To live with - I value my own space as much as socialising, I'm health-conscious, enjoy occasional drinks with friends. I’m rational, open minded, very used to living with others and understand shared cleaning duties, noise awareness, mutual respect, not breaking things etc.
I dislike dirty dishes in the sink, overflowing bins and bad smells.
I am financially secure, rent will never be an issue, I work 4-5 days a week, never nights. I like to get out the house when I'm not at work.
I won't be running your water, gas, electricity bill up unnecessarily, don't worry.
Not looking for a party house, though I don't want to stress about having a friend over once and a while. It would be nice to have a tranquil chill place to relax and unwind in.
My ideal housemate(s) would be mature, laid back, clean, friendly. Absolutely no room for dramas. It would be awesome to hang out if we click, maybe have a meal every now and then, go out have some fun. Hopefully we have some shared interests
