Hi, My names Emmy. Im 20 years old and am looking for a place to stay near my university, in ACU Ballarat. I am from Melbourne, and am studying the Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Paramedicine. I will be in and out of the house, coming back to Melbourne to see family, friends, play footy, and to work. I would only be staying in the property probably 2-3 nights a week. I would love to stay with some other students too! I love going out to drink, but also love spending some quiet time watching movies and relaxing. I will also probably be spending a lot of my time studying. Would love to find some people who are around my age to stay with, and am open to sharing with males or females.
My name is Christine, I'm 29 and I am a student. I am down to earth, friendly and love a chat but also appreciate down time to do my own thing. I am tidy and organised, and make an open minded and respectful housemate.
I’m a quiet person who’s kept to herself, and am currently looking for full or part time work in Ballarat.. So would be moving in when i do have employment. I currently live too far away to travel everyday so living closer to where work is, would be amazing! I’m simply just looking for one room to rent, i have all my bedroom furnishings, and am all set!
The house is conveniently located and is walking distance to local shops such as Coles and Hungry Jacks. It is also a 5 minute drive from the CBD and Bridge Mall. The area is very safe and is close to many schools. The house is spacious and airy, with windows overlooking greenery around the house. It has a massive living and dining space, well equipped with a TV, fridge and microwave. The bathroom is shared with a separate toilet. The bedroom is sizeable with a built in wardrobe and looks into greenery.
2 medium sized bedrooms with BIR, 1 unfurnished and 1 currently furnished (furniture could be removed if required). You will have a shared bathroom that will only need to be shared between 2 people, as I have an ensuite. Parking off street can be discussed. House is located in very central location, in Ballarat East only 1.5kms to the station and shopping centre, 5 min drive into town & 2 min walk to bus stops. Bills that will be split between 3 include: Foxtel, Internet, Electricity, Gas, Cleaner, Water, (These bills have been averaged and will be paid weekly so that there is no requirement to have meter reads) No couples preferred please. Looking for a professional, who is able to contribute to keeping the house neat and tidy and who enjoys a quiet space after a stressful day (if your looking for regular parties this may not be the house for you) About me: I work full-time as an IT Professional, and work from Melbourne 3-4 days per week, my spare time is generally spent either at the gym, training, seeing friends and catching up on books and movies. Any questions, please shoot me a message.
Hi, I'm looking for a single room with any type of bathroom situation. I am currently a student studying full time and I also work part time in a pharmacy. I live in Melton and commute to school every day. In my spare time I like to catch up with friends and go explore new places. I also have a new puppy Arlo, who is 2 months old.

Hi I'm Rani Walters, I currently live in Geelong but I'm looking at moving to Ballarat for Uni. I'm studying Nursing and Paramedicine at ACU and currently have 2 part time jobs. I'm super clean and friendly, I enjoy music and going to gigs. I'm pretty easy going and respect other people's needs.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move places, closer to the main street where I have my business. So I am looking to have someone move in onto the lease. Have been living here for just over 2 years now. Current lease is finished, so it's just month by month, or you can sign a new lease agreement. Large master bedroom with en-suite is available, bathroom is a double vanity with large mirror and spa bath. Walk in wardrobe with mirror too. Would suit a couple. Lenient with the bond, I would like to store some things in the garage until I find space to move them. Bond would be 4 weeks rent in cash ($520) and I will sign over the full bond under the new tenants name ($1400). There are a few small things that need to be fixed in the house, but no where near the amount held in bond, only signing across to save the hassle of completely cleaning the house and having other tenants (sub-letting with approval from real estate) move out. Utilities are under my name, so will assist in moving those across and paying what's due so far (1 month into new quarter). Looking to have someone move in asap, there is a spare room to use while we transition and move out of the main bedroom. Weekly rent is $350. With the two others paying $120 each (including bills) and I cover the rest. So you can either keep the same or we can work something else out.
