Close to the beach - literally 5 mins walk - 1km from shops if you want to save using your car, large kitchen and walk in pantry and seperate living area with a fan. 2 bedroom are smallish in size but you can use both if you need another room eg to watch your own tv. Large closed in backyard, gas heating in main lounge, elec cooking and mostly carpeted. Reasonable rent for the type of house. An outdoor patio and a BBQ for you to use. Sliding door access from off the sitting room directly linking to the 2 bedrooms. My room at the front of the house. Even though there is 1 bathroom the toilet is seperate and the outside area has a large shed.
Im reliable, responsible and respectful clean and tidy (very). Not looking for a party house but dont mind a glass of wine and being social..i have a gorgeous west highland white terrior that doesnt shed and is not a yapper and well trained...we come with great references
House for short or long term accommodation. Perfect seaside location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Huge fully fenced backyard with outdoor sitting area and lots of fruit trees. Solid, comfortable well maintained home for short or long term stay. Pets and smoking are allowed outside only as there is plenty of space located in a safe neighborhood.
Has a great outdoor entertainment area perfect for a quiet drink to a full on party. Nice comfortable house with aircon in the lounge room. Is a smaller house, but easy for everyone to get along. The house is always kept tidy. And always well maintained so messy unorganised people aren’t going to mix well. Two dogs and two cats already live here, and all are super friendly. Generally it’s a easy going relaxed house. Perfect for anyone that is clean, tidy, respectful and chilled out. Pictures on request
Hey 😊 I'm a little shy at first but once we know each other you won't be able to get me to shut up. I'll be looking at moving out of my current place towards the end of the month. I'm working part time at the moment and I like reading, netflix and cooking
I am an organised and tidy person. I don't mind being in others company, as well as spending time by myself. Moving back to the 'city' after many years living remote - so looking forward to getting out and about and exploring new things.
Hi there, I'm Sandra, I'm about to move to McLaren Vale from Sydney. Ideally, I'd like to start a house share with one other person myself, as I'm moving down with furniture. The house I'm looking for will be really spacious, have 3-4 bedrooms, ideally 2 bathrooms (one for each flatmate), close to the beach, with some outdoor entertainment space. I'm happy to pay between $170 to $250 per week, so if we both chip in, we can get a great place. About myself: I'm 38, run my own business working with wineries, originally from Germany but have been living in Sydney for the past almost nine years, moving down to SA to live a slower, more balanced life - can't wait, I'm tired of the big smoke! I'm social, active, into all things entrepreneurial, like to travel, meet new people, good wine and good food, animals.. On that note: I come as a package deal with my cat Sammy, a fluffy and feisty Norwegian Forest Cat. He's good fun, almost like a puppy in cat disguise. I'm looking to share with one working professional between 30-45ish, who's friendly, respectful, tidy and clean, social with good chat and up for sharing some dinner and wine, but also respects "me time". Also a must: must pay rent on time and be reliable. Alternatively, an existing house share with one other would work for me too, if it falls under the above description or similar, please get in touch! Ps: when messaging please tell me a bit about yourself and the Flat too, not just about the room, after I’ve written my little essay here :) thanks!
WORKSHOP/ STUDIO This big space in our peaceful back yard would suit someone who likes to meditate, paint, create, exercise, do yoga. write their memoirs...somewhere to get away from kids...do something in your own space? Possibilities are endless. WE DON'T WANT ANYONE TO LIVE IN THE SPACE. We want to be sure that you go home to your own home because there are too many of us here already ! It's not that we won't be happy to see you but we already have too many people sharing bathroom etc. It is just a shame to have a big unused space. You would have access to the house to use the toilet, kitchen but it is NOT NOT NOT available as a living space. It's a studio space. THE GOOD BITS : It's a BIG space about 6x4 metres Electricty Wi fi unlimited It's clean Carpeted Has a little bar fridge and a microwave It's peaceful out there away from the household You have a nice garden view You can be noisier than the rest of us ( with respect to neighbours) Your rent is less than the rest of us 'house dwellers' THE LESS GOOD BITS No toilet and water etc Although there is a tap right outside the door if you need water for painting, art, creative process It's easy to heat in winter but it's impossibly HOT in summer months.
Looking for a room for rent in the adelaide hills, close to mount barker. I have a dog so house would need to be pet friendly and preferably without any other dogs as she doesn't get along well with dogs.
I am a broker who loves the Aelaide Hills. I am neat and tidy and enjoy getting involved with my community if I can. I like to spend some of my spare time with the local CFS brigade and I also enjoy a bit of gardening.
HI my name is Jacquee and I'm currently taking some time off from uni, I'm studying my RN part time as I have 2 girls who keep me on my feet they are 12, and 6. We are very friendly, very clean, and tidy, outgoing, respectful, responsible, family. We enjoy going out but also love staying home working on projects or playing board games, hanging out watching movies, drawing , UNO is our favorite game! We are very family orientated and love having family and friends over for a BBQ, cook up, or movie night.
Hi there, I am ideally seeking a flatmate to team up and rent a 3-4 bed house in any of the areas below. I’m flexible and will also consider nearby areas too. Would prefer not too far from the beach. Rent negotiable. My share up to $200 per week. I am a easy going young at heart 53 yo. I have been living in Qld but am relocating back to Adelaide asap. I have moved out of my Qld property and my furniture is currently in storage in Adelaide. If you have furniture too, we could seek a home which meets both of our requirements. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and am seeking someone with similar values to share with. Ideally, you would be of similar age ie 40s or 50s. I am a light smoker and only ever smoke outdoors. I’m also in the process of trying to give up. My dog “ Bella” is a 4yo shih-tzu. She is house trained and does not shed hair. Both Bella and I come with excellent references. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine on occasions. I also like gardening and spending time on the beach. Feel free to contact me if this is an arrangement that you are looking for. Cheers Debbie-Lee
Chilled vibes, immersed in nature - beautiful native bushland at one end of the street, amazing beach at the other! Beach walking, surfing, snorkelling on the reef, kayaking etc are just 5 mins walk away. Quiet street, friendly neighbourhood and down to earth community. Close to buses, shops and Willunga Farmers Market. 40 mins from the city of Adelaide or 50 mins by train. Big backyard with organic vegie garden, eco friendly and lots of decking surrounding the house. WIFI and air con.
