I also would prefer to be able to put my car in a garage as a preference or off street parking if possible. I am a relaxed person with a funny disposition and very easy going and if I can’t hear you please don’t take offence you can make as much noise in the mornings as I wont hear you (lol) as I wear a cochlear implant but I am a great communicator. I can clearly talk there is no need to sign for me as I can hear.
