Easy going, clean and happy person to live with. I don’t mind a little bit of mess but hate dishes sitting there for days so if you clean up after yourself we’ll be fine :) Would prefer a female household and not all males.
Just a silly lad without a dad who enjoys making people laugh. Also I make a pretty mean salsa. I know how to turn on a vacuum and push a broom across the floor. Currently studying year 12 so I’ll be out of the house mon - fri. I’m a dam good artist and self professed comedian but I understand when to be serious. I’ve been looking after myself for 3 years now and have been having a great time doing it. I can also provide some pretty good references on request😊
I am a full time student at UC looking for a short-term accommodation as I am ending my contract with UniLodge. I respect others' privacy but I socialize with all people. I lived with 6 other people so I know how to be responsible at home :) I'm also okay with pets, if there are any.
The house is located in Giralang, a 15 min drive from the city, 5 min drive from Belconnen and UC. There is also a supermarket just down the road and a 7 Eleven around the corner with a bus stop out the front. Your room is the lightest, brightest and biggest in the house. New carpets installed about a year ago. It has a massive built-in robe with plenty of storage. Shared bathroom with 2 others. Large open plan living area. Kitchen has new oven and cook-top is only a couple of years old. Living areas are furnished but we may be able to accommodate more if needed. Bills come out quarterly and internet monthly and are split evenly. Rent also comes out monthly. You will have to go on the lease as per the tenancy agreement for the house which is a 12 month lease ending 9th December 2019. You can leave at any time but will be required to find a new housemate to take over your lease. Your rent will be $652 a month and bond will be split evenly. Available for inspection by request.

Hey hey hey. I'm a full time worker. But I don't work the average 9-5 hours. Start a little later and therefore finish a little later. I'm incredibly tidy and clean. Like to think I am easy going. Can provide a washing machine, fridge, television, dining table and other communal furniture. Not looking to share with more than one other person. Any further questions don't hesitate to shoot me through some questions!
I am a single full-time working professional about to progress in a graduate APS role in Canberra, in the Belconnen area. Open to areas nearby that are within a half-hour bike ride range. I'm quiet and keep to myself mostly but the experience of moving out and sharing a place will help to change things up and get me more active. I'm all about finding a place where we can have an amazing team and build a home out of. I will have a car, bicycle and some personal furniture including bed, desk & chair with computer, and a 60" Plasma TV. Currently, I am mainly seeking a person for a teamup.
Hey there! I'm Eryn and I'm quite the dynamite gal. I've just completed my Cert IV in Musical Theatre but will not serenade you with broadway songs if you do not wish for me to do so. I'm a pretty arty person and love to draw/get my art on and obviously perform. I'm currently working 3 jobs in children's entertaining/educating and customer experience. I'm a fully grown child and love to watch anything disney (classic and pixar), As a theatre girl, I would consider myself outgoing (but not whack job crazy) but I do respect that some people need privacy/quiet time :) I appreciate the casual wine and cheese nights, although I appreciate the cheese more so than the wine. Let me know if you have any more questions!
I am a part-time Student at the university of Canberra and have been employed full-time in my chosen industry from the past 2 years. I have a 17Wk old Bernese Mountain Dog (Apollo) who is the most laid back bear you will ever meet, he comes everywhere with me (including inside the house) to uni etc and is only at home during the day on his own 3 days a week as I put him in day care :) He is very well behaved doesn't bark, bite but does sleep and snuggle a lot. Ideally I will need to find somewhere that has a decent sized back yard but do not mind if there are other pets as Apollo Loves everything and everyone. Please send me a message, I would love to hear from you :)
Hi! My names Lily and I'm at UC studying a Bachelor of Primary Education. I keep neat and clean in shared spaces and all my makeup/hair stuff stays in my room so it won't be clogging up any bathrooms. For fun I do a bunch of craft, play video games, read etc. or just hang out.

We are a South American couple, very easy going and relaxed. My husband loves electronics, robotics, marvel movies and dragon ball, and I just love talking, eating and dancing. We are very responsible and clean, but most importantly we are very friendly. In fact, if we get to live together we can teach you Spanish and how to dance Salsa!
