Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
We are INTERESTING humans :) We need a place with/closer to the trees, birds and running waters where we can nurture ourselves and feed our creativity in creation :) Gareth and I,Tania, are kind gentle loving and caring human beings who have passion for free and self sustainable communal life style. I work already for myself (holistic massage therapy, project managing and assisting meditation retreats, facilitating meditation and teaching/sharing circles), and Gareth is about to do the same (music/singing, counselling, building/landscaping). We do also parenting for Gareth's son, Callum, every two weeks. He is 6 years old and has a quite gentle soul and is ready to explore the new life style. He loves animals :) We are mindful about wellness of the environment (humans, nature, animals) and we like to share space with same kind of TRIBE. We like to take only what we need and share the rest :) WE OFFER to work and help you develop and manage the property as a trade for full or partial rent if you are interested :) We make a GREAT TEAM with our complementary skills in area of life experience, social, cultural differences, counselling, project management, organisation, teaching, natural therapy and healing, cooking, making music, handy jobs and gardening. We could also have a YURT to live in on your property as an option too, if thats convenient :) We are working on a project of creating a shared communal property for living and healing retreats. Our move is a step in the line of this purpose.
I work full time as a fully qualified painter and have my own business, work 5 days a week minimum. Will sometimes/often work weekends too. I'm happy for a good chat and love a laugh. Enjoy binge watching tv shows/movies. I'm clean and tidy and will keep my areas clean. Enjoy my privacy when needed but also happy to chat and i can cook too so happy to have a communal dinner/lunch every now and then too. I'm a tradie so i have my fair share of tools. I dont need a lot of space but if a shed/garage is already there and you could spare me some space then awesome. If not then i have my own shed that i could build in the back yard if possible. Love my sport. I play basketball twice a week, enjoy a round of golf, a pick up game of tennis is awesome. And love watching a game of footy every now and then. My time at home is usually spent spending some time with the housemates, reading a book or playing my PS4. I have a beautiful 6 year old border collie cross kelpie, a couple of years ago this wouldn't have been an option for me with her but dhe has settled down and become quite lazy so she doesn't need a lot of space to run around in anymore. She is loving and friendly with every person she meets and doesnt have a mean bone in her body. She does enjoy spending every second of time with me if she can. Often will take her to work with me every day so she wont be a hastle and i will obviously clean up after her. I think i wrote more about her then i did about myself haha.
Extremely easy going, up for a laugh anytime. But also respect other peoples privacy , always keen to do whatever needs to be done around the home. Im currently in officer but due to unforseen circumstances, i have to move. I work with animals, so im very compasshsionate and understanding, have a great sense of humour, alsways up for a chat or wine, but also just chilling doing my own thing. very clean, respectful and reliable, i have 2 children 7 and 12, but not living with me. and also very passionate about my job. 🐎🐐🐃🐖🐪
Very easy going house! freshly renovated room, wood fire and air conditioning, plenty of parking, 1 minute walk to shops/restaurants/cafes and pub. The house is kept very cean and I'd like to keep it that way. well behaved dogs will definitely be considered.
Hi there, My name is Ebonie, myself and my beautiful dog Nahla are looking for a person to rent a house with and make it a home! I am a friendly people person who enjoys the company of others although I am very happy with my own company. I am still recovering from major knee surgery, so I definitely am not a big partier but I don't mind a few vodkas and a boogie on occasion. I am quite clean and would prefer to find a housemate with similar standards, although a little bit of mess here & there is okay. I like to be ahead of bills and finance and in my 25 years hand never been overdue on any payments! My dog Nahla is 4 years old and she is well trained although she is known to be a little cheeky! I am a animal lover and generally an easy going person! I am flexible with housing arrangements- ideally I would prefer to find someone to rent a house with, to start a new share house. I have furniture, appliances and everything necessary for a home! My budget is $200 per week for rent and looking for someone who can put in the same. I have bond money and rent in advance ready to go! If I sound like someone you might get along with and you are interested in teaming up to find a home please message me! Cheers!
I am happy clean I love music and gardening very easy going. I have just moved back from Qld to be closer to family. I have a 15 year old son who will be visiting me in the school holidays. I am quiet and will be traveling a lot.
