I am a primary school teacher who is allergic to cats. I feel like that's all the important information... I'm generally busy during the week, with various 'after school' commitments. I'd like to live in a quiet household, without too much happening in the home during the week, as children are exhausting and I need my rest! I'm looking to move within the next few weeks if possible 😊 Claudia
I'm clean, friendly and a little weird. I like to have a quiet drink and a chat and am social but am looking for a place where I can come and go without getting too involved with my flatmates. I work long hours and will be working two jobs so I hope to find somewhere that I wont be too intrusive on others. A little like a ninja. Also, I'm reliable and I wont steal your food. Unless it's chocolate, that's just open season. But I will replace it!
I'm kind, considerate and clean. I've lived in a sharehouse for the past 3-4 years and so am well versed in sharehouse etiquette and finding a happy balance between being a social house-family and getting some solo R&R. I keep active, enjoy rock climbing, trips to the beach, cycling to/from work, and other kinds of outdoorsy activities. I'm a working musician - I play folk/blues on guitar and vocals and gig almost every weekend. As well as this, I work in a music store and teach piano and guitar. I keep very busy with these things, and so even when not at my day job I like to stay focused building my music career. I'm currently booked until May which hopefully eases any concerns that you'll have a tone-deaf hopeful amongst you ;) I absolutely love animals but am highly allergic to cats, so any homes with those are firmly non-doable.
I'm laid back and tidy, a people person but also love my own space.. I work 5 days and i'm also a full time student studying holistic counselling and complementary therapies.. Spend most of any spare time outdoors or making music.. Love to share a vego dinner.. Very much aware of the ins and outs of a share house so super respectful and appreciate the same :) would prefer a long term rental but minimum of one year.. Unfurnished bedroom is preferred as I come with my own. I also have a super Nintendo, if you appreciate this we will probably get along.. If you're looking for a team up I can furnish the house too. Flexible to move earlier or later as long as it is before the end of June when my lease ends.

I have found a great modern apartment within The Watson hotel complex which I am looking to share with one other who is prepared to co-sign a 12 month lease. The apartment is small but would appeal to someone looking for a convenient lifestyle. There is an outdoor pool, gym and cafe on site and views of the Adelaide hills from the apartment balcony. It is unfurnished but has a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and induction cooking. I can arrange to furnish the rest of the apartment but you would need your own bedroom furniture. I plan to take the slightly larger bedroom but the smaller one still has a mirrored built-in robe and fits a double bed. You could also have the allocated parking space. The bond is 6 weeks rent (not allowed for on here) so would be $1,260 each. Electricity, water and internet would be extra. Please let me know if you are interested and if we are a good match, I can give you the details so you can arrange to view the apartment with the agent. I am hoping to apply ASAP!
** will upload photos asap Well established sharehouse so close to town you can walk there in 10 minutes in the leafy suburb of Saint Peters. The house is well loved and the rent is affordable on account of its character. Queer friendly, pet friendly (there is a lovely doggo Quiche who loves cuddles and walks on the river, sorry no cats), 420 friendly and pretty much all round friendly home you can feel safe to just be yourself. Plenty of space for feeling private but also some nice social communal dinners and DVDs together. There's a big pool that we're currently getting repaired, some hammocks and a lil vege garden :) 2 shares bathrooms, one with bath. On and off street parking. Shared bills every quarter, always super cheap.
Beautiful cottage in the heart of St Peters situated in a no-through road. Fully renovated (updated kitchen/bathroom) + fully furnished + wifi. Your bedroom contains single bed, wardrobe and study desk. Separate toilet, split system air-conditioning/ heating. Copious amounts of off street parking. Big backyard. Right next to the River Torrens - beautiful walks and a short 10 minute bike ride to city. Adjacent to Walkerville Tce - cafes, Woolworths, public transport (15 min to city), Anytime Fitness Walkerville
I'm clean and tidy, reliable, respectful of people's space and easy to get along with. I get excellent feedback from owners, agents and flatmates. I work fulltime in the city and west of the city. I enjoy films, live music and catching up with friends and family.
I'm very clean and organised. I dislike messy houses. I like to be low key but enjoy being social on special occasions & sometimes on weekends. Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Hey! I am an easy going and friendly 22 year old currently studying at Adelaide Uni. I work a job in Norwood part-time, and also coach a tennis team so I am quite busy during the semester. I can cook, am tidy and I have good banter!
I am a very friendly, easy going gal! I have a busy week schedule as I work part-time in a firm 3 days a week, and am a law student in my final year of my degree, so I am not home very often. I love living a healthy lifestyle, going out for drinks occasionally and love going to the gym, hiking etc! I am laid back and easy to get along with, am tidy and respectful of others. Would love to find compatible roommate/s with a schedule and interests like mine, can respect privacy for when I need to study but also someone I can get to know and be great friends with and go out for a drink or two! Flexible move in dates, and happy to catch up over coffee to meet potential roomies :)
Hey, I'm Alex I'm 25 years old. I am currently studying product design at Uni SA and work at a cafe in Norwood. Most of my life is spent between work and uni so I'm not home most of the time, but when I am, I enjoy being a little social. In my current share-house we often go rock climbing or make diner together, but I'm also pretty keen on some personal space every now and again. If this sounds like it might be a great fit for your home, send me a message and I'd love to talk further! Thanks, Alex. (I'm 25)
Jeff is kind, considerate and generous. Kayler is happy and bubbly (and also considerate and generous. Plus, she bakes!). We are both clean and tidy and are comfortable being both social and keeping to ourselves. We are both active, enjoying rock climbing, hiking, cycling and pretty much any other form of physical activity. We also have a quieter side, we love board games and reading books. Jeff is studying as an industrial designer at UniSA, but he has taken this semester off to focus on creating a team building games business helping businesses to foster great teamwork. While he is getting that up and running, he is working part time as a coffee machine technician. Kayler is a folk musician and works at a music store. She gigs a few times a week at some of the best venues around town. We are moving out of our current accomodation because the home owner has decided to sell. We come with a trained, desexed, amazing 7 year old dog. He has literally never damaged either mine or any of my previous housemates belongings. He is quiet and calm and he loves people and chickens. I've never had the opportunity to test him with cats, but I'm sure I could train him to be ok around them also.

Hello, I'm a Geology student from the US* in my final year at the University of Adelaide looking for a low drama household to join. I spend most of my weekdays on campus and work part time seasonally. I'm a clean, conscientious, and easygoing nerd who likes to cook, fly gliders, camp, and swim, among other things. I come with most of the components necessary for a home entertainment system, a reasonable number of kitchen appliances, and the ability to MacGyver things back into working condition when needed. If I sound like a good fit for your place send me a wave :) *Just to make it clear: I am not an exchange student, I live here now.
