Do transcriptions online at home at moment. Looking for somewhere up to around 130/140 per week. Clean and quiet and considerate are my main things. Lived in a shared house in Gilles Plains for 4 years till recently, but had to vacate, landlord rearranging it. Current rent a bit higher at moment, so maybe somewhere to shave off $1000 or so over a year. Preferably somewhere south of Montague Rd/Ingle Farm, (still within 15-20 min of CBD). At least around 6 months, going to Europe for a month in July.
I'm Lisa, 27, working full time in education. Looking to move anytime from Feb hopefully within 20-30 minutes of Lightsview (5085) as that's where I work. I'm mostly interested in beginning a new house (just as a preference) as I would like a decent yard for my 2yo pup Dutchess (who is house trained and very friendly). would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don'y mind paying a bit extra if it means i get a room with an en suite. Hoping to find people who are easy going and respectful. Feel free to contact me if you are interested Thanks :)
Hello ! I am 28 yo international student also work at Woolworths ardc . I am about to finish my studies soon . Not a big party animal but do love to socialise with mates in free time . Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean and tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I have some furniture in storage. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying.
I am 29 yr old single male, not perfect, friendly, I love to cook, am tidy, looking for somewhere I can feel secure, after sleeping on couches, and period of sleeping in my car. I am friendly and respectful of your privacy, but also have a willing ear if you need someone to listen to you, I'm non judgemental and take people as they are. If I sound like someone you would like to share with give me a call.

I am a quiet and considerate 42yo male looking for a place to rent, and a nice person or two to share that place with. I'm fairly new to the site so please forgive any mistakes I make. My ideal would be to share a house with one or two other people. It could be a new place that we find together, or an existing place that I can move into. Perhaps you've just lost a housemate and need someone to fill the space. Perhaps you're moving out and need someone to split the bills with. Perhaps you own a place, have some space, but need some help with the bills. All sound good to me. I've been at my current rental for almost eight years, sharing with one person, who I've shared previous places with as well. I was caught out recently by notice that my rental agreement is ending, so I was scrambling to sort out a new place to live quickly. Thankfully I was able to organise a short extension, so I've now got until early March. My current housemate has other plans, so it's just me this time. I would have difficulty renting a place on my own place right now (too expensive), but would like more space than most single room rentals can provide. I work in IT, generally software engineering. I am clean and fairly tidy, although my desk can get a bit disorganised at times, and I might only make my bed properly if we have guests. ;) I am very quiet and considerate, and am only really comfortable living with people who are reasonably quiet as well. No noisy or party houses, it just won't work. I keep to myself most of the time, but do like to be sociable on occasion. When I am, I'll sit down with you and play card games, board games, or computer games, or perhaps watch a show we enjoy. Or just chat. Or head out somewhere. I am friendly and generally get on well with most people. I get along with a surprisingly wide range of age groups, so if you're fine with me, don't let an age difference be a barrier. Gender, race, and sexuality are no issue either. I am a gentle and non-threatening person and not imposing in any way. Hopefully you are similar. You should be friendly or kind, preferably both. :) I am looking for a place ideally in the north-eastern suburbs (eg. Modbury, Ingle Farm, Golden Grove), preferably within walking distance of a bus that ends up on the O-Bahn. Whilst I have a car (old, but maintained), I find access to public transport convenient. I'd prefer to avoid expensive suburbs or places too close to the city, due to cost. However, I'm flexible. I don't want to go too far south as most work in my field is either in the city or in the northern suburbs. Although there are certainly some lovely suburbs out that way. :) I do not smoke. I'm fine if you do, as long as you're fine smoking outside. I don't really drink but I don't have an issue with it, as long as it's not unreasonable, and you don't mind me drinking water while you drink your beverage. Neither of us should have substance abuse problems, be aggressive, or violent or anything like that. I need enough space for a queen-sized bed, bedside, large desk, chair, and various accompaniments, but I'd be far happier with more space, hence wanting to split a house. I might be open to a place that can *just* squeeze this in, but only for the short-term as I'd want to move to a bigger place eventually. Space for furniture in common areas is a plus. I have a lot of furniture, appliances, and so forth, but much of it is older. If you have your own, it is probably better than mine. We can juggle furniture to match what you have and the house we live in. I'll store what I don't use before I move in. I have no pets. I am extremely allergic to cats and anything with feathers, so if you have any pets like that, then sadly it won't work. I would prefer someone without pets, as it makes finding a rental far easier. I can be flexible if you own or already rent a place and have a friendly dog (or similar) that you can promise won't eat me or my belongings. Whilst I love animals (especially dogs), my preference is to visit rather than live with them. Pet rocks are fine, as long as they are house-trained. ;) At home I will mostly be wherever my desk is, usually working away on something on my computer (usually software development) or with electronics. I'm almost always working on something. My budget is roughly $200pw, but this can be compatible with a lower or higher budget of yours as well. I can certainly reduce this figure, down to $150pw or so. If you want to pay more than me, we get a bigger place and you get the best rooms. If you want to pay less, then we do the reverse. We'll figure something out. I have rented for roughly twenty years. I have lived in a number of places, either by myself or sharing with one other person. Never missed a payment, never lost a cent of bond. I'm fairly comfortable being around one other person and also very familiar with what it takes to keep a household running. I prefer to live with people who are also comfortable running a home, understand what is involved, and are happy to share the workload. I prefer to split chores evenly by default and then swap them around to make everyone happy. I am an acceptable cook, and prefer to make my own meals rather than eating out or ordering in most of the time. My food might not be very fancy, but it will be enjoyable. My ideal is to live with someone who prefers home cooking, so that we can take turns making dinner. If you enjoy cooking, I'll do more of the less glamorous chores if you want to cook more often. I like eating dinner together, but I'm fine either way. I am fairly open and honest. I'll tell you the good and bad about myself. There is a good amount of the former, and not too much of the latter. I'd like to know about you too, so we can make sure we are compatible as housemates. