My names Djati (jardy) I'm 23. I want to move (back) to Hobart from NSW as i have good friends, family and work connections there. I have lived in several sharehouses in the past in which i have enjoyed the lifestyle and making new friends. I have never had any problems with previous housemates in the past infact quite the opposite. I have a good understanding of sharehouse dynamics and what it required to maintain a good environment to live in. I am a super open minded person and am positive 99.999 percent of the time. I play guitar quite well and love to sing on occasion. I love sports and getting out and about, also enjoy being social. I'm well spoken, quite intelligent and what i would consider an ideal housemate/mate to have. I have guaranteed work in hospitality and potential for work in construction. It has been difficult to get this opportunity but I'm hoping someone will know quality when they see it. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask away. I look foward to hearing from you :)
Hi, We are in search of a like minded, optimistic, down to earth, clean and tidy, environmentally friendly person (preferably female) to live with us in our large sunny house on the eastern shore. The house is 10-15 mins from Hobart city/UTAS, and 15 mins from airport and Bellereive beach. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk up the road. An established veggie garden is booming with delicious freshness that we cannot possibly eat by ourselves! There is a large verandah with a bbq and an outdoor wood fired pizza oven for these summer days. Your room can be mostly furnished, and you will share a bathroom (with spa bath), and seperate toilet with one other. We are asking for $220 a week rent. Internet/water/gas/powers is included! 3 mnth stay is good for everyone to adjust and if everyone is happy you can stay for upto a year. Females preferred please. so if you like the sound of being our housemate, please give us a message or call to come and meet us! Avaliable Monday 19th Feb!
I'll be away from early April until early September and offering my modern, comfortable 2 bedroom unit with garage for rent, fully furnished. Its on a block with 3 other units, at the back and is super private and quiet. 2 large bedrooms, both with queen beds and built in wardrobes. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen. There is one off street park in addition to the garage. The only bill you will have is electricity, water is included in rent. Electricity bill will be minimal, as place has solar panels. Internet can be arranged with cost to be negotiated if necessary. At this stage place will be available 12 April until 7 September but dates can be negotiated by a week or so. Small pet (dog/cat) considered.
I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
I'm relocating to Hobart from Melbourne in mid Jan 2018, I recently graduated and will be working full time. I'm a proactive person and I'm happy to share the load when it comes to general tasks like cleaning, dishes, washing. I like watching and playing sports. If Im home you will often find me streaming the NBA or playing something on my PC. I consider myself a relaxed, easygoing person and I'm happy to fit into a house that already has an established culture with existing housemates or happy to be part of a team up with others looking to settle in Hobart.
Hi flatmate(s). I am easy going, clean, tidy and respectful, private and quiet. I am away a fair bit as i am travelling from time to time. Prefer the Eastern Shore but not necessarily if the right house and flatmate comes along. I have been in Bellerive now for a year and planning to stay here i Hobart. Originally from Norway and I have been in Noosa for the last 23 years. Hope to find a modern bright house to live in. I have police check if needed and great references. I like cooking, yoga and all good things that life has to offer.
Professional couple working between two states requiring accommodation. Our main time will be in Hobart. Would prefer an owner occupied property in and around the city. Parking required.
I am single 27yr old who has recently moved back to Tasmania. I like good food and the occasional wine after dinner and being active. I am a tidy person who is good and giving people space but also love spending time with people. I like having people over for the occasional dinner party but I’m not a party animal. Looking forward to living with like minded people.

Hello! I'm a 29 year old, full time worker, non smoker currently living in Hobart. I'm looking for a room within the greater hobart area. I come with a 7 year old rescue greyhound, Dolly. She's very quiet and well mannered and sleeps for most of the day. I'd like to think of myself as very friendly and easy going, i'm quiet but social and very much respect your space and privacy. When I'm not at work, I'm either out hiking/camping/enjoying the outdoors in some capacity or relaxing with a book/record/glass (or bottle) of wine.
My partner and I have recently moved to Hobart to pursue a professional career, as I am a qualified chef, and to study, as he will be attending UTAS for paramedicine. Since we have just moved here we find great enthusiasm in exploring everything Hobart and the greater region has to offer. We tend to be fun and respectful people who are happy both enjoying time with new friends or taking time to ourselves. I have already secured a job as a Chef in our short time here and my partner is applying for part-time positions to fit with university. We are neat, non-smokers who don't mind their fair share of cleaning or chores. Hope to hear from you soon,
I'm a young 58 yr old professional lady: I've moved to Hobart from Brisbane and keen to find accommodation in stunning Hobart, until I find a house to buy. I am healthy, like to swim, kayak and I go for a run when my knees work. I love dogs (my boy Jack is staying in Brisi with his girlfriend!) Would like to share with one or two other happy people , students would be great!
Hi there, I have on offer one furnished room which is close to the city. The house is not modern but very functional and I would prefer to let as temporary accommodation for someone who has moved here for work or who needs a place to stay whilst looking for something longer term. Maximum stay up to 6 mths but would consider someone who travels for work.
Hi I'm Ben! I'm currently living in New Town and working in Mental Health, but I am about to commence studying at the UTAS Conservatorium of Music. Music is my main passion, but I also enjoy martial arts, rollerblading, comic books (not the superhero kind) and being outdoors. I'm very open minded and enjoy a good discussion about anything, as I am fascinated by the world and everything in it. Like any good housemate, I am social and collaborative, but respect boundaries and personal space. I don't make a lot of noise and am not much of a party person, but do enjoy celebrating triumphs, whether they be my own or of others. I am quite a tidy and relaxedly ordered person, I like to look after spaces so they can be enjoyed by everyone, and will always wash/wipe/sweep/vacuum/mop/scrub/scrape/steam clean/polish/disinfect/fumigate/pressure hose/fire extinguish/quarantine etc. At this point, I am flexible around when I can move in, and can provide rental and employment references.