My perfect home is a peaceful place in the Yarra Valley / Yarra Ranges (ideally around Mt Evelyn/Mt Dandenong/Montrose) that is quiet & soul-nourishing for healing and growing into the next phase of my life. Lots of trees, birds and living things; close to the bush or running water; with time/space for solitude. I’m looking for a bungalow or a shared house with a like-minded person/couple who are into wellness/healing, sustainable living, mindfulness, personal development and spirituality such as buddhist/indigenous/pagan beliefs; who are open to using processes such as non-violent communication to resolve differences; and who love our beautiful home and keep it clean and tidy, with minimal electronics (eg, microwave, TV, smart appliances). I’m a strategic development consultant for social/environmental initiatives, a carer for disabled people, and I practice meditation, aromatherapy, yoga, food as medicine, TRE & EFT. I love tea, wine, reading, singing, dancing, bush walking, cycling, Buddhism, sustainable living, human rights, women's wellbeing, neuroplasticity, applied ethics, language & communication, Spanish language & culture, motorbike riding, and love! Please help me spread the word and find new people to connect with! Like/share, make suggestions, send positive vibes or just keep me in mind and let me know if you hear of something! Thank you! 💕🙏🏽✨
Our property is 7 acres with a few farm animals. We have a lovely home that we would like to share. We have two dogs and a kitten. The room is the main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. If needed we can provide TV, bed and side tables. Has ducted heating, air-con. If you have a horse this will be great for you! We have 4 paddocks. Rules: No drugs. Must have a full time job. Must have a licence . Tidy and quiet. Good with animals. Treat the home as if it was theirs.
I am a 17 yo Christian from Melbourne and work as a barista/waitress in a cafe. I am looking for somewhere to stay that's chilled and relaxing. I hate mess so keeping spaces clean and tidy is my specialty! I'm a bubbly, happy person but also need to time to recharge for the next day. I love God, family and friends. I go to church every Wednesday night, Friday night and Sunday. I enjoy having nights out but also like staying in and reading a book.
I'm a self sufficient, considerate, quiet, independent, spiritual professional working in the social impact industry looking for a tree change. Mostly vegetarian/pescatarian, love nature and animals. Would love to find a home to be a place of sanctuary, healing and rest.
im easy to get along with, handy with any jobs that need to be done, can help with any housework or chores that need doing. im currently looking for an apprenticeship in a trade.
Hi! I'm a quiet person; I mostly keep to myself and am respectful of others’ privacy in a household. I’m know I’m young but I’m a responsible person and am always prompt with paying bills and rent. I can pay rent in advance for the first month as well as bond and if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/microwave or something else I’m happy to buy a new one as my contribution to the household. My hobbies are art, skateboarding, music & gaming. I’m also a keen gardener :)
Rooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. Located in Garfield, this property is a short walk away from the local train station and town centre, and just over an hour's ride on the Vline to the city. It is also about a half hour's drive from Fountain Gate Shopping Centre.
Easy going, clean, respectful couple. Quite happy to have a chat but also happy to give others privacy. We go out most weekend and visit family in Gippsland, 4WD, camping, and adventuring is all we really get up to. No drugs, no alcohol abuse.
Hi! My name is Yvonne and I’m 30. I have a stable job with the government and have worked there approx 6 years. I have a cat named Valie who hangs out inside the house and goes outside when I am home. She does not scratch furniture (happy to provide current housemate reference on this!). I am a clean housemate - there is no soap scum on my shower glass and I don’t like crunching around on the floor (ie. I vacuum!). Honestly, I rarely cook. But I own a wicked potato peeler. If you have a lawn, consider it mown and weeds pulled. If you put the bins out, I’ll bring them in. If your clean washing is on the line and I need it (the washing line, not your clean clothes), I’ll fold it and leave it in a pile for you. Ideally I’d like a home (HOME!!) with one other housemate, my own bathroom and a bit of air con/ducted heating action, girls gotta have standards. Happy to keep my cat sectioned off to my end of the house etc, pretty easy going. If you think we could make it work, send me a msg and we can catch up to ensure we both aren’t serial killers. Cheers.
