Hi, all! My name's Hannah and I'm looking for a new place! I can afford $150 per week and would prefer bills to be included! I have a cat, who is extremely quiet but is both and inside and outside cat. I am also looking for a 420 friendly place as well. I don't have a specific move out date, just whenever I find a place as I'm hating where I'm living. I am looking for roommates who are social as I'm also looking for new friends! I don't have a specific area, either, but North Adelaide would be preferred. Thank you! 😊
Hi , my name is Chiara and I'm from Italy. Me and my boyfriend looking for a room, at the moment we live with my uncle, but we need to change quickly because my uncle have a family problems and need more spaces at home. I'm 24 years old and my boyfriend , Alessandro is 26 , we are quite people and we love to cook and to tolk with other people for improve our English.
Hi, I'm an easy going gal, friendly and considerate, and very tidy. I like to have a chat and a social drink now and then but also like my own time and respect that of others also. I have a few close friends in Adelaide as I’ve only moved here recently for work, not a party animal, but don’t mind taking part in social gatherings if you’ve got one happening. And, if there is a games night on I’m in :). I follow the Buddhist philosophy and respect others beliefs and LGBT. I’m a non smoker and would need to live with the same. I work full time as a counsellor. On weekends, I play the occasional hit of golf, and also enjoy kayaking, horse riding, bike riding, and hiking. I prefer to have my own bathroom however happy to share a bathroom in the right house. I study or write at times and do a bit of art so having the space for a desk would be awesome. I don’t have my own furniture so require a furnished room, with preferably a queen size bed. I love gardening so if you have a veggie patch I'll be happy to dig away weeds and plant seedlings. I have been told I’m a good cook, and if you are up for sharing a meal occationally thats great! I am hoping to move on Saturday afternoon 16/06/2018. Look forward to meeting up :) Annie
Hi my name is Travis i am looking for a nice comfortable place to call home. i am unfortunately not working at the moment, however i have a history in construction and am applying for work in this field at the moment. In the meantime i have a reliable Centrelink income so you don't need to worry about the rent. i enjoy listening to music and having a conversation, i like to get to know people. I enjoy to go out on the weekend and have fun, i love talking about sports like to go out sometimes and play basketball or soccer, also into movies, just a guy who likes to kick back and have fun. That said, i am also reliable and take responsibility very seriously. I have lived out of home the last 4 years so i am very self sufficient and take pride in a clean and tidy house. i am looking for a share house that has furniture already, preferably a house with garden (i like being outdoors, nature etc), no pets please. Thanks for taking the time to read this and i look forward to hearing from you soon :) Travis
I keep to myself mostly, I'm not a big partier, but if my flatmates have parties/friends over I don't mind. I won't have a lot of friends over, my main visitor will be my sister, but she's not all that rowdy, either. I have some days where interactions with others are really hard, and any flatmate I have needs to know that on those days I need my space, then again, other days I can get very talkative, and if I'm being annoying, all you need to do is ask me to be quiet and I will be. I have school Monday to Thursday, but Thursday's are only one lesson and it'd probably be home before midday. The only time I'd be upset with a flatmate is if they're being very loud when I'm trying to sleep or nap, or if I'm woken up before I need to be up (I can get a bit snappy, but I'll always apologise if I've been rude). I'm a good cook, and I love cooking for others, and I'm always up for a movie marathon.
Hi my name is Courtney and I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm 18, studying a Cert ll in animal studies along with my RSA, which I'm hoping will allow me to get a job related to hospitality. Long term I am wanting to become a vet nurse and work with animals. I'm a very friendly and bubbly person, I'm tidy, happy to share house chores and love to cook (especially burritos and tacos, if you are lucky i will be happy to share!) I enjoy seeing friends and am always down for a Disney marathon :) I am a smoker but am totally respectful of others and only smoke outside. Although i am not employed right now i have a centrelink payment and am very financially responsible (something i pride myself on), so will have no problems paying rent on time. I'm looking for an animal friendly home as I have a well trained 8 month old cat who is de-sexed, micro chipped and up to date with vaccines. I would prefer to live with females under 30 with no more than two room mates. I have my own furniture so would prefer an unfurnished room if possible. I can afford approx 150pw if bills are included. Thank you for reading I hope to hear from you soon! Courtney

Hello! My name is Tiarna and I'm a 24 year-old theatre-loving makeup artist with a keen interest in writing. I have a fun, bubbly, cheeky personality and love a glass of wine on a Friday night with whoever's up for it. To be able to have housemates that would help make it a great, positive environment would be wonderful. I hope I'm fun to live with. I love having a chat, but I can keep to myself when need be.
