No dogs & no cats, but pets such as birds, reptiles, fish are fine. This is in compliance with our Real Estate Landlord agreement.

Set on 35 acres of a horse riding & agistment centre, if you love property life, this is the place for you! We have 2 older dogs that live here & chickens.

Spacious 2 bedroom granny flat with a master bedroom & good sized second room (both with aircon, electricity costs don't include running the air cons 24/7, occasional use, if you want the air con more frequently, costs will have to adjust for electricity usage).

Decent sized kitchen including stove & oven.

Set adjacent to the main house, the only thing that is shared is the laundry room.

I (Liz) work full time from the property, but am essentially outside all day long & my partner (Josh) works in front of his computer on IT all day.

There are horse riding lessons throughout the day & evening, a few days a week, but it's set far away enough from the house, that you can't really hear it. The house is a private area only (no clients, private residence only)
