Hopefully you are someone who has shared before. Bond (x 4 weeks) and 2-4 weeks rent is required on acceptance. There is a new Queen bed available in one of the rooms if required. Amenities will be split equally (includes Wireless internet). Hey there. I´m Diego. I´m a brazilian guy looking for a some place to stay during my studies in Adelaide I´m a simple guy, easy to live with, polite and quiet. Im graduate in gastronomy and wine businnes in Brazil. I love cooking , have a good time with friends, listening music, doing some sports. That`s it ;)
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
Neat and clean, don't mind to share a bit of housechores Friendly, flexible, understanding and sociable but respect your privacy Only cooks during the weekend and always clean after myself Always on time for rent and bill payment as I have a slight OCD in scheduling payments ahead :)
I have just finished a law and international studies degree and now work full time as a law clerk in a firm. I am a neat and tidy housemate; I like to socialise but I also enjoy my downtime too :) Outside of work hours, I play both beach and indoor volleyball, as well as surf and go to the gym. I don't have any pets (other than fish) but I am a real animal lover so if the house has pets that wouldn't bother me at all :)
I am an easy going person who likes to be social but also enjoy time to myself. I like to keep my space tidy and am respectful of other peoples property. I am currently living and working in the Barossa Valley and have recently been employed in the city, so am looking for shared accommodation to be closer to work.
I work full time in the real estate industry with reasonably long hours which certainly keeps me busy. I am an active outdoorsy kind of person and enjoy getting out on the weekends for breakfast and activities. Love a casual mid week drink after work and a few drinks on the weekend too. I am clean and responsible, always up for conversation and a great team player. I am looking for somewhere close to the city or in the city. Anywhere from Goodwood around to Walkerville including Norwood, Glenunga, Parkside, Unley, St Peters, North Adelaide etc I have an adorable three year old cat who I would love to bring with me however I do have a back up for her if the perfect opportunity came up that she wasn't able to join. Lily is an independent, smart, clean cat that spends most of her day sleeping. Flexible with move in date
I am easy going bloke who enjoys meeting new people. I would describe myself as esoteric. I am well educated and very respectful of others differences based on being a final year law student. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy cooking. I also like listening to records in my spare time.
Hi! I'm Olivia! I'm a 22 year old Registerd Nurse working in the city. Looking to live close to work. I work weird hours so hoping to move with someone with a similar lifestyle or in the same field as me. I'm looking to live with one other person, female. I'm neat and tidy. I like my own space but love a vino or two. Hit me up if you think I'm suitable!
Hey, I'm Evan. I work full-time as an engineer, and am looking to move into a house with a backyard, as my goal is to get a dog (one day). Ideally, I'd like to live inner city. I currently train twice a week and have an almost unhealthy obsession with being active/healthy (also thanks to many Netflix food doco's). I have lived in a share house in the inner east for 11 years since moving to Adelaide from the country. Keen to either join an existing share house or find like-minded relaxed people here and find a house. If you want a chill housemate, who respects you and expects your respect in return, isn't obnoxious, has excellent house upkeep standards, and loves to hang/banter, then look here. P.s. My couches are off the charts comfy
Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 21 and a student to be. My current share house recently had an enormous gumtree branch fall through it, leaving it uninhabitable, so I'm looking to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a fantastic cook, I'm clean and tidy and I am a responsible, well mannered person. I enjoy my own company but I can be sociable and would be happy to have a glass of wine or two with you. I enjoy going out for coffee, and a night out in town from time to time! My interests include, art collecting/galleries, going antiquing and op-shopping, watching indie and foreign films, and listening to and collecting music. I am available to move right now. I would love to become friends with the people I share with.
Hey! So I work a 9-5 city job and am looking to relocate from Mclaren Vale area to pretty much anywhere between Morphett Vale to the city to be closer to work. I am very friendly, very easy going and a very neat and tidy person. I'm more than happy to have a chat and hang out or just keep to myself. Wanting to stay with all girls and in a relatively newly built property. Don't be afraid to send me a message if you have any questions!
Great house in a great location, with great access to and from the city with the bus stop right outside. Foodland, a bakery, a butcher and an alterations shop are just across the side street. So perfect positioning if you don't have a car. There is on street parking available. The room is not furnished. It is spacious, fits a double bed/Queen bed comfortably. The room also has built in robes and a skylight. The bills will be split in half. The internet is $60 total. Electricity and water I'm not sure yet, however from experience I believe it will be around $300 for power or more likely less, and 100 ish for water. Both of these bills will come quarterly. Other fittings in the house include ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge room, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating x3, gas stove, gas heater, washing machine, clothes line and load of natural light. The house is fully furnished, loads of cooking equipment (good pots pans etc), comfy couch, ect. The furnishing in the pictures are not what they are now but the house looks exactly the same.
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
I am working full time and currently residing in a really good accomodation but its really far from my work place so just looking more towards north of Adelaide. I am a quite person who is most of the time gaming, creating music, travelling and hiking. I do enjoy social gatherings now n then with spontaneous BBQ parties. Ideally looking for people who can team up with me to hire a decent shared accomodation. Please let me know if you are interested and see where we go from there. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. Cheers
