Do you live anywhere from Nerang to Palm Beach ? I'm a clean professional male from Brisbane, non smoker. I have taken up employment on the Gold Cast but still keep a house in Brisbane. I can't be bothered to find another house just yet. I will be in Brisbane over most weekends and simply need to share a space with someone on the Coast during the week. I would like to share a house with someone who is not simply after getting a room filled in exchange for cash. You need someone to rely on to look after the residence when you're away and perhaps have a conversation with once a month .. or perhaps even once a week :) I'm no party animal but am social and friendly. I don't have dogs, I don't do pills, but I do have a drink.
Neat, positive personality, quiet but actively social. Non-smoker. Originally from Sydney, I've lived on Gold Coast for 1 and a half years now. I work at Von Bibra Auto Village, full-time 5-6 days a week. I enjoy outdoor activities and adventures, bushwalking, out on the water, taking my car out for country drives and my dog out to the park or the beach. He's a 3 yr old Boxer with the best personality. Chilled out and not phased spending time inside or out. I'm looking to find somewhere as soon as possible, but I don't need to move until the 17th, so I look forward to finding the right place! :D Rent negotiable!
My partner and I are looking for a small house or granny flat on acreage for ourselves and our two large lovely dogs somewhere on the south side or hinterland area of the GC. We are 25 & 28 yo and work full time as a landscaper and cabinet maker. We're quiet and respectful and enjoy a quiet drink on occasions. When we're not busy working, we enjoy fishing, camping, and going for a swim in the creek. We're flexible with move dates and are looking for something available in the next few months. Hoping for a year lease. Can pay MAX $400/week. Unfurnished place is fine as we have our own belongings.
We are a young family looking to rent out our downstairs area. It is 2 bedrooms + storage/study, 1 large bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen. Outdoor deck, shared laundry and an in ground pool. Use of private fridge and shared washing machine is available. Water, electricity and WIFI are also included in the rent.
You will enjoy living on our 2 acres surrounded by the birds and kangaroos. We have a tennis court and swimming pool for your convenience. Your room overlooks the gardens, we are 2 mins from Nerang and the M1.
Hey! We have a medium sized room available in a beautiful and spacious share house in Highland Park. The household is quiet, clean and respectful. I myself am 29, a physio and play gridiron. I live here with my girlfriend and she is a barista. Everyone in the house is pretty busy with sport/work/study, so in effect we are never home! and when we are we're usually always ready to crash! lol We are looking for a non-smoking flatmate, that enjoy their own space, but are still friendly and easy to talk too :) Would love to hear from you if this sounds like it would suit! Thanks, Bec
Work full time, clean, polite, very respectful and keep to myself. Down to earth very friendly guy.
Myself and my boyfriend are currently living on the GC, and awaiting our permanent residency. We would like our own space but cannot commit to a 12 month lease until we have a decision, so a granny flat or similar would be perfect! We move out of our current place in mid-June so just need to line something up for then, for minimum of around 3 months.
Looking for a fun friendly environment to live in. I'm a really chilled, friendly guy who is easy to get along with, love a good laugh. Easy going bloke.. Full time worker, quiet, tidy, fun loving, very sociable. Love a quiet night in but also enjoy a drink or two. If you have a room that would suit feel free to contact me.
Hey there I'm Oli. I'm sticking around until the end of July before I leave Australia to travel Japan by motorbike. I love food and I eat plant based, I'm colourful, helpful and enjoy learning from others. I am out and about a lot and am a shift support worker so my hours are all over the place. If you like watching TV in the lounge room every night we probably won't get along as I enjoy social interaction. I ride a motorbike, wakeboard, freedive, hula hoop, skate, am creatively inclined, have lots of great energy to share and travel is my goal by the end of July. In other words... I like to be kept busy. If you think we could be friends and live together please get in touch with me :-)

Hi! My name is Keisha and I am currently studying Event Management at SCU. I am an easy going person who is very clean and tidy. I like to socialise but also value my own space. I normally keep to myself and am more than willing to put in my share of household duties. I an enjoy a night out every now and then on weekends but am not looking for a party house. When I'm not at uni I have a part-time job. I am not too fussy where I am located, just not any higher than Broadbeach. Looking for other clean and tidy people to share a quiet house with. :)
Love outdoors, surfing, footy, respectful, honest and easy going guy, hard working, work full time. BBQ with mates and a few beers to relax, and also just doing my own thing.
