I'm a 25-year-old Master's in Management (CEMS) student from Canada doing my exchange term at the University of Sydney. I'm clean, have had chef's training (love to cook), and have a passion for travel. I'm a quiet roommate but love to get out and have fun
We are a lovely swedish couple who are easy to live with. We are in Sydney to settle down, work and enjoy life for a couple of months. We are clean and tidy and love having a good time aswell.
We are jumping the ditch (from NZ) in January this year and are currently looking for somewhere to live in Sydney, the more central the better although also very open to living near the beach! We are both young professionals (lawyers but please don't hold that against us) who enjoy keeping fit, eating out, and socialising in our spare time. We are both well travelled and love meeting new people. We are also planning on bringing over our cat Archie, so are looking to live somewhere that is pet/cat friendly, and with people who are animal lovers. He's a sassy tabby cat who loves a good cuddle and is everyone's best friend (unless you're a bird), so isn't difficult to have around. If you have a room in your place/are also looking for somewhere and think we sound like a good match to live with then please get in touch!
Full time working professional in the cbd. I am clean, neat, tidy and like a quiet place after work. I also enjoy occasional glass of wine and watching movie with flatmates.
Tidy, easy going person who enjoys going out but also a night in with a bit of Netflix! I work in Marketing full time and am out of the house a lot on week days as if I'm not working, I'm trying to drag myself to the gym.
Hi I'm Mark. I'm a High school teacher in North Sydney. I enjoy keeping fit and active, listening to a bit of live music and reading the paper in the sun. I like being social but can handle entertaining myself. Happy to cook/clean/shop.
I'm an easy going guy who's recently moved over from England, I'm always up for a laugh and enjoy meeting new people. I'm clean and tidy so hopefully easy to live with in that sense too! Ideally I'd really like a place with fun people who hang out together. My interests include all sorts so I'm really down for anything whether it's going out for drinks / food, watching a film or sport, exploring Sydney or just lying on the beach I'm happy. I'm currently living in Coogee with people who are moving onto Melbourne but I am staying in the Sydney area to continue my job in the cbd.
Hi there, my name is Isabel and I'm a 25 year old student originally from Berlin. I'll be studying in Sydney for a semester starting in late February. I am easy going, clean and fun to live with. I have lived in shares flats in the Netherlands, Germany, Argentina and Ireland for over 4 years now. I'm not the greatest cook so I can't offer any German specialties unfortunately. I'm always up for exploring the city and surroundings, museums and galleries, sharing a drink, going to a concert or just watching a movie. Looking forward to meeting you! Isabel
Hey! My name is Tyler and I'm a 23 year old Canadian coming to Sydney in Feb! I'm looking to grab a place with some people for a short period of time... I have 6 weeks down but could be longer. I have a few jobs lined up when I get down there but will hopefully be working full time. Pretty easy on who lives with me. I'm going to be going out and exploring, and also getting into the nightlife so you have to be comfortable with that. I go to the gym a lot and will be looking to play rugby for a team in syd! Cheers!
Hi, I currently work full time in Sydney CBD in the Real Estate industry. I like to look after my health & fitness, love the outdoors. I am recently single and enjoy my own space and time. My day to day basis consists of leaving at 7am and returning home around 8pm after going to the gym. My family live in Queensland and visit them every couple of months, rarely they come to Sydney, and if so, one person comes for about 2-4 nights max.
I'm a friendly person who would love to join activities yet like to make sure the living space is quiet enough not to disturb anyone. A tidy and neat flatmate that will keep the area clean. Willing to join with students and professionals who can share similar lifestyle.
I am a 24 year old lawyer from Adelaide who is moving to Sydney in January 2017 to start a new job. I will be working full-time in the Sydney CBD. I am sociable but very clean, quiet and polite. I love catching up with friends but also enjoy spending time on my own. I would love flatmates who are happy for a chat / meals etc together.
I'm Jacob! I'm 23 years old and I'm an American who is moving to Sydney and arrives on 18 January, so I'm obviously kind of new to the area. I'm really easy to get along with, I like to help out as much as I can, and I will clean up after myself. While I do not have a job as of this posting, I will be looking for employment as soon as I arrive so as to have steady income. I'm pretty laid back and I've got a good sense of humor, so there's that. Also no one in my life has ever described me as "creepy." I'm not picky and I'm pretty much open to anything. While the length of stay says 3 months, I'm open and flexible to anything really, so that is not set in stone. Also, I didn't vote for Trump.
Hello everyone. I am a multi-racial, quiet but relatively outgoing person. Ambivert so I am not exactly allergic to people. There are just days I can't talk to people because of work. Definitely no vices, except for work which mostly have a lot to do with computers and hacking. I don't leave mess or dirt anywhere. A minimalist. I don't make noise, even when I sleep. Relatively open-minded. I respect people who are different from me, as long as they do not kill, steal and violate laws.
