The house is in a quiet street, opposite a park and is 2 k's from TafeSA and Dental SA Gilles Plains and Gilles Plains Shopping Centre. There is a bus only a few minutes walk away which will take you to the city and other centres. It is also central to other higher education facilities in the area and is close to Modbury Hospital, the large Tea Tree Gully Shopping Centre, Restaurants, and Cinemas. The flatmates living area is separate from the rest of the house, with a lounge and bedroom, its own entrance onto the back patio area, shower, toilet and cooking facilities and ducted air-conditioning. I am flexible about furniture if you would like to bring some or all of your own.
I’m a very clean, chilled person who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. I work full time in human services so pretty busy during the week and on the weekends I’m either out and about or binge watching Netflix. I respect and understand people’s space, alone time and privacy but also happy to have a drink, hang out and joke around. I don’t have any pets, but love animals. Ideally looking for a female to team up with to find a place together. Flexible with moving dates so can wait for the right people and place.
The home is in a quiet street, opposite a park and is 2 k's from TafeSA and DentalSA Gilles Plains and the Gilles Plains shopping centre. The city, 8 k's away, is serviced by a bus a short walk away. It is also central to other higher education facilities in the area and is close to Modbury Hospital, Tea Tree Gully shopping centre and cinemas. The flatmates' living area is separate from the rest of the house. Both bedrooms in that area have their own entrance (with one opening onto the patio area), shower, toilet, cooking facilities and ducted airconditioning. This area can also accommodate a couple, or one person, with one bedroom and a lounge/study room, but the rate per week would be negotiable.
The property is roughly 10 km's from the city just off North East Rd. There is a shopping centre across the road as well as many take away food outlets. Easy access to many bus stops. The room available is at the front of the house and has an en suite. The entire house is furnished apart from the bedroom. There is a nice entertaining area outside with a large pergola. Small lawn area out front and back of house with very little maintenance required. There is a car park in drive way (I park in the garage). The house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning in every room which works very well. The house also has solar panels. All bills are in my name and you will be expected to pay half of Electricity/Gas/Water and Internet.
The property is my own home, so looking for people who are respectful, neat and tidy. I am not home very often due to work commitments so the house will be generally be yours. Public transport is 2 min walk and is a direct route via the Obahn to the city
Has a lovely backyard. Good location, close to bus stops on North east Road and Valiant road, buses to city via o bahn takes only 20 minutes during peak times too. Several buses to Paradise interchange for transfers. 5 min drive from tea tree plaza and 20 mins drive from CBD. Has ample street parking in a quiet and friendly neighborhood

We are all very friendly, clean, mature ad love making new friends and hanging out, but also respect and appreciate our own time!
