Hello! The following is included in rent price: - 1 bedroom (3x4m) - 1 room (2x3m) - living area (5x3m) - bathroom (shower and toilet). NB: This is also the laundry which we share. - internet - off-street car parking Almost feels like your own little apartment. This is a three bedroom tree house cottage in Gymea Bay with great views across to the Royal National Park. I am looking for someone who would like to pursue a 3 - 9 month stay. Our current housemate has been with us for 2 years - sad to have her leave. Our home is quiet, tidy and we are expecting whoever stays to be respectful and similar in character. Other than sharing the laundry we would share the kitchen too. That's it. We have our own bedroom, bathroom, living and dining area upstairs. The space for rent is located downstairs. We do have a kelpie puppy called Roux. She isn't allowed downstairs into what would be your area. We are asking for $270/wk ($1,170/month) for a single person. We would split bills 3 ways for water and electricity usage. The house is located on a huge block, is a 2 min drive to Gymea Station and 10 min drive to Cronulla Beach or the Royal National Park. Please get in contact if you are interested and we can arrange a viewing. Thanks heaps! Christina
Beautiful, large federation style home nestled in bushland at the end of a leafy quiet cul-de-sac. The home has been built using aspects of an early century pub in Sydney, such as a stunning timber staircase and gorgeous recycled brick. The off-street home opens into a chandelier lit foyer, opening onto an upstairs area and a staircase that leads downstairs. Moving through the upstairs French doors, you enter upon a bright, naturally sunlit living area boasting an open fireplace, air conditioning, and French doors opening onto wrap around balcony. Off the living area is master bedroom (with ensuite), second, third and fourth bedroom along with shared bathroom. The Master room with walk-through-robe and recently renovated ensuite, also boasts an open decorative fireplace and private balcony overlooking creek and bush. *Now occupied. Second bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Third bedroom with cupboard, large stained-glass window overlooking trees and French doors opening onto balcony. *Now occupied Fourth bedroom with large stained-glass window overlooking trees and access to balcony. *Now occupied. The shared bathroom has recently been renovated and has shower, vanity, heater and Hollywood lights. Moving downstairs, you pass through a chandelier lit sitting room to make your way into open plan kitchen and second living area. This living area also boasts an open fireplace, French doors opening onto wrap around balconies taking you into the garden with a babbling creek running along the length of the property. The kitchen, less than two years old, includes all as new appliances and stone bench tops. There will also be an additional fridge and freezer available. Laundry area includes a washing machine and outdoor clothesline. The downstairs has two bedrooms. One is available to rent, brightly lit, huge built in robe, French doors opening onto the backyard. All the other flatmates are located upstairs so it is quite private. *Now occupied The other room remains for the owners and their young son. The owners travel frequently and often for long durations for work contracts. *Update; owners moving interstate for long term contract and will only return to Sydney for short trips to see family. The home is 10-15 minutes walk to Gymea Village and train station and a bus runs from the end of the street. Westfield Miranda is a 5 minute drive, Cronulla beaches is 15 minutes. Train to CBD is 45 minutes, airport is 50 minutes. There is a lovely bushtrack running alongside the creek that takes you down to Gymea Baths and estuary. During the day, the trees are filled with kookaburras, cockatoos, currawongs and lorikeets. At night the sounds of frogs can be heard in the creek and you may even be so lucky to hear our local Powerful Owl. All the neighbours are particularly quiet so the peacefulness and the sounds of nature in the surrounds are really wonderful. New TPG WIFI installed. All bills included. N

Easy going, friendly, educated, helpful, honest respectful, team player, enjoy a good laugh! Originally a country boy. I work in financial services, developing strategies in building distribution channels for franchises attached to the group. My day involves managing a diverse group of relationships within the group and the greater market. My passions are music, sports and people. I play guitar, was once an elite sportsman, I'm a dad, and a friend to many.
I'm reliable honest & respectful I'm organised in general, I'm quite & easy going I'm single & on the lookout for somewhere to relocate I'm currently unemployed due to a broken arm witch is due for an operation, I'd rather be resettled prior to the operation would definitely make my recovery easier to concentrate on, My only preferences would be for my own bathroom, & 6 months+ min, if you're up for a meet n greet I'm keen Kind regards Tia
I am pretty easy to get along with. Like to live in a clean house, not afraid of cleanup. Able to respect other persons space, eating healthy and contribute to all expenses equally.
I see myself as down to earth person who enjoys the company of others. Sociable, Can be trusted to follow house rules, tidy, can pay rent on time . Have no pets. Non smoker. Greeny at heart , therefore ... power, water, waste, …e.t.c saver. Have volunteered to "Clean up Australia", “ Plant a tree days”...e.t.c Have also worked for charity. While in Sydney, I will be working as a casual teacher ( subjects- Visual Arts and Design and Technology) and could be out most of the time. This time , I will be coming from Auckland, N Zealand and for now, require accommodation from 28/4/17 to 9/5/17. Know and prefer Sutherland shire. If I like your place and you happy with me , I could return to extend the stay for another 3 months plus and same the next following years. If relevant to mention further, I love the outdoors for walking, b. b. q's, touring, swimming, gardening and all things alfresco. I love the indoors for dancing, fine dining, art galleries, movies and sleeping. I enjoy listening and playing music such as sitar and guitar.
I am a reliable, trustworthy, enthusiastic 32 year old working full time in the Sutherland shire. I am neat and tidy, quiet and friendly. I'm looking for a granny flat or studio to rent around the Sutherland Shire and surrounds. Thank you!
I am an extremely honest, respectful and sincere person. I have just started looking for full time work after being on the Disability support pension for a while.
Moved to Sydney at the beginning of 2016 and have been living with a couple in an apartment in Sutherland since August. Sadly they've decided to move away instead of renewing our lease so I'm looking for somewhere new to live whilst I finish my course that ends in December (which is why my move out date is quite random, as our lease ends on the 30th). I try to be tidy and polite and am quite social so like a chat and a drink but I also like my down time as I dance full time at Ev and Bow during the week and work for a children's entertainment company on weekends so I have quite a busy lifestyle.
I'm easy going very active and surfing or shooting in the surf every spare minute, studying and working as much as i can. I'm a very social person love a drink and a good laugh but also needing my own space as my weeks are quiet hectic. To get on well with the people I live with is more important to me than the the size of the room ;)
Hi There... I'm Lance Aligiannis a creative, web developer, musician, digital artist and all that other computer nerd stuff too... but really I'm trying to convince the world I'm a rockstar.. lol. Also a leading hand with cabin services on the tarmac crew, a piece of airport furniture :) Very clean and well presented, like my own space and the company of others also. I don't smoke at all and I don't drink often (The odd glass of wine is definitely my speed), I'm not a party guy either. Let me now introduce my lovely well behaved toilet trained cat... Midnight. He is a real sweetheart and loves a cuddle or two. Also I have a small tank of tropical fish. If I sound like the sort of person you'd be interested in sharing your living space and stories with, send me a message.
