Hello, Originally I had signed up to this website to find a roommate interested in living around Andrews Farm. I am now desperate to find a residence as close as possible to Modbury Hospital. My father has recently become critically ill and will be transferring to that facility on March 28th. He will be staying at the hospital for specialist care and rehabilitation for the next few months and I am wanting to find somewhere close by, so my family and I can spend as much time as possible with him. I am hoping to find somewhere appropriate as soon as possible that is a short distance away, within budget and available for a short term lease. This would be a huge relief for my family as our home is quite a distance away from where he will be. I am also applying through real estate agents, I would just like to exhaust every option available. About myself: I am currently studying full time in the CBD. I have two small pets, Lucy and Cleo. They are very well behaved and trained. I enjoy gardening and growing my own organic produce, bike riding, ice skating and general outdoor activities. I love to cook, I watch endless ammounts of Netflix and love to sing and play musical instruments (currently learning piano). I have previously lived out of home, I have good references and evidence that I always pay my rent on time. I take pride in my home, the way it looks and feels is a huge priority to me. I may be open to a team up but you need to be ready to apply for properties now and have the credentials to do so.