Navin Sivanathan, a recent engineering graduate from UNSW. Lived in Sri Lanka, excited and looking for a new start. Love to meet new people. Love travelling, music, dancing and reading. I am looking for a real homely place, so moving in date is flexible. Please feel free to contact me. Would love to have a chat and see how things go from there....
My partner Neil and I are returning to Sydney after taking a hiatus from work to travel. A little about us: We are a young couple in our mid-late 20s. Neil is Scottish with permanent residency in oz and I am Canadian and we are currently going through the partner visa sponsorship process. Neil works as an emergency room doctor and I will be pursuing a career in marketing. We have been travelling for the past 8 months on and off and are pretty social. We love going out for food/drinks at cool spots, hanging out in parks, and activities like swimming and bouldering.
Hi, My name is Beth, I am a student here, I work cleaning in the mornings and at night I work in a bar in Newtown, I am nice, I do not like a lot of mess, parties until late, I love clean places and no cockroaches (I hate cockroaches), I am honest and I'm looking for a comfortable room for myself. Thank you
I am a French Canadian looking to meet people and have a good time in Sydney. I will be working full time there but I like socializing in the evening. I am clean and tidy. I'm a quiet person but i LOVE people. FYI I make the perfect tea after dinner!
I am a little hipster at heart and would love to grow my own vegetables some day. I am always out by the beach or going on hikes. Coffee, music, smiles, ocean, and a positive attitude to life is all I need to be perfectly happy :)
Hello my name is Christiane. I am 29 years old and from germany. Im here in Sydney to o do some work and travel. I was 3 months in south east asia before and stayed only in hostels. Im here to work, so hostels are sometimes a little bit to busy and loud. Espascially when you try to sleep, because you have to work the next morning. Thats why i am looking for a more quite place for me. Im a funny person and clean person. If you want to have a chat with me or if you need time for your own - both for me is fine, because sometimes you want to have people arround you and sometimes you are still tired from work. I will have a full time job, so im not in the flat/ room all day. Sometimes i like to go out, but in the next months the focus will be more to work and earn money :)
We are a mature & cosmopolitan couple. We are arriving in Sydney after 4 years living in Melbourne. Before that we have lived in Venezuela, and USA (SF & Miami). We are both architects who enjoy life's details. Amateur runners, yogis and foodies. We want a nice place to stay while we continue to explore the city to find a place for a longer term stay, where we may be able to get a pet and grow a little garden.
Hi Everyone, My name is Sugianto Lauw. I am 28 year old guy working in market research and retail who speak 6 languages (Indonesian, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish) albeit in different level of fluency. I am from Melbourne where I have been for the last 9 years but have since moved to Sydney for work and I have been in Sydney since February living in Waterloo. I love the area but I’m ready for a move and I am happy to live a bit closer to the city to cut down my travel time to work and I would like to find a place that is close to the train station. I am an outgoing, friendly, social person, as well as extremely clean and considerate other people spaces and privacy. I lead quite the busy life during the week so I would like to keep it like home. But that doesnt necessarily mean I wont be having a few cheeky drinks or two. :) On the weekends though, I am very social and active, usually catching up with friends at a bar or restaurant, going to the gym. I am always happy to chill and up for a chat or activities. I like social environment. I also love to cook, travel, and be creative. I always pay my bills on time, respectful and always strive to keep a clean house. I have been living in sharehouses for the last 9 years and always keep my things clean and tidy so you don’t have to worry about that. Oh, I also have my Netflix and Stan account and you are welcome to use it as well. And I have got a modem router and the extender that can extend the range of your wi-fi as well. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. Sugi
Hi! I'm Savvy, looking for a new place as my lease is coming to an end. Im a young professional working in the legal field, in theCBD, originally from Melbourne with a love for sunny Sydney! I love the beach, gym and good company. Love a night out but also chilled times at home with chats and a movie are most welcome. I work 9-5 (usually later...) and am pretty easy going. Oh and I would never say no to a jog/workout buddy or a sneaky drink at the local once in a while :) Cheers!
A super easy going but clean and considerate English couple looking for a room in a shared house. Both really into music and movies, and love to meet new like-minded people from all over the world, and if you like to have a drink that's even better!
Creative, social & extroverted. Like to play the guitar, cook & read. Other passions? craft beer, astronomy, art & philosophy. Prior to Aus, I lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and I've lived in multi-cultural share houses and understand the dynamics of living in share homes. I worked with EY for around 4 years before moving to Aus to study at Uni. Currently, I work for Deloitte in the Sydney CBD. I'm 27 and looking to live in a home with other social, respectful and mature individuals in their mid to late 20's. I'm looking for a large room, preferably furnished. Location is everything, the house needs to have good public transport connectivity. Non-smoking household preferred. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every once in a while but I'm not a party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. I spend considerable time reading & studying music, and I will be doing long hours at work during the week. As much as I like to be social I respect others privacy and need for space.
