I am 18 years old and looking to move out for the first time, despite this however I am very mature for my age and I am ready for all of the independence that comes with living away from home. I am a first year psychology student studying at UTAS so most of my time, when I'm not working part-time at Coles, is spent studying. Some of my hobbies include sports, video games and I perform in theatre shows from time to time. I am generally a very outgoing person who loves to engage and meet new people, however I am also completely respectful of others when they are in need of some personal space.

"It's not a house, it's a home..." Just up the road from the iconic North Hobart restaurant strip and public transport, a short bicycle ride away from the CBD, nestled close to Knocklofty and within walking distances to Hill St grocer and the West Hobart butcher... Unmetered street parking is available, and there is dual access from Cato Avenue and Valley St. Bills (internet, gas, electricity, water) will be shared amongst housemates. The rooms are spacious and cosy. One room is smaller at 185/week and the other is much larger at 205/week. * Only the large upstairs room is available now.
We have an un-furnished bedroom available in our share house. The room has floor boards and a large window. The house is furnished with three bedrooms with a spacious kitchen / dinning area, living room and deck. The house has off street parking but it is very narrow so we tend to utilise all the free parking spots on the street. The house is in a great location close to bus stops and a 2 minute walk to the Hill Street Grocer on Augusta Road and 7 minute walk down to the North Hobart strip. Rent is $110 per week, not including electricity or wifi. We would preference someone between 22 and 28 years old but open to a different age if the right person.
The room is medium in size. There are no furnishings in the room, but this could be a possibility if need. Available would be queen bed and dressing table and desk. The house is fully furnished. Shared spaces include a dining room and sunroom. There is also a lovely garden to enjoy as well. The house has heating - heat pump. Location: Close to Augusta Road which has public transport. You will also be a couple minutes walk from Salamanca Fresh (supermarket) and cafes. Happy to consider short or long-term renter. Rent does not include bills such as internet and electricity - which is split equally. Water is paid for by the landlord.
I'm moving to Tasmania from NSW for work. Will be working full time work in Hobart, so looking to be based in or near Hobart. I'm a vegetarian, planet friendly, movie loving, feminist, baker. Big fan of soup. Super chilled, friendly, social justice campaigner. I'm a mature and respectful housemate. Clean and tidy. Would like to live with one other mature person, preferable a woman, who's left leaning, and is working. I am bringing some furniture, and kitchen utensils, gadgets, crockery etc with me Happy to team up with like minded person to house hunt.
Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Priscila I've been married since 2014 with Rodrigo. We are a brazilian couple that love drink beer, wine and make a bbq. We are friendly and easy going.
My name is Gav, I am a 21 year old small engine mechanic apprentice that is aiming to go onto a diesel fitters apprenticeship and eventually work in Antarctica. I am a 4th year apprentice so am financially stable. My day to day routine involves getting up, cycling to work, working, cycling home where I will usually read, draw or listen to music. If I am feeling energetic I will go and see a band or go to the climbing gym. I am a very independent person who is looking for his first share house. I have good work ethic and feel I would make a considerate and active housemate. I like the idea of living independently within a house but getting together and doing something as a community when the opportunity arises. I also like the idea of living in a mixed-gender household as i work in a male dominated environment and need the balance of female or LGBTQI companionship. My hobbies include bike riding (cycling and motorcycling), drawing, reading, listening to music, playing guitar, going to gigs, snorkelling and the ocean. I am into lots of different things. Probably best described, ironically as a environment conscious gear-head, that loves nature and adventure, but will get his hands dirty to fix something wherever necessary. I'd be great to live with as I enjoy spontaneity and socialising but also value independence and space. I also have a variety of skills which make for a decent handy man and problem solver. Looking for a place with a garage or workshop space where I can tinker and potentially work on house hold ventures (such as make furniture).
Hey potential housemate, I'm Sam. I've moved to Hobart to start a new job and am keen to settle in a nice place to come home to. I love to cook, share a bottle of wine or a pot of tea over a chat. I'm the right amount of social for a housemate and I'm house trained for cleaning, tidiness and general noise. I'm really after a home house, rather than a party house.
Hi! I am very friendly and easy going person, i am moving from Melbourne for further study in CAC college. I prefer clean and peace environment to live but will enjoy occasional party in home.

I'm an Accountant and will be working full-time in Hobart CBD. I'm looking something close to the public transport as I don't drive. I'm very relaxed, easy going, clean and tidy person who respects others. I don't smoke and I'm not a party person. I have been leaving in share places for 7 years, so it is not new for me. In my free time I enjoy exploring places, taking walks, cycling, watching movies and spending time with my friends. If you have a room available, please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have typed only 2 months to stay as i still don't know where is the place i will find the position i need ( if i found it for sure i will stay for more period) Im very clean and easy going, very friendly and interested in socialisation in all the means. I am very busy and hardworking; I am currently saving up to buy a house and am looking for somewhere to live for the next 6 months. I work 5 days a week as a Director of a childcare service, go to the gym every afternoon when I finish work. I am in a stable, happy relationship and stay with him most weekends. I am very friendly, easy going, clean and tidy, quite social but also like my space. I enjoy seeing friends but I am not a party girl.
I have a permanent full time job in allied health and work Monday-Friday. I enjoy cooking, music, arts, exploring and cheese and wine. I like to stay busy throughout the week so it’s likely that I’ll be out of the house a little bit. I’m always keen for a friendly chat or movie but I also enjoy my own space. I like a clean, tidy house with respectful housemates. I have a good rental history and I’m happy to sign a lease!
