Personal qualities im clean , infact OCD clean , i would love to be in a clean environment, ive had a bad experience with untidy and uncleanness. i do my chores , infact i wouldnt consider them chores i would consider them as every day living responsibilities. Beautiful, serene maintained atmosphere. In a safe family area. Close to local plaza and transport. I run a family day care so it is very child friendly. i have two dogs a samoyed and siberian husky that are very friendly and playful. The room is located at the back of the property, away from street noise. There is ducted air con as well as a ceiling fan for summer night comfort. I have lived here for 8 years and it is my getaway:)
