I'm a 32 year old female, working full time with a side business. I have a 4 year old daughter and looking to return to the Sutherland Shire area. A busy person, easygoing and very clean. Looking for trustworthy people to share, who like children and are respectful i.e no parties etc.
Beautiful, large federation style home nestled in bushland at the end of a leafy quiet cul-de-sac. The home has been built using aspects of an early century pub in Sydney, such as a stunning timber staircase and gorgeous recycled brick. The off-street home opens into a chandelier lit foyer, opening onto an upstairs area and a staircase that leads downstairs. Moving through the upstairs French doors, you enter upon a bright, naturally sunlit living area boasting an open fireplace, air conditioning, and French doors opening onto wrap around balcony. Off the living area is master bedroom (with ensuite), second, third and fourth bedroom along with shared bathroom. The Master room with walk-through-robe and recently renovated ensuite, also boasts an open decorative fireplace and private balcony overlooking creek and bush. Can be furnished before 16th June or unfurnished. Second bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Furnished before 16th June or unfurnished thereafter. Third bedroom with cupboard, large stained-glass window overlooking trees and French doors opening onto balcony. Fourth bedroom with large stained-glass window overlooking trees and access to balcony. The shared bathroom has recently been renovated and has shower, vanity, heater and Hollywood lights. Moving downstairs, you pass through a chandelier lit sitting room to make your way into open plan kitchen and second living area. This living area also boasts an open fireplace, French doors opening onto wrap around balconies taking you into the garden with a babbling creek running along the length of the property. The kitchen, less than two years old, includes all as new appliances and stone bench tops. There will also be an additional fridge and freezer available. Laundry area includes a washing machine and outdoor clothesline. The downstairs also has two bedrooms which remain for the owners and their young son. The owners travel frequently and often for long durations for work contracts. The home is 10-15 minutes walk to Gymea Village and train station and a bus runs from the end of the street. Westfield Miranda is a 5 minute drive, Cronulla beaches is 15 minutes. Train to CBD is 45 minutes, airport is 50 minutes. There is a lovely bushtrack running alongside the creek that takes you down to Gymea Baths and estuary. During the day, the trees are filled with kookaburras, cockatoos, currawongs and lorikeets. At night the sounds of frogs can be heard in the creek and you may even be so lucky to hear our local Powerful Owl. All the neighbours are particularly quiet so the peacefulness and the sounds of nature in the surrounds are really wonderful.

I am a reliable, trustworthy, enthusiastic 32 year old. I am neat and tidy, quiet and friendly. I'm looking for a granny flat or studio to rent around the Sutherland Shire and surrounds. Thank you!
Clean, mature and quiet. Like home to be relaxing. Bit of a foodie. Easy going Live with a female or male.
Hey, I'm Shelby, a student from the US traveling to AUS for nearly 3 months (11 weeks) for research related to my PhD degree. I study marine science and will be working full time. I'm talkative but not annoying, adventurous but enjoy just chilling out as well, and love trying new things (especially food). If you think we'd make a good fit as flatmates send me a message! Thanks, S.
Im a kiwi, grew up on a farm, been in auz for 2 years, full time chef, easy going and respectful of others, clean and tidy and get along with just about anyone.
Moved to Sydney at the beginning of 2016 and have been living with a couple in an apartment in Sutherland since August. Sadly they've decided to move away instead of renewing our lease so I'm looking for somewhere new to live whilst I finish my course that ends in December (which is why my move out date is quite random, as our lease ends on the 3rd). I try to be tidy and polite and am quite social so like a chat and a drink but I also like my down time as I dance full time at Ev and Bow during the week and work for a children's entertainment company on weekends.
I'm a young outgoing dude who just moved to Sydney from Perth for work :) I am a very clean and tidy person and always reliable with paying rent on time. I get along with most people but would definitely prefer to live with people who have the same interests. Don't mind to have a couple beers ( who doesn't ) i love my surfing and adventuring and I also work a lot so won't be around to often.
I really value quiet and simplicity, and I'm generally very relaxed and positive :) I always enjoy a good chat about life and the cosmos but I'm equally happy to sit with a book all day. I'm passionate about health and wellness too, and I'm currently working hard to improve my health and fitness, and stay relaxed in all of life's little dramas. It's my goal right now to live out of home for as long as I can, and I've been aiming to save for a while to plan ahead for this. I would like to stay living in the Sutherland Shire as my family, friends and my church are all in the area. You can take the boy out of the shire but you can't take the shire out of the boy! I've grown up in the area, went to school here, commuted to Wollongong uni when I was a student, and now I'm working part time at an office in the city. While I do work part time, I am also pretty savvy with budgeting and don't waste dollars on stuff I don't need. I know that on my current income, rent would not be a problem. Have no fear :) I care a lot about people, and I approach every person with the same respect that I hope they would show me. I don't judge or discriminate. In a nutshell, I respect others' space, I'm always down for a chat, and I'm also happy with my own company in the quiet. Thanks :)
