We're looking for a third for a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Glengowrie SA (Just near Morphettville Racecourse)! This means it's easy access to the city via tram or car, and a stone's throw to Glenelg and Marion shopping centre. The available bedroom is a furnished 3.70m x 3.00m bedroom (dresser, wardrobe and double bed. I do ask that you BYO mattress, however). The room has a shady, north-facing window adjacent to the backyard, ducted cooling, and a lockable door. The house itself is very spacious, with 2 living areas, a meals area and a good-sized kitchen. You'll share the common bathroom with only one other person. Outside is a paved undercover entertaining area, skirted by a small lawn, garden and two small sheds (workshop and garden). Internet and utilities included in the rent (with a small house kitty cost to keep all the house and pantry essentials stocked). There's also plenty of games that I'm happy to share. Pets are welcome, however one dog at a time is plenty (check back in December!). No cats, as I am allergic. No smokers, please. *Please note, the photos are for room reference only. I've just spent the last 7 months traveling and discovered how incredible it is being away from the nest. I have hopes to move to Melbourne in March and am house sitting till the beginning of January so am looking for a short rental term of about 2 months at this stage with the option of extending. I am an outgoing, self sufficient, fun loving, tidy person. I am managing partner at our family accounting firm but my hours are super flexible. I abhor structure and routine so make it my life mission to challenge myself and do new and interesting things. I’m a happy single 28 year old with a gorgeous Cavalier. His toilet trained and just loves a cuddle. I work full time as a Business Development Manager. I enjoy being out and about with the dog at the beach or dog park. I like to be at the gym for an early morning session. I do have 2 year old border collie who I will be looking to take with me where ever I move so pet friendly places are a must. He is not very noisy and rarely barks unless there is something unusual in the yard and he is very friendly to both people and other dogs. In my spare time when I'm not working or studying I catch up with friends and take the dog out on big nature walks.
