Hi guys, Im currently living on the North Coast of NSW near Byron Bay and i have just completed a course in nursing for a complete career change. I have a 3 year old Rotti x dog and she is my best mate. So i need a good sized fenced backyard for her also. I enjoy gaming, so im a bit of a nerd at times:) I enjoy the odd beer but my party days are over. I consider myself to be quiet and respectful towards others, but don't mind a social chat. I clean up after myself and i pull my weight around the house with house cleaning and yard maintenance. This move for me is a big one and i see it as a new season of life. this house offers a great location, only being a 10 minute walk to the beach , there is two loungerooms , one cinema room and a games room , which makes plenty of space for you to chill out in,its a very quiet peaceful place , with only one rule, no stress. there are 5 bedrooms or 4 and a study, the house is fully furnitured and every bedroom has a big screen tv,there is two driveways for parking both protected by security gates, theres also is a mini golf course out the back ,if you enjoy your putting, all bills included in price , we hope to hear from you soon
ok, so what we have here is a single bedroom up for rent, asking for $100 per week. the bedroom is 2.5 by 3.5 with a massive built in wardrobe that covers and entire side of the room, it also has roller shutters for pitch black shut out. the whole house is furnished except for this room so everything is good to go. internet is unlimited internet and will cost and extra $20 per month. we have a BBQ, we are down the road from a 24 hour gym (anytime) as well as a supermarket (arndale). its only 15 minutes from the city and beach with decent public transport options. already has 2 dogs in the house so pets wouldnt be a good fit at the moment only rules are respect the housemates and smoke outside
