You would be moving in to the master bedroom (I am nice like that). :) The available room has a built in wardrobe and is unfurnished. Room dimensions are 3.3 x 3 metres it easily fits a queen bed, bedside table etc. The apartment itself is fully furnished (sans TV), has air con and is well lit. Nothing about this place is big but I consider myself a bit of a storage kween so (unless you're a hoarder - in which case, don't let the door hit you!) there is plenty of room for two people. The apartment is on the first floor in a block of six apartments and there is a shared laundry. Location wise, it's a 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the shops and an 11 minute walk to the train station. Side note I'm usually running late and power walking like my life depends on it. If you're a Sunday stroller, it'll take you a little longer. ;) I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story. Water bills are included. Electricity and Wi-Fi are not. There are 7.5 months left on the current lease but I'm keen to stay on beyond that and see no reason for the lease not to be extended. Apparently the last occupants were at Burke St for the long run. Per the real estate agent's request you will need to be named on the lease (they'll conduct reference checks on you and you will be direct debited by them for your part of the rent etc.) I think this is a good thing because everyone is accountable and no one can do the other dirty. :)

The room is smallish and you will require to bring a double bed mattress but the rest of the unit is fully furnished. We live one street away from the beach and 5 minutes walk to shops & all amenities. You have your own entrance & your own fridge - you just need to bring a good sense of humour!
Hey everyone, my lovely housemate is leaving me to go and travel the world and therefore I'm on the hunt for a new housemate! We are located about a 1min walk to the beach and also 1min to the mall so super convenient but also in a great spot that it's not super busy. The room will come unfurnished so you can make it your own and has a large built in wardrobe and can fit bedside tables easily. The rest of the house is funished with a large living area, kitchen and laundry. Ideally the moving date would be around The end of Oct 31st but potentially can be flexible a week or so 🙂

Internal laundry and front facing balcony, freshly renovated, painted white, floor boards and new carpet in bedrooms. Place is decorated very beachy and bohemian, I have Apple TV here! All your utensils, electronics. Bedroom is abit smaller than my room so your rent is $30 less than mine. My lease does include a lock up garage but currently being rented to someone else to lower the rent down as I don't own a car but if you wish to use it it will be $40 extra on your rent. You can always find a car spot it depends on the time of day. Garage not really nessasary unless you really want it and you can afford $260 rent per week. I am 22 years old, single, working full time as a dental nurse earning good money. I would only be home at night time and on weekends! I hate being stuck inside if it's a sunny day I'd run on the beach or do something else fun or bush walk! I eat really healthy too, I like to meet new people, laugh, have a wine and explore outside cronulla when i can! I'm looking for someone vibrant, active, happy and tidy.

Hi guys ! What I like about this unit it's got a great location it's close to everything ie beach, shops, trains, bus are all within 10 minutes walk from the unit . Also have a great bbq area with bbq of course! Have foxtel as well ! There are two toilet one upstairs and one downstairs and are separate from the bathroom . The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower.
