I am a qualified lawyer currently working part-time. I like meeting new people, watching films/television shows. I also perform in short films as a hobby. I am very neat and clean and I also respect people's privacy.
Hey!!! I am a student at UTS.Recently moved to Sydney and loving it so far! I am looking for friendly people preferably living near the uni. I am pretty good at adjustments and an easy going person in general. also I am a clean roommate( most of the time ).
Hello!! me and my partner james are looking to move out asap into a sharehouse which doesn't mind our fur baby Uri who is the love of our lives. James is a 21 year old philosphy student/vegetarian/barista/craft beer expert(or so he likes to think lmao) I'm Karan, I'm vegan, 19 and working as a tele-fundraiser for charity while i also plan to study to become a mental health crisis worker!! our cat uri is 9 months old, he is a strictly inside cat who knows how to use the litter and is very particular about his little area being clean and ready to go for him. James works mornings 7am-3;30pm and i work evenings, 12-8pm so one of us is always going to be home to make sure Uri is all loved up! although i'm sure uri wouldn't mind an extra hand or two for pats, he also acts more like a dog than a cat. he gets very very happy when he sees people coming home from work or school which is perhaps the cutest thing ever. but we are super keen to move out into a long term stay of at least a year! we are willing to jump on a lease!
Hi guys, I'm Les. I've been living Sydney for almost 8 years. I completed my Bachelor and Master degree here. I obtained my Permanent Resident few months ago. Then as a reward to myself, I decided to travel around Europe for two months. I just got back from Europe a couple of days ago. Now I am looking for a new place. I am outgoing, people person and very friendly. :) Let me know if you have something to offer or wanna teamups.
I'm moving back to Sydney (after a 10 year absence) to start my dream job in radio. I've also lived in Queensland and Victoria, and I am used to living with people of all kinds of nationalities and backgrounds. I'm really easy going, but happy to help around the house to keep things tidy. I'm well past the party animal phase of my life, but I'm social and happy to have a chat with the people I live with over drinks and dinner.
Im 25 almost 26, I am a full-time primary teacher looking for a relaxed and social place to stay and enjoy when i get home from work during the week, I like making new friends and enjoying a good laugh, I look forward to meeting some friendly new people :)
We are a young brazilian couple going to Australia to study, work and have some fun. We will arrive in Australia on 10th December. First we are looking for a place to stay for a month and then if we like the place we can stay the other 5 months of our period in Australia. We are not hard party people but we like to make new friends and take some beer sometimes, we love travel and go to the beach. We are a clean and organize couple, very friendly and easy going too.
Hey Guys, I'm Tobi, I am from the Sutherland Shire, I am studying to be a psychologist starting next year. I work full time in the city at the moment. I am really laidback and always up to chill with a few drinks.
The home is available for viewing by appointment. Seeking housemate for a room in prestigious home in a great location with fabulous views. The perfect location to set up for study and relaxation. Shops and great walks nearby. Great bus service down the road and 8 minute drive from University of Canberra. It is 22 minutes from ANU via William Hovell Drive. This room is unique in the house with private access. There are are five lounge/retreat areas in the house, large garden, court yard and put put golf. $50 per week for utilities including electricity, water, gas and internet. Room can be furnished.
WHO: I’m planning to move from Melbourne to Canberra soon - I have my eyes on ANU in 2018 so I want to spend the next year working and getting myself set up in Canberra. I’m quiet, independent and prefer to keep to myself. I’m not unfriendly and am happy to chat now and then but I am definitely not a party person. I’m clean, tidy and organised – when you see me around the house it will most likely be when I’m cleaning or in the kitchen preparing my meals for the week. I’m (mostly) vegan, don’t drink or smoke, and I am queer-friendly and pet-friendly. WHAT: I’m looking for a tidy sharehouse that I can come home to after work and on weekends knowing I can relax in peace and quiet. Ideal housemates will be tidy, responsible, and considerate of others. I don’t mind if you drink/smoke/eat meat as long as there’s no smoking indoors or drunkenness, and you don’t hang **** on me about my choices! I am looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a single bed, large chest of drawers, bookcase and desk. I will also need somewhere to park my car and some space in a kitchen cupboard for the bit of kitchenware I have. Internet access is also desirable. I’m hoping not to spend more than $200pw (plus bills) but would consider paying more for the right place. I’m hoping to stay long-term, but will also consider short-term opportunities. WHERE: As a newbie to Canberra I have no preference for area, so don’t be put off if your suburb is not in my list. My priority is finding the right place with affordable rent. WHEN: I can be flexible – hoping for mid- November but it will depend on what happens with work in Melbourne and, of course, when the right place is available. I would consider paying rent earlier than my actual move to secure the right place. HOW: I’m coming to Canberra next weekend (29-30 October) hoping to check out some places on the Saturday, and Sunday if need be. So if you would like to meet me and show me your place, or know more about me, please text or message me by Friday with a bit about your place and why you think I’ll be a good fit, and we’ll go from there. I might not be able to get around to everyone so the more you can tell me, the better!
