“We are looking to rent a single queen size bedroom in our modern, large, Hocking single-story, four-bedroom home with shared use of our secondary bathroom. The room is big enough to fit a queen size bed and desk or dresser. We could furnish a desk if needed, otherwise the room is unfurnished, but happy to furnish if needed. Our home has a open theater room, family room, large dining area, chef's kitchen, and a backyard alfresco area with barbecue. Our home is highly secured (safe). We have on-street verge parking for your car. We are fitness minded people and are only interested in non-smokers and light / social drinkers. Strictly no drugs. This room would work great for a single employed / professional person or student. This is a mid to long term rental with preferably a 3 month minimum and ideally 6-12 + months or longer. Our location is ideally situated within easy reach of the Hocking Woolworths retail and cafe strip (7-minute walk), Large park (2 minute walk), Bus stops that will take you to Joondalup shops or Whitfords train station 5 minute walk away. I work full time as a hairdresser in mt Lawley, I work long hours and only at home at night time during the week and Sunday,Mondays. I am tidy where it counts (shared household areas) , but to be honest my room gets a little messy with my clothes everywhere, anyone who says their rooms are clean all the time are liars haha. I'm fun and bubbly , love to be social and get along with my house mates. Don't like living in a house full of awkwardness. But obviously love my alone time as well because I do work long hours. I am a bigger curvier girl , would love a house mate who is into fitness and will make me go to the gym with them hahah. I'm looking for a long term private rental or long term share accommodation/room for rent with access to primary neccessaries (ie use of fridge, pantry, bathroom etc), as well as wifi access if possible as I enjoy my gaming etc. Employed fulltime as a warehouse person in Wangara (7am - 3.30pm with occasional early starts/late finishes depending on time of year and current workloads) so some where within a 20-30min drive to work would be preferred, though not essential, and am paid fortnightly, so would be paying rent in that period (if this is an issue I'm able to pay weekly). Would prefer off-street/garage parking, however on-street is fine providing it is directly in front of property (I love my car, even though she has a little bit of cosmetic work needing to be done haha). Currently am not in need, but will be in need of something by the end of September.

I'm a 20 year old female, working full time. Barely home on my days off or either home but keeping to myself. I am very social and love to chat, but I definitely know my place and will give the space that is needed. I have 2 beautiful indoor kittens, that are cuddly but keep to themselves a lot of the time. My female has recently just had 6 kittens but will be selling them as soon as they are of age (5th November they can be sold). I am very tidy and am always on top of my mess. Currently renting with a roommate but due to cleanliness and age I am looking to find someone else that will respect a tidy house and is mature enough to know the stakes of ruining the house.
