I enjoy the outdoors and have recently been getting into flying quadcopters but I also can't go past a book and a good cup of tea (T-bars 'high tea' is amazing 👌). Hi... I live in a lovely quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. I am close to the hills around the corner and a minutes walk to the local supermarket, cafes and shops, gym and Bluegums hotel. The bedroom is fully furnished, is light and airy and overlooks my garden. You have your own bathroom and toilet.. a double bed... Desk if you require, sidetable, inbuilt cupboards and WiFi... There are 2 living areas giving you plenty of space and a share kitchen. My house is fully air-conditioned and there's gas heating in the lounge and I provide a free standing heater and a fan in the bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the lounge, kitchen and living areas I have a back outdoor area, chickens which are in their own yard, and fresh eggs. I have a cat that is mostly indoors but he is very timid and mainly stays in my room. I provide breakfast, WiFi and electricity in the rent at $200pw.... Or $180 plus electricity. I am a minutes walk to the obarn which takes 25min to get into the city. I'm happy to answer questions so please feel free to call me. I'm a very easy going person but just ask for a positive, friendly, honest and clean person who pays their rent on time and respects my place and space as I will theirs.
Hey Im Jayden! I’m a plumber who works full time! I am a outgoing fun guy to be around but still like time to myself as well. I love camping, staying active, having the occasional drink, keeping on top of things and I’m a very clean and tidy person. I have lots of tools and camping gear so I will need some shed space or a spare room to store gear. I am currently studying part time at tonsley tafe to be able to run my own plumbing business in two years time. I also have a German Shepherd puppy called Cooper so I will need a pet friendly home with atleast a small backyard. The house has unlimited NBN, Netflix on the main TV. NBN, internet, Netflix and water bills are included in rent - power bill will be divided by the amount of people living at the house.