Modern clean self contained unit. Private, safe, clean. Share with 1 male tradie (Tiler). Furnished unit, free Wifi, TV area just bring clothes and relax. Rent includes water, electricity, unlimited internet & Wifi. 2 single beds in room. Room is lockable. New kitchenette with granite bench top, Fully self contained. good storage. Plenty off-street parking. Only 2 secs from M1. Central handy location. 5 min to Robina Town Centre, 10 min drive to Surfers, Broadbeach, Pacific Fair. Plenty off-street parking. Secluded, quiet, private acreage. Birds sing, Kangaroos graze. Prefer non smoker male, otherwise outside smoking only is ok.
We have a pool (which barely gets used, however I clean it weekly), large decked areas, a spectacular view of the Gold Coast skyline, air conditioning, plenty of parking, few door knockers due to the shape of the block and located near the highway - perfect for commuting north or south and only a 15min drive to the beach! The house has 4 bedrooms so you will have your pick of 3 bedrooms! Each have their own pros and cons but I've slept in all 3 rooms at one time or another and don't mind any. Two of them have air conditioning right now. Each room is relatively quiet. In the kitchen there is A LOT of storage so you can have your own pantry and storage area. There's plenty of space in the fridge too (it's quite large). There's a large park with a basketball half court about 100m down the street. There's also a small supermarket, medical centre and pharmacy at the other end of the street and numerous other stores within a 10 minute drive. We're okay with dogs but it's a case by case basis. A dog would have to be properly trained and not prone to running away. There are no fenced off areas suitable for a dog but if it can be trained to stay around the house then that is fine. The length of stay i flexible. I was thinking of initially starting off with a 6 month commitment and seeing how we go. If you're all good, we'll keep going! At this time you'd be our only house mate but this could be one more depending on how comfortable we are. If it feels cramped, we'll stick with just you! I have drawn up a rental agreement which lists the basic house rules that everyone (You and me, I'm not gonna hold you to a different standard) have to follow. Don't worry, most clean and reasonable people won't have an issue, just a formality if anything.
The bedroom is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery, kettle, 2 electricity cooking plates and tea facilities, air conditioning and heater. The sheets and blankets are provided. There is an individual bathroom with bath and shower and towels with toilets. There is a small living room with sofa, TV and CD player. There is a laundry with a washing machine, the garden has a spa and a BBQ. The complex has a huge swimming-pool and 2 saunas. It is a very nice place, very quiet, no noise, the shops are very close, it is possible to go on foot.
My names Emma, I'm 25 and I'm a Paramedic student who works part time. I'm easy going and tend to go with the flow. I like to socialise, have dinner and drinks with friends but i also enjoy my own time. My study is important to me so that is my main focus. I've lived in numerous households and understand how important it is to be clean and be respectful of others ☺
Hey Guys :-) Easy going mid 30s guy here (although I don't look it or feel it) I need to move to the Gold Coast as I scored a job down here and the travel to and from Brisbane is getting a bit much so looking to move closer. I work two jobs in hospitality and I have a fairly quiet easy going lifestyle. When I'm busy I'm very rarely around (probably a quick hello and sleep and back at work). I do a bit of acting/extra work on the side so living on the GC would be a big advantage When I'm not busy I like to Netflix and chill with a good glass of wine. I am looking to stick to the around $220 mark nothing really higher so please dont contact me if your rent is higher than $220 per week I am also a keen traveler and sometimes go away weekends. I also work for a pop convention so i travel interstate a bit. I'm friendly, easy going and would like to share a house with someone of a similar nature! Ive had a look at a few places but i havent found anywhere suitable yet, I don't want to rush and move into something that i won't like down the track. Hopefully i'll find something suitable soon :)
