Hello potential flatmate! I'm Carolina and I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm a female, 32 years old, non-smoker, originally from Brazil but living in Australia for 5 years already. I work as a massage therapist in Glenelg and I'm doing a degree in Psychotherapy in the city. I'm friendly and enjoy a chat over tea or a glass of wine but also value my down time. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of others' space and privacy. I'm trustworthy and reliable with paying rent on time and in keeping the house clean. I enjoy activities such as pilates, yoga, meditation, dancing and cultivating a healthy lifestyle. Although I don't have a pet, I love dogs and cats and would love to share a place with someone that has a trained clean pet. Looking forward to hear from you! Cheers, Carolina

Hi I'm Andy, I am returning from a stint of flight training in Hobart to commence work back in Adelaide. I am very clean, friendly and respectful. I like cooking, looking after my health, going for walks, standup paddle boarding etc. Looking for a clean house with friendly, clean and respectful house mates. I have rented and shared before and have good references. If you feel I’m a good match for your share house, I’d love to hear from you.

I am quiet, I like to have peace after arriving from work, I like netflix, I like privacy, I like to live surrounded by nature. I believe in karma, I always try to do things in the right way, I like animals, I like to travel, I am dedicated, responsible, clean. I can cook something typical of Costa Rica and you probably like it (It has already happened to me) :) I am the lost brother of some people!
I'm Lauren, writer at heart but working in digital marketing by day. Love baking, reading, brunching and the occasional Friday night wine-down. Own my own unit but considering renting it out to save some dosh. I'm tidy, friendly and respectful, and looking at sharehouses with predominantly female members, no pets (or hypoallergenic ones) and a tidy home with good internet and a/c.
Oh haaay I’m Elyza 🙋🏽♀️ I’m down to earth, open minded, have a good sense of humour (in my opinion 🤷🏽♀️) and connect well with other like-minded company. I enjoy social settings with the casual drink or two and also value my wind down time and respect others in the same sense. I work 5-6 days a week (in retail) usually from midday to 6:30pm and in my spare time I’m either veging out watching Netflix, long boarding, at the beach, or just out socialising with friends in general on some spontaneous adventure. I appreciate a positive environment that’s clean and somewhat organised, as well as common sense and courtesy when it comes to share areas, other people’s belongings and cleaning up after yourself. Also appreciate open communication and respectful assertiveness to address any concerns and issues :) * Require an unfurnished room. * My rent budget is pretty firm so that’s including most bills but happy to split when it comes to electricity/gas/internet bills. * Also I work in the Marion area and do not drive so prefer travel time to be no longer than 20mins. * Please contact me ONLY via flatmates messages. ✌🏼
Hello my name is Tyler I'm a 28yr old student and part time labourer. I'm looking for a place close to the beach but that is not essential. I don't smoke, occasionally drink but don't care if you smoke or drink. Ideally the place would be safe and a friendly environment which isn't a constant party place. If I might be a fit, please let me know. Cheers
Hey! I'm Tom, I'm a 26 year old and study English and history at uni, I'm out of the house doing uni related things most days. I love reading, music and film, I'm out with friends a lot but don't drink much, and am quite open to new things and new people. On weekends I'm equally as comfortable in town, at the beach or relaxing at home.
This is a 1920's bungalow with high ceilings. 3 bedrooms (BIR) in total, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and air conditioning in main areas. It has an outside entertaining area with bbq which opens to large open plan living including large kitchen. There is a formal dining lounge and formal lounge in which my guests can decorate and use as they please. (Example. private tv room ) There are 2 rooms for rent. Perfect lifestyle for those who love the beach and cafes and prefer a relaxed and peaceful home to retreat. I am after someone who is clean and respectful to others. both rooms have brand new ensemble beds.
Relaxed, warm and friendly atmosphere living with female. Lovely views, quiet location situated 100 metres from esplanade, 5 minute walk to the bus, supermarket, Organic Cafe and Broadway Hotel, 10 minute walk to Glenelg jetty and tram. Unfurnished room with ceiling fan, split cycle heating/cooling and plenty of cupboard space. Modern bathroom and kitchen, gas stove/oven, laundry, front and rear balcony.
I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! The house I am currently renting has been sold, so I am putting the feelers out for something new. I have until September to find something, but also probably the flexibility to get out sooner. So anywhere between May and September may be realistic I want to a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. A house big enough for everyone to have their own space. I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'm happy to sell some of my stuff or use it all. This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms ideally, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $160-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. That's a pretty wide range there and depend on what you want for yourself. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. She's not the most social dog, but generally company would be good for her. Gets along better with male dogs I'm 42 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and trail running or hiking, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook! She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. That's all for now, if you're looking for something similar, get in touch!
I’m looking for a friendly and cheap yard/garden/shed to park a caravan and live at with my cool child. I’m a very friendly person, interested in different humans but also respect everyone’s own space.
G'day I'm Jordy. Looking for good people to rent a house with. Ideally people who are fun and laidback but tidy! I run a tech company so I don't spend a lot of time at home. I like to play different sports and enjoy travelling.
Irish girl that’s been living in Australia for the last 8 years! Easy going, loves a glass of wine & having great laughs. I work 45+ hrs a week in the great Industry that is hospitality. I am a tidy person that cleans up after my self & has no issues with helping out around the house! Over all I don’t take life too seriously I work hard so what’s the point.
Relaxed, easy going, tidy and respect your privacy. Family guy, who will tend to travel to Melbourne each weekend. Coming to Adelaide for work 4-6 month assignment. Okay with pets. Prefer non-smoking home.