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. I'm on a fairly low income at present so have to be frugal in the short term. However, I've had a long career with a lot of experience and have a First-Class Honours degree in my field, so hopefully that won't be a problem for much longer. In any case I'd prefer to share even once I've sorted that out, as I like the company and sharing lets you live comfortably in a nicer place whilst also saving some money. This is my first time renting with someone I haven't personally known already- every other time has been on my own or with a friend. To be honest I'm a little nervous about it, but I'm sure it'll turn out okay. Making a new friend out of the whole thing would also make me really happy. If we get along fine I'd potentially be interested in sticking around for quite some time, potentially even moving house together with you if we want to upgrade or downgrade. If it doesn't work out, I'll help out where I can to make sure we all end up somewhere where we'll be happy. If I sound like someone you'd like to live with, drop me a line. Don't worry if we're not a 100% match, there's a lot of information here, and I'm not searching for my clone. ;) I get on well with all sorts of people. I've just upgraded my account so you should be able to message me for free now. If I'm someone you'd be happy to live with, I don't want you to have to pay or wait until you can message me. If I can find a good person or people to live with it'll be worth the cost. Initially I'd like to swap some messages to figure out if we're compatible as housemates, and then potentially catch up for a coffee or similar. It is important to me that I find good people that I'm happy to live with and that are happy to live with me. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Better to ask than wonder. I hope to hear from you soon. :)
I am currently looking for a room to rent in the Golden Grove area, as it is a location central to both of my campus, Magill and Mawson Lakes. I am an easy going girl, keep to myself, however easy to get along with and always up for a laugh. I do like to go out with friends, however I also do enjoy a nice quiet night in.
I am clean and tidy. Love to cook. I am a non smoker and non drinker. I love to read and enjoy my own company, but still enjoy social interaction and outings. I am Australian born of Maltese/English heritage. I enjoy movies and meeting family and friends and spending time with my nieces.
Hello! My name is Tiarna and I'm a 23 year-old theatre-loving makeup artist with a keen interest in writing. I have a fun, bubbly, cheeky personality and love a glass of wine on a Friday night with whoever's up for it. I hope I'm fun to live with.
Where to begin... I'm a friendly, generally happy, pleasant person to be around. I like to bake. My hobbies include writing short stories and drawing cartoons, and I love nay kind of adventure that includes a picnic or something interesting to photograph. I'm a giant nerd - I love Doctor Who and Lord of the Rings, as well as playing board games and card games. I have a sense of humour and a thirst for learning new things. I waste a lot of time on random Wikipedia pages. My boyfriend comes over a lot, we mainly watch movies and cook together. (also. He has a great beard.) I won't make a ruckus, I will listen to music while I write and draw, but I won't have it on heaps loud. Fret not, dear future housemate. Oh, and I have a deep abiding passion for good coffee.
I'm 19 and I study 2 days a week and work 2 jobs. I've been living with a roommate since I was 16 and never have had an issue paying rent or bills on time. I would like to live with another female. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and I'm a quite person! I'm happy to get to know anyone. I'd prefer not to live with pets.
I study at Adelaide university and also work as an Interpreter, so my son and I are rarely home. We are both very friendly, neat and quiet anyway; into reading and puzzles and such.
Reliable, clean, father of one that lives with mother so I'm not in to partying but focus on working, going to gym, playing sport and spending time with my son
20 minutes by bus to CBD. There are currently 2 housemates, both guys. Inside the house has been recently renovated with new bathroom and new kitchen. The house is furnished with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The room (3.0x3.m) is furnished with bed, and desk. The rent is $150 per week for singles.
Laid back and easy going. Get along with pretty much everyone. Like to have my own space but always keen to binge watch a Netflix series or five. I work part time at a gym and love keeping active. Not in any hurry to move, rather just keeping my options open. I love modern, spacious houses. If you think you have a place that I might like, feel free to message me. Also keen to team up with someone!
I'm friendly, clean / pull my weight around the house and I'm an easy housemate to get along with. In my spare time I like to see live music, watch NBA and get outdoors (beach, hiking, etc). I will be studying full time and working ~25 hours/week so I will probably be pretty flat out most of the time, but when I'm not busy it would be great to have housemates who like to relax and socialise at home or go out every now and then.
Great location 5 minutes walk to Torrens river and linear park if you like getting outdoors. Close to buses and Obahn travelling to city very 20 mins. Supermarkets and Westfield Tea Tree Plaza are close by for all shopping needs, not far away from Norwood and North Adelaide for dinning out and more shopping. Clean, secure and modern home, with air conditioning/heating, two living areas and a nice outdoors area for wines and BBQs. Large kitchen great for cooking up a fest and or entertaining guests. The shared bathroom is very large and private with plenty of storage for you to make your own.