Fantastic share house in one of the best streets in Kaleen, nice views over the mountains and close to shops, Canberra University, Belconnen and AIS. The bus stop is at the end of the street so you can be in the city or ANU in 15mins, Belconnen in 5 mins or ride your bike to Canberra Uni in less than 10mins. A Coles supermarket with cafe's and the kaleen indoor sports club with a large gym is about 100m away. The house itself is beautifully designed; it is a two story house over three levels. It has a nice lounge/dining with reverse cycle air conditioning/heating with an open plan kitchen on the top level. The second level has a large second lounge room with tv, couch and coffee/side table and the bottom level has two bedrooms (one rented) a separate bathroom and toilet with a large laundry. The house is fully furnished including a new fridge, washing machine, dryer and the kitchen has all cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans you will ever need. We also have VDSL at 60/30 download/upload speed so pretty much the fastest internet you can get in Canberra. The bills are split three ways evenly and we are very economical. Everything is provided, all you need to bring is your suitcase and move in! I am looking for friendly individuals; Sorry no couples or pets. Call me for more information Thanks for looking!
House to share with room(s) available I have not done this for a while & hope I picked the right time of the year for a smooth experience, as my housemate coupe are sadly leaving after some 9 years to buy a place of their own, so they recommend me to give this site a go. I’m looking for maybe 2 or at the most 3 people, preferably if they know each other would be great to share with in a 4 bed room house located on the Northside of Kaleen which has 2 bathrooms (ensuite) & a separate toilet. All the main windows are fitted with outer roller shutters (2nd picture), which can block out light, some sound, a form of security. Other windows & main (front/rear) doors protected by Crimsafe (last 3 pictures) to give that stronger secure feeling. There is plenty of off street parking, it’s 170m to the bus stops to the City or Belconnen Mall, approx. 400m to the large Kaleen Plaza (Coles) or a bit further for the Kaleen indoor sports center. There are 3 (soon to be 4) fully furnished rooms to choose from range between $140. to $160.00 per week & main room with ensuite available soon, plus shared bills (Elec, Gas, Water & landline), with Internet Wi-Fi being available. I have not had a chance to take any pictures of the interior yet, but any of bedrooms can be decked out with whatever the person finds in the house. I can say the:- $140.00 room measures out to 2.82 x 2.68m with 3x large in built cupboards & faces east ward to the street. $150.00 room measures out to 3.25 x 2.71m with 1x small in built cupboards & faces west ward to the backyard. $160.00 room measures out to 3.38 x 2.91m with 2x large in built cupboards & faces east ward to the street. I am sure I missed something out, so enquiries are more than welcome by any means via this site, so I’ll say good luck getting throw & look forward to something from someone, thanks.
Fully furnished room in Kaleen from 24 November to 2 January. Great location with walking distance from Bus stops (for buses to UC, ANU and city center). Coles in 2 mins walk. All bills are included. Central Heating, Air conidtioner in the house.
You would be living in a modern home in the beautiful suburb of Crace. Your room is large, set away from the other bedrooms with a spacious wardrobe. A chest of drawers is available if required and a desk and your own TV can be provided. The bathroom is shared with a young adult male and there are two separate lounge areas both with TVs . We are a busy household away during the day at work, study, or at the gym. There is a lovely garden and outdoor area with barbecue. We have a small dog so no other pets sorry!
This one bedroom is the perfect abode for a neat and friendly person. Situated in Crace, Canberra's friendliest suburb, the room is furnished with a queen bed and boasts a double wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto the library/reading space which has it's own entrance and sliding door for privacy. You also have your own private toilet and a large bathroom. The house has gas cooking and reverse cycle ducted a/c and heating. Although this is a 4 bedroom home, you will only be sharing the house with my very friendly, small (6kg), old (13), lazy hypoallergenic dog and myself. Occasionally I am away which means you will often have the home to yourself. Aside from the open living area, I have furnished the second living area as a library and have a room dedicated to drying the laundry and a separate guest bedroom that is often used for yoga. My home is less than 5 minutes from the bus stop and the shopping precinct which includes a supermarket, 24 hour gym, bulk billing medical clinic, thai massage parlour, hair dresser and eateries. If you are interested in the room please contact me with the following details about yourself: 1. Who are you? (Occupation, age etc.) 2. What are your interests? Inspection of the room can be organized promptly. If you are interested please contact me with your answers to the above questions. Please note that the room is for a dog loving, tidy and respectful non-smoker.
