Hey, we are Dan and Lucia, and we're seeking a room to rent preferably from December. We're a laid back couple moving to Ballarat from Adelaide. I'm an Australian, and my girlfriend is from Slovakia. We're both friendly and well-kept. I'll be working full time for Mars next year, and my girlfriend will also be working. In our spare time we enjoy travel and making the most of the city we're living in. We're open to people from all backgrounds, and we're excited to move in with some cool people. We're both non-smokers.
Hi there! I am finishing up my first year of uni, studying Education and need to find a place off res. I currently work at Aldi for between 25-30 hours a week. I am not really a fan of the party scene, hence moving off residence, and am seeking a place where I can feel comfortable and relax. I love to cook, am a Christian, really friendly and mostly a homebody. If pets are on the table that would be stellar, however I also understand that at this point in time having a place to live takes precedence. Cheers! :)
I am currently studying Primary Education at Federation University, I am looking for somewhere to live for at least three months, preferably longer if possible. I work part time at two different jobs, as well as having to study. While I can be a loud person when around people I know, I am very respectful of other people and their needs and wants.
Couple, both nursing students at Federation University. Cat fosters, we currently have one interesting cat, Tilly. Alicia - PCA at Bupa Ballarat. Clean and tidy. Enjoys social drinks. Moved from Tasmania to study. Meagan - Currently works at McDonald's. Easy going, polite. Clean and tidy.
Two bedrooms available in this enormous, beautiful 5 bedroom fully renovated and extended home set among beautiful private gardens. Quiet street and close to bus stop, city centre, gym, parks and shops. 13 min drive to fed uni. NBN available. Central gas heating. Open-space living with modern European appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Floor boards through-out and bedrooms boast high ceilings with large windows and fireplaces. Kitty cat friendly. 1 room available now (unfurnished) with the second becoming available Dec 5th (furnished). Prices are negotiable.
Looking for a fully furnished home (with BIR) that is well insulated, close to the CBD and bus route, then try this? House has A/C, Gas heating, Off Peak EHWS, off street parking, solar PV array, Garden maintained by the owner. Looking for someone who requires a quiet, peaceful, smoke and pet free environment. Bond and references are required. You only need your bedding and be a person who is clean and quiet. Utility costs are dependent on NBN Internet plan chosen and usage. There is currently one female Uni student in residence. Will negotiate and consider a short term agreement.

The following reference sums me up: I, Frances ________, (having previously lived with him for at least 25 years) can attest to the fact, as a housemate, MICHAEL is the following: 1. A very responsible person who is never late to pay his bills (rent / utilities, etc). 2. An excellent cook (who always cleans up after himself) !!! 3. Is always neat and tidy and is very handy with a vacuum cleaner and a mop. 4. Is a quiet and non-argumentative person, always eager to please and keep the peace. 5. All round, a very NICE and pleasant person, who would be an asset to any household !!!
Hi I'm Michelle, I'm 21 years old and am studying a Bachelor of Education at Federation University. I am friendly, talkative and love the outdoors. I have lived out of home for 2 years and am a clean, reliable housemate.
Hey I am Nik and just got a full-time job at the red lion hotel, I am currently living in Melbourne but due to my visa conditions I need to live and work in a regional area so that's why I am looking for a place for myself only.
Good day, Sara and I have been together for two years now. She has just graduated from uni and is looking for work and I am still a student / working part time. We have shared accommodation previously and are more than happy to provide reference. The old housemate was very satisfied with our living habits and conditions. I have done military reserves, hence I am neat and tidy. Do know how to share and how to respect others. I am there when there is a need to be and I have been told that I am fun to be around. Sara is just a lovely and loveable person that anyone can tolerate. Mostly we will be out at uni or working and when we come back in the evening, we do love a chat and maybe some sort of card games from time to time. Both Sara and I are clean freaks, sometimes too clean but hey that's never a bad thing :P Feel free to call or email and ask any questions that you may have. Cheers, Lucas and Sara