I am a 30yr old fulltime music producer who works majority from home as I part manage/co run both the UK based record label that I release on as well as all the online presence, tech support and social media for two separate online radio websites. This doesnt mean I have constant loud or even quiet music going as a lot of the time I use headphones PLUS I have always lived with others so I am very considerate and respectful of those around me and therefore the same in return I also do some casual door work in town at a few venues for events here as well as 1-2times a week assisting my best friend with his photography business. I have a 4yrold dog, He is an American Staffy cross Rhodesian Ridgeback but he is fully trained as ive had him since he was 6weeks, he doesnt destroy or rip up things, he only barks when he being protective or playfully saying hello He is great with cats, usually they get annoyed with him wanting to play n be silly with them lol If im not stuck behind the computer or out working then I am out taking my dog for a walk/run twice a day. He is a beautiful happy natured dog who will just want to be your new best friend lol Currently without a place/room of my own to stay so am in emergency/urgent and immediate need to find suited accommodation of up to $200pw (bills and internet included preferred but obviously not essential). Semi furnished would also be a handy but not crucial plus. Hoping to find somewhere that is as long term as possible, a place that is stable, safe and eventually be able to feel comfortable enough to call "home"
If you love the outdoors, dogs and a laidback lifestyle, then this is the sharehome for you. The property is located in front of Dry Creek Reserve and has trails for walking dogs, running and cycling. The home has a brand new kitchen and a large backyard. Most of the property is furnished, so you will just need furniture for your own room. The home is currently in the course of minor renovations (painting, new trimmings etc) and if you’re willing to help, you can have a discount on your weekly rent. All bills included in the weekly rent.
20 minutes by bus to city centre. If you're new to Adelaide I'll help you get settled. Currently 2 house mates, both guys. One works at a cafe, the other at a factory. Inside the house has been recently renovated with new bathroom (gas temperature controlled hot water) and new kitchen. The house has washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The room (3.0x3.m) has a single bed, and desk. The rent is $150 per week for singles which includes all electricity/gas/water.
I am looking to move closer to work and seeking a house that will be welcoming of a dog. I have lived in share houses before so I'm considerate, respectful and clean up after myself and my dog. I'm easy to get along with and enjoy the more low key weekends. I work 3 casual jobs and study. Indy is a 5-6yo staffy cross who is very well behaved. She's kept clean and gets exercised regularly (shes quite fat and lazy though) A place with another dog for company would be great although this isn't a deal breaker. If she is the only dog she will want to be by my side when I'm home. She has good inside manners and knows has sit down in her bed, not wonder around. * Secure fencing is a must. * A house with no cats or pocket pets. I have references for both myself and Indy if required. If your place sounds like it may be suitable send me a message please. Thanks Haley
Hi, I'm Adam. Looking to share a property with someone/others who is/are also quite tidy and clean (slightly OCD!), respectful of space yet willing to share a chat and laugh whenever. I'm a full time electrician. My role keeps me fairly clean, and I'm definitely not the type who trapes mud everywhere. I have a few things I do outside of home, including some gym and visiting friends. Not sure what else to say except the suburbs I have listed are just a rough selection, but I would prefer inner(ish) northern/north-east suburbs. And nine months is a rough guide too. I'd probably be fine with twelve or more. Who knows what the future holds?
Hi! I'm single and I've travelled a bit including living abroad! I'm a reasonably quiet person and am quite capable of keeping to myself when I’m actually home :) I'm neat clean and tidy and respect others privacy. house mate/friend I get along with pretty much everyone! I’m looking to rent as long for around 12 months to 2 years while I travel a bit and hopefully build a house which Requires a lot of saving.. I rarely drink and don’t smoke as I value a healthy lifestyle because I like to keep fit while I travel to play ice hockey around the country during the season. I currently have furniture in Storage and would be able to furnish the majority of a small home. I don’t have any pets at the moment but would love to get a dog in the near future.
I am international student and also work as graphic designer. Main Hobbie GYM Non smoker ,drink socially like watching movies listen music, above all respectfull and friendly to everyone.😀
Offering a bedroom in a granny flat. Large room with aircondtioning and adjoining bathroom. This bathroom is shared by adjoining bedroom (other occupant works in the mines, fly in fly out). Can be furnished if needed.
Here you will find a peaceful home with an abundance of colour. It is filled with beautiful things including plants and is surrounded by the garden all the way around it including a veggie patch and a rose garden. There are two living areas so plenty of room if you want some privacy or space to relax and the bathroom is quite large. There is gas heating and a/c throughout for summer and the home is fully secure and safe. The room has a wardrobe, mirror if you choose and full block out gorgeous new curtains. It's close to public transport and only a four minute walk from the Paradise interchange which means you're then only ten minutes from CBD or 5 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre going the other way. Dernancourt is a very safe area with some great eating spots nearby including Vietnamese, Italian (Anthony's Cuccina) and Lebanese.
The room is in my home in the prestigious new suburb Walkley Heights. Saddle Crescent is particularly peaceful, quiet and trouble-free. Bus stops for O'ban and 202 buses are quite close by; also shopping centers of Ingle Farm and Walkley Heights. Very good and decent fully employed young men are in other rooms. Unlimited internet and Foxtel with movies available. Reverse cycle air-conditioner. Off-street parking.
The house is in a very good quiet new suburb. It is air-conditioned. Has Foxtel. Easy walk to shopping centres (Walkley Heighjts and Ingle Farm) and bus stops. About 16 to 18 mins by O'ban to city. Good frequent bus service to Mawson Lakes and Saliabury also. Brand new washing machine. Ample of kitchen utensils, Adequate off-street parking for four cars. Quite safe in the nights. Vandals unheard of.

We are clean and tidy, and generally easy going. We have both come from living with big families, so are used to living with people and understand the balance between overbearing and MIA. We both live active life styles, and are constantly on the go, and love mixing with all kinds of people