I am a young Christian woman, new to canberra working in the community sector. I am respectful of other people’s space and generally keep to myself but easy to get along with if you fancy a chat. Neat and tidy.
I’m 24 years old active work full time and live a very busy life, I am from the Coast and go there every weekend so I will only be there Monday - Friday! I’m very clean and looking for a room :)
I bake. A lot. I’m heading back to uni so will be living the student life part time. Most days I'm up early to hit the gym and work pretty long days. My party days a loooong behind me but I enjoy the occasional Friday night drinks, BBQ or girls night (because I’m too old for that s***). And who doesn’t enjoy a chilled out night on the couch watching Netflix 🤷🏾♀️
Hi, my name is Sean, I'm 41, I work as a business analyst, which is basically a 9 to 5er. I'm a social guy who likes to keep fit and play music. I also do most of my own cooking, and would be happy to share that with housemates.
Hi, my name is Nat and I've got a room available in our quiet, fully furnished house in Crace for $143 a week. With one of our housemates just moved out, we're looking to have someone in as soon as possible. The house is less than 5 years old, and you'd be moving in with a bunch of friendly guys. We're all in our 20's, work full time and study. We definitely skew more towards playing board games and watching TV than partying and making a whole heap of noise and mess. I like to live in quieter, friendly houses and have a strong belief in respecting those that I live with. If you'd fit the bill, feel free to drop me a line. Rent includes internet, which is stupid fast thanks to our friends at the NBN. Also, we've got a cat and she's very cute and friendly.
I have been living in Canberra for six months so far. I work full time with the ACT public service, and am based in Belconnen. I like cooking, sewing, singing, painting, and movies! I'm tidy and respectful, and not really into big parties. I have a two year old white-and-tabby indoor cat in Melbourne who I am looking to bring to Canberra. She's sweet and happy, doesn't really bother people, and has a rear joint displaysia which means she can't jump onto kitchen benches, and can't free-range outside. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in a quiet, laid-back house. Ideally with heating and cooling, off street parking, and some kind of outside space. I have a tv, freezer, and bedroom furniture, and am happy to provide any other furniture if needed.
Hi there, I'm Liza and I'm looking for a long-term rental for 2019. I'm 24 y.o. studying physiotherapy full time at the University of Canberra. I have lived independently in a number of share houses in the past. I'm very flexible and always down to chat/hang out. I enjoy the outdoors, I'm a non-smoker and I'm pretty easy going, tidy and clean. I'm looking to find a place with chilled room mates, close to uni and just general positive vibes. My current lease ends on the 31st of Jan but for the right place I'd be happy to look at starting an earlier contract.
24 year old friendly and approachable male Into superhero movies and videogames and love a semi-social environment where personal space is respected but not always a necessity! love a cold beer and the football from time to time and regularly go for hikes and camping in Canberra's surrounding mountains Love a good coffee and greatly enjoy animals and any house with pets would be wonderful! I am very adaptable and am happy to live in any sort of environment Looking forward to hearing from you!
My name is Emilia, I've been in Canberra for almost a year now and work full time at a university. I'm looking to find a nice and friendly sharehouse that I can call my home for a little while :) I've sharehoused previously. I'm neat and tidy, I like to catch up and have a chat with housemates at the end of the day but also keep pretty busy trying to get out for a walk or some yoga after work, and respect the need for down time.
Engineering student at UC in my last year studying software engineering and networks engineering. I work part time, clean, tidy, considerate and organised. I spend a lot of time studying and in my free time i like to cook, gym and socialise :)
Hi , I am new to Australia from Ireland , looking to find a decent clean house to share with easy going , open minded people like myself. I am working full time and looking to move in somewhere with a 6+ month contract.
I tend to be quiet and keep to myself most of the the time , but always keen to hang out . I work full time 5 to 6 days a week , but if im not working on the weekend i usually try to go away somewhere so im not really home alot .
I’m a down to earth person, usually I come home late just after work. I’m really friendly and love to have a good chat. I like to watch movies, have drinks occasionally and love pets. I’m an apprentice chef working full time in Lyneham and would like to stay somewhere close to work. I ask go to cit once a week to study commercial cookery.
We’re two friends, who enjoy socialising but also respect people’s space 🙂. We’ve lived in sharehouses before so we know the importance of being clean and considerate to other roommates. We have a great sense of humour too.
