Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.

Hey there! I'm Louise, 24, working part time at a gym whilst trying to get my own business up and running! I'm looking for a new place to move into + make some new friends along the way. I'm ridiculously laid back, positive and a bit of a hippy - but seriously, I have a million crystals and way too many decks of tarot cards - would prefer someone who isn't phased by that kind of stuff or even better, someone who is into spirituality and all that delicious shiz. Love quiet nights at home but also love the occasional throw down with my squad in town (we know how to party). Ideally I would love to stay with people who are super social but also respectful of when personal space is needed - and also someone who is not going to make a lot of noise while others are sleeping because that really grinds my gears. Not fussed whether male or female, I get along with pretty much anyone. Keen to even find people that are looking to move into find a place, we can team up and find a place to move in together. Ps. I have a doggo named Ruby, she is a Staffy X and we're kind of a package deal. If I found the right house/people to live with I would consider leaving her with my mum if no pets were allowed so it's not a HUGE issue. If you're keen feel free to hit me up via message
Just moved to Adelaide and in need of a house mate ASAP. I've been living out of home by myself for close to a year now so I know all the in and outs. I work as a make up artist and also a bartender so you'll more then likely be getting little make overs. I'm a pretty quiet person but do enjoy going out every now and then. I work most weekend with my make up. I already have all the furniture from my previous house so looking for somewhere that's unfurnished as it's all still new. I do have two cats that come with me as well. From living out by myself I'm pretty realiable.
My name's Tiarne, I'm 25 years old and a qualified Early Childhood Educator. I've been teaching in a primary school in the country for the past 3 years and am now looking to move to Adelaide to live and work. I'm relaxed, friendly, easy to get along with and like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. Looking to rent a room with a likeminded female for the next 6-12 months :)
I am from Adelaide & looking to share with someone, who is female, non-smoker in the north eastern area. I also prefer to live with a student or full time worker who has no pets (but am flexible with these last two). My house mate will share responsibility in all matters relating to the house. I have good character & am in a reputable full-time job. I am a great cook. For fun, I enjoy exercise, music & going out with friends. I don't often watch tv, but prefer to do more productive things. I can keep to myself a bit at home, at times. Landlords: In an ideal situation, I would like a place in great condition; built in wardrobes; with an undercover carport; heating/cooling; not upstairs; my own bathroom; spacious; furnished or flexible furnishings, all female household. Please contact me if you think we could match in any way. Kind regards.
Want a relaxed environment, close to shops and easy access to public transport than this home is perfect for you. This house will allow for privacy but also offer space for you to entertain your friends. Located 20-50 metres (I'm terrible with distances but it's like 1 minute walk) from a bus stop that links to the O-Bahn. From the front door to Grenfell St in less than 30 minutes. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and the house is only 5 years old and with all brand new appliances and furniture. Also included is a dishwasher and washing machine. The available bedroom is right across from the bathroom with the bath and shower in a separate room to the toilet. I have my own ensuite so only visitors would use your bathroom. The bedroom (3.2 x 3m) includes built in robes. Included in the rent is internet, gas, electricity, water and Netflix.
This is a Large 2 story place in a quiet location. It's located within walking distance to public transport, central to 3 large shopping centers and if needed there's a car park off street and gated. There's a beautiful nature walking track along a creek at the end of the street and numerous parks located close by. A 3 month trial period, then if everyone is happy upto years + stay Currently 1 female housemate and myself living in the property. The room is upstairs with a nice view, own brand new shower and toilet... Fully furnished with a large inbuilt robe to the room, queen size bed available or single size bed if requested. I'm an independent student with a part time job at Boost Juice. I am a responsible, friendly, clean and outgoing person to live with. I am 17 years old, with an Australian (Caucasian) nationality. I'm pretty laid back, easy to get along with and understand the definition of personal space. I am seeking a shared house with preferably all females (Couples okay too). Looking for somewhere welcoming and comfortable to get my yr 12 studies done. I have my own car and I am a few weeks away from getting my P's. This is the reason why I am searching for something close to work and school. My current budget is approximately $160 with included utilities. Although I receive independent youth allowance benefits, I am in the process of looking for a second job so I have a higher amount of income to help support myself. I love to save so paying bills on time wouldn't be an issue. please feel free to message me if you have any questions about myself. Thank you. :)

Hey there! I'm Hannah, I've just finished uni and I'm moving from Geelong, Vic, to be close to my family in Adelaide. I've got a part time job lined up already but I aim to have full time employment ASAP. I like spending time with people, having a chat and generally hanging out, but I also like having my own space, so I'll respect yours! I make a lot of handmade knit and sewn things in my own time, so chances are if I'm not at work I'll be sitting somewhere in the house making something. If you have any indoor pets, I will try my hardest to get them to hang out with me in my room at all hours. My past experiences in sharehouses have always been great, so I'm looking forward to meeting some great Adelaidians... Adelaidens... Adelaidites... people, soon!

WHY SO GOOD AND YET SO CHEAP Our situation is different from most share houses. We are establishing a friendly extended family, not just making money by renting rooms. (Fuzzy is founder of the Co-housing Association of SA which aims to create better living environments). We currently have three adjacent houses connected by removing bits of fence. If you join us you get your own bedroom and living room, but you can use our bigger shared living room for extra company, occasional shared meals and to connect with the others who live here. (but only if you want to). This is why the rent is below market value at only $135 per week. Your bedroom is fully and tastefully furnished including double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk with lamp and bedside table. We also have another much larger room with its own separate entrance and queen bed for $145 per week. Everything else you need is also supplied including fully fitted kitchen and laundry. We have a very clear system which sets out how things work and which avoids conflicts. Our houses are very clean and organized, so don't call us if you prefer more messy environments. The address is Thompson Court Windsor Gardens, which is a quiet cul de sac street. There is on site parking. If this interests you please call to chat or inspect. Regards Fuzzy and Penny
