This is a gorgeous new apartment in the newly built Southport complex. It's a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the eleventh floor. It has amazing onsite facilities, such as a plunge pool, a lap pool, a gym as well as a sauna. It's also incredibly convenient because it's only a 10 min walk to DHS/DSS and the Hyperdome shopping centre, eliminating the need for public transport if you work there. There is a large bus interchange at the shopping centre if you do need to head to the city. There's also a secured undercover car park spot if you have a car as well as a small storage cage for items that can be stored outside. The photos are from when I inspected the apartment. The actual apartment will be furnished differently when I get to Canberra. I will have some appliances for you to use, such as a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Your bedroom will be unfurnished so you'll be free to bring your own furniture. The rent is additional to the bills and will be split evenly. The first payment would be a month in advance and then a fortnight in advance afterwards.
My partner and I are responsible young adults looking to move out for the first time. We are both recent graduates from Lake Tuggeranong College. Ben has a full time job and I am currently looking for one. We are tidy, non-smokers and we are more than happy to be social with flatmates. I don’t tend to login to this website very much and I don’t pay for it so if you’d like to team up and start a new sharehouse or if you think you have the perfect house for Ben and I, please message me and I'll give you my number. Thanks everyone!
This is a brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated on Tuggeranong lake. With a spacious room, kitchen, living area, balcony, and your own bathroom, you will have all the comforts to make yourself at home. The apartment comes fully furnished (apart from your room) with reverse cycle conditioning, laundry facilities and dishwasher included. Room also comes with a built in wardrobe. Car space is currently being used but may be negotiated. The apartment is in close proximity (aprox. 10min walk) to the Hyperdome shopping centre, doctors surgery, dentist, cafe strip, public transport and various gyms. If jogging or cycling is your thing, a lap of the lake is approx. 7kms and for the coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend Espresso Room! OR combine the two and walk on over to Common Grounds in Gowrie!
My name is Adam, I will be commencing full-time employment with DHS in ICT field early Feb. I am a non-smoker and do not own a pet. I'm a friendly person, I'm always up for chit chat and a few drinks. I understand that others value some quiet time, and I'm cool with that as well. In general I am not a loud person. I have been living independently for a long time, I clean after my self and fine with others been messy.
I'm moving to Canberra for an APS role. I will be working in Greenway so would prefer something nearby, or in woden valley or the inner south region. I would love some friendly housemates who enjoy exploring and casual wines, but also respect personal space and quiet time. I am easygoing and clean up after myself. I enjoy swimming, banter, kayaking, reading and watching TV.
Clean, tidy and a serial Netflix binger. I am outgoing and generally up for a chat but also like a bit of downtime to myself. Moving from Sydney to Canberra for a graduate position starting early Feb. Looking to share a 2 or 3 bedroom place ideally. I will be visiting Sydney regularly and am happy to give lifts if you want to tag along as well

Hey hey! I recently moved here to Canberra from Lebanon I'm an architect i work full time in a contracting company. I'm easy going laid back and artsy type of dude. I love music I like company, I currently live in Deakin in a granny flat and the only reason why I would want to leave is because it's small so basically the whole house is cramped in one room, add to that I would love to be part of a bigger house with housemates :) Thanks a bunch :))
My dog Rosie is 10 and very docile. I'm pretty laid back and tidy. My current house has a rotation of cleaning weekends. I like movies and I train a lot. I like painting and the outdoors. I guess I'm like a normal person to live with?
Hey, my name is Ella and I'm wanting to find a room, or someone to get a share house with. I have lived in Canberra for 6 years now and am looking at moving out of home to be closer to work and uni. I currently work at Coles part time but am looking at getting a full time job for this year (2018) I enjoy sports and being social, I’m very friendly and get along with anyone. I'm looking for a house preferably all girls where we all get along and enjoy spending time together having a chat, watching TV, or having the occasional dinner together, but I also like to have my own time and space and would give my housemates the same. I have a dog that I would love to bring with me, she is an outside dog but is also very well trained and loves everyone and she is super cute. I would like an easy going, friendly household, preferably girls who are fun, outgoing, and who would even like to do things like going out together, going on adventures, to the gym or out to lunch, even help each other study. I’m really open to anywhere in Canberra but close to everything is best! Send me a message if you have any questions. Thanks!
Hey I'm Ari a 22 yr old Transman. I'm a quiet and clean person who enjoys cooking, reading, watching anime, looking after my plants, drinking tea and playing pc games. I'm working part time in fast food but looking for a more permanent job in the public service. I'm more than happy to cook/clean my share (or maybe even more) and I promise not to annoy you with loud noises!

Quiet, private, single female. I work full time as a piano teacher at a studio and also have a part time work from home virtual assistant job. Happy to share cleaning and cooking duties though can't say how good my cooking is... :p Non smoker however I do have two German Shepherd x Husky pups. Both well socialised and have been through basic obedience school. They are now in training to become sled dogs and thus are exercised vigorously every day (so are always too tired to do much else but sleep at home haha). They are outside dogs only.

Hi! I'm a 25yr old female moving down from QLD to Canberra to start work at the Canberra hospital in early January, and my boyfriend is late 20's working in the design field. We are quiet, respectful and tidy and have lived together for 3 years, and always had at least one roommate and gotten along well. We are down to earth and respectful of personal space, but also more than happy to hang out for a drink or check out events on the weekends. We are very independent and don't live in each other's pockets! Please let me know if you think you have something that could suit, time is of the essence!