I am friendly, neat and quiet mature age student looking for reasonably priced share house arrangement for 2017. After many years in Sydney and overseas I am returning to Canberra to be closer to my family and continue my studies. I am not much of socialiser but I am reliable when it comes to paying rent (and other household costs) and helping out with the maintenance of house. I prefer living in long-term sharing set-ups and I have been living with my current flatmates for the last 3 years and we have all been on good terms. I am sad to leave Sydney I am hopefully and positive about new prospects in the ACT.
Hi, I have a lovely home with a spacious double sized room available. The home is very relaxed and welcoming just like myself and my Chinese friend who I currently share with. We are looking for someone who is like-minded and would be interested in living with us. We are both currently studying (almost finished) and would be very happy to have another student join us. I (23) currently work at a school full time and study teaching full time at UC whilst my friend (26) studies her masters in STATS at ANU. We enjoying watching netflix together and going out on weekends when we get the chance. We are super clean and tidy as you can see and are looking for someone who is also clean and tidy. About your room: Your room would be fully furnished with a queen or double bed and side tables as well as have a built in wardrobe. You would have full access to the bathroom and toilet only sharing with one other. The place is pretty modern and has a real homey feel. There is ample space in the kitchen with all the things you need. There are two fully furnished lounge rooms one with a tv in the main area and the other as a formal sitting area at the front of the house as well as a separate study (bonus!). All appliances are brand new (fridge, washing machine and dryer) ready for you to use. There is also a lovely covered outdoor area for entertaining in the warmer months. Super efficient heating and cooling and also an alarm system. We have lived in homestays both overseas and in Australia and are easy to live with. We have lived together for a year now as well as with two others who are moving on, and it has been most enjoyable. Located only 10 minutes from Belconnen and 15-20 minutes to the City and ANU this is a pretty good location. There are regular buses that come past (two doors down) which are direct to Belconnen and the City. If you ride, there are great bike paths both on-road and off. For those who drive and own a car, there is plenty of off street parking. We also live with a very shy but friendly little cat so no pets allowed unfortunately. Look forward to hearing from you :)

I'm currently still completing year 12, and intend to do further study at UNI. I've been working at a cafe for 3 years and enjoy it very much. I can be a social person, chat about mutual interests and enjoy getting to know people. I also enjoy my alone quiet time as well. I can confidently say I am mature for my age, due to growing up with a single parent and three younger brothers. Also meaning I am no stranger to cleaning up my own mess as well as assisting to keep the household tidy. I'm into reading and watching a few different TV shows, also a huge cat person, so wouldn't mind moving into a house with a cat or any type of animal! I've been in Canberra for majority of my life and intend to stay here. I'm not planning to move out until later in the year however, and just want to extend my feelers out to see what's available. Thanks!

There is only one bathroom sadly but i have never had any issues with it and the house mate. The house iso dog friendly but im not a fan of cats, however depending what it is ill consider it. There is no heating other then a fire place, its pretty old but the owner said she will replace it but up untill now it's been awesome and cheap. I am not a smoker but the house is smoker friendly and 420 friendly if your that way inclined lol. There is internet and net flix and i dont really mind if its used, go nuts 😊All rent and bills are split evenly ill spot the Netflix but 😊 Regards parking there is a car port, my and my current house mate share it atm and we try sleeze both out cars under it as much as possible. It's not alocated to anyone but if you firsthink home then your welcome to go in there but we try leave room for two car. There is heaps of space to park your car but as the house sits far back on the block.
One of our beloved housemates is moving out mid November to early December and we are seeking a professional female tenant in their mid 20's to move in and share a spacious and big house in Ngunnawal. The house is located in a quiet part of Ngunnawal and conveniently located with easy access to Horse Park Drive, Gungahlin Drive and Barton Highway towards the city. The house is fully furnished in all common property areas. Unlimited NBN internet is available ($30 per month). Water, electricity and gas bills are split evenly between all the housemates. The house is bright, airy and sunny with a great outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen is spacious and it has a great sized lounge/dining area. The house has central gas heating. You would be living with two professional female housemates, both in their mid-20s. The house is very quiet and offers a lot of privacy. The housemates are very friendly and love to have a chat however are also happy just keeping to themselves. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the housemates only, as the other housemate has the ensuite room. The female housemate sought must be considerate, clean (we are both super clean people so we are looking for someone that will also maintain the house in a clean orderly manner) and respectful but is easy to get along with. Ideally a professional worker who works standard 9-5ish days. No smoking or pets. If you are interested please send through a brief description of yourself and we can arrange a meet up.
