I have two cats that are very clean and house trained, they are outside most of the day and I keep them in at night. I'd preferably love a house close to the beach with plenty of space. I am unemployed at the moment, but I am determined and continuously looking for work. I will financially be able to pay for rent. I am a responsible, tidy individual and am very respectful of personal space. I would describe myself as very creative and loves listening to K-Pop. I am extremely into gaming and am currently playing Final Fantasy XV. Hopefully one day I'd like to learn how to speak Korean. I would prefer to live with females in their 20's and I don't mind if you smoke (preferably smoke outside though). I would love it if the bedroom was furnished :). I can cook, clean and perform household chores. My budget is $130 per week (including bills) and would love it if you had internet, especially to help out with completing my assignments. If you are interested in having me as a flatmate then message me. Cheers, Mekayla
Hi! I’m seeking a like-minded 35-55 yo female to share a spacious townhouse in Glenelg North. The place is 7 minutes from the nearest tram stop and a 20-30 minute walk to the beach and cafes. Actually there’s a gourmet burger bar and Greek takeaway closer than that come to think of it (I haven't tried them). AVAILABLE MID SEPTEMBER The townhouse has lots of natural light, 2 lockable carports, 2 separate living spaces, gas cooking, gas hot water for the excellent shower, powder room, reverse cycle heating/cooling in each bedroom and the lounge, BIRs, big linen cupboard, front and back courtyards, second toilet off the separate laundry. I currently don’t have a microwave or TV by choice. Happy if you want to bring though, not fussed, but I don’t think we’d be compatible if you watch TV most nights. Sure, I miss a big TV screen sometimes, and love movies but I more prefer the idea and energy of playing card/board games around my extendable dining table. Hasn’t happened yet, but it could …. The one downfall for you would be that the second bedroom is kinda small and would best suit a double bed; a queen would be squishy but livable, but as I originally said, it's a spacious townhouse so there's plenty of room elsewhere. I’m security conscious and prefer to keep the front and back screen doors flick-locked at all times. Something that’s pretty important to me is a peaceful, quiet start to the day which means no morning radio or TV (that’s not negotiable). Also is a non-smoking household and we're not allowed pets. If this sounds do-able, even kinda nice, please get in touch! 😊
Our apartment is located on the beach with views overlooking the ocean and city. We have a balcony bed for summer drinks, balcony bar and underground parking. Our place is walking distance from Glenelg which has transport directly to the Adelaide CBD.
Hi my names Ebony, I'm 19 years old and think of myself as a friendly, out going and easy person to get along with. Love animals, all things involving the beach, hanging out with friends and going out for a coffee/wine. I currently live on the North Esplanade in Glenelg and absolutely love it, it's just my rents a bit pricey and I would love to be putting my money towards more important things. Seeking in Glenelg area or surrounding suburbs. $160 max. house already furnished would be a plus. Boys or girls. Have great references from current house mates or landlords. 19 yes, but I hardly am out as I work most weekends. Very tidy and will respect your privacy.

Hi, I'm Raphaël, french traveller, neat and friendly, I'm looking for a room in friendly flat or house, my goal is to find a job and stay 6 months or less if you want. I love to meet people aroud the world and share our differents customs. I practise a lots of sports and play piano, and also enjoy relaxing days for watch movies (Denzel Washington is the best ;) ) and listing all kind of musics aroud good beer or glass of wine. Cook is my passion, so it will be a pleasure to cook for my flatmates!! (with french wine of course ;) ) So, here we go!
Looking for a room available immediately, ideally for 4-6 months although any flexible/short term stay rooms will be considered. I'm a neat, tidy and reliable student studying and working part-time.
I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! I think I have found the perfect house to share, now I need someone who wants to rent it with me! I want to a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. A house big enough for everyone to have their own space. I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $200-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. I have my eye on a house just like that in Glengowrie. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. I'm 40 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and triathlon, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook!. She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only.
Have just moved here this week & looking for share accom as I have just been offered and accepted a full time job in the CBD. Well travelled and a fair bit of life experience enjoyed, I am an easy going person who enjoys a mix of people and experiences that life presents along the way. I enjoy my own company as well as having a good conversation about life, the world and beyond.

Hi there. I work at AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board) casually and also work in a Kitchen 2-3 days a week. I'm a Elder School of music graduate so I play Flute Clarinet and Sax and play in a few ensembles which keeps me busy. In my current living situation I can leave anytime I want and no need to break the lease. Also my previous housemate can be used a reference. I like using a cleaning roster in which everyone pitches in to help out which is a good plan. Hope to hear from you. Cheers. Steve :)
Hi my names Adam, I am currently unemployed but have previously worked in sales and marketing, hospitality and retail for the last 7 years. I love going to the beach, keeping fit and having a laugh with mates, love sports like AFL NBA Rugby and a bit of soccer.
My boyfriend and I are looking for a nice place to stay while I finish my studies. We are a quiet couple and wouldn't be behind on rent. I may be 17 but I'm mature for my age and pull my weight around the house
Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
I'm married for 20 years, have 2 kids and am emigrating to your wonderful country. I'm very interested in meeting different people and would love to learn from you what is great about your country. I'm neat and clean and very amiable.
hey ! I'm Shannon, I'm 20 and work full time in the city and currently looking for somewhere closer to work. I have a small white fluff ball named Oliver who is an absolute sook but lovable. Banter game is pretty strong so preferably wanting to live with someone who can have a laff, in saying that I totally respect personal space and will try to remember to put pants on if your parents come over(no promises). At the end of the day I'm just looking for someone who will pay rent on time and not make my life a living hell. Okay with girls/guys/couples as I have experience with living with all of the above.
